It had the right tag but it wasn't the right part. They got me the right one, but supplier only had an OEM part, which was more expensive, and talked them into an even exchange. As I said we have been doing business with them for over 30 years and they have always done excellent work, got it repaired or replaced super fast, and always the best price. When there is a SNAFU they come through with shinning colors. Can not recommend more highly. The real deal. Support your local small business they support your town too.

I wasn't able to find much information from this Yelp page, but felt confident in the shop's ability to handle an oil change and overall inspection of the car after Jackie and I had a phone conversation about scheduling the appointment. Thanks for taking time to answer my seemingly nit-picky questions - its really important to me! I asked for an oil change only, but was not given the option due to their policy. I was quoted $150 for the oil change and inspection service - was told this is mandatory for their intake of a new car/customer. I would have taken off a star for that, but later saw the value in this when I was provided with a comprehensive report including photos(!) of any faults the tech found with the car. Fast forward two weeks: Shop called and confirmed the appointment a few days prior. On the day of drop off, I was provided with shuttle service home. Upon pickup, I was provided with my car clean and with detail provided of the fluids and filters used in the oil service. I'll be back. (or at least, my BMW will be!) Thanks.

The owner, Matthew, a master mechanic, quoted the job beforehand and explained in detail what would be done, along with possible things that might complicate the job. Matthew was very knowledgeable and experienced with my car and the type of work being done. When the work was finished, he provided a detailed record stating all the work that had been completed, along with the invoice. Parts and labor are also under warranty (much better than the dealer's warranty). My car hasn't driven this well in a long time...it feels like a new vehicle! No more car dealer.
