Was informed by VFA that Envy (based approximately 20 minutes from where the car was) would be there within 90 minutes. 2.5 hours later, they still hadn't arrived. Called VFA again. They informed me that they had tried to contact Envy again but had difficulty at first, then were informed by the driver that because it was snowing (it wasn't) they were delayed. They also would not give an estimate to VFA of when they would be able to pick up my car. VFA contacted a second company, based in NY, who arrived at my house approximately an hour after getting the call. Finally arrived at Service Center around 515 pm, FIVE PLUS HOURS LATER, and back home SEVEN HOURS later. ENVY NEVER SHOWED UP, NEVER CALLED.

If you are waiting for roadside assistance, do not contact them or let your insurance company contact them. When you call them to see where they are they do not answer. The mechanic arrived after nearly 3 hours and spent only about 30 minutes diagnosing the issue, stating that the liftgate motor needed replacement. Despite this, we were charged $1,187.59 which was clearly presented as a deposit on the invoice, but later we were told it was the total charge for the visit and diagnosis. The pricing and communication were misleading and it felt like unnecessary delays were used to increase the bill. I would not recommend using this company and suggest others get everything in writing before agreeing to service.

Maybe send someone else? I walked 4 miles in the ice, snow, mud, and rain to get to the shop and got there half an hour before my car did. There's absolutely no reason anyone should have to wait that long for a tow, let alone be constantly told you'll be towed soon when it's not true.
