At 4.5 stars they also have a higher rating than Allie's. I will be looking into Ruffin' It as a better alternative to Allie's.

For those times, I rely on Happy Paws. I can tell they love what they do, because they are always cheerful whenever we interact: drop-off, pickup, over the phone. They know my dog by name and are always happy to play with him for a moment when he arrives, and give him a couple treats when he has to leave, too. Thy require all dogs to have a temperament test of a few hours before they're allowed to stay, in addition to up-to-date vet records. This really gave me peace of mind to know that all the dogs there have been screened and are safe to be around my most precious puppy. Once that test is done, you can drop off your dog for daycare anytime during business hours; no appointment needed. This flexibility has proven to be a lifesaver for me, and definitely keeps me coming back. They also offer boarding and grooming services, but I have not tried those yet. Well, except nail trimming, because I don't need that headache! They are great! Your doggo will love them!

When I called to ask them specifically to let me know if the water was heated, I was responded with, we can't go back and check the temperature but we know it's over 70°. This was not true. I took a thermometer with me in that water was absolutely cold. My dog, being the toddler that he is, refused to give up because he loves swimming. I don't know how clean and or how safe this water truly is I'm sure that a call to the board of health, would change a few attitudes. And possibly the water?

We recently took an our husky for a deshedding treatment after her chemotherapy, and she was…read morevisibly not handled with care. She's a husky of course she's going to have a double coat and needed de shedding. I've not seen her this depressed since before her treatment. We have over a dozen doggies who all eat homemade food everyday and have a nanny to clean after them but brushing every single one everyday is obviously not possible but we figured a groomer is experienced enough to handle the situation. Her oncologist suggested against taking her to a groomer during her treatment specifically. I don't care to pay the $150 but I expected her to have a gentler care. All they did was complain about our doggies conditions as if they don't know how many doggies we have but they made sure they looked at the system and pointed out we hadn't been back since 2024. And yes, I remember we did not like the quality of care and even nipped some of our doggies so why would we be back ? but we wanted to them another chance because they seem to have a lot more openings than anybody in the area and now we understand why. We're gonna make sure that hope gets whatever she needs to ease out of the current pain she's in. But just know if you want your doggy handled with care probably not the place.
