I've been to a lot of different rehabs before coming here there's a difference in them. Encompass is the best by far there is no comparison I've gotten to know a lot of them and it's a blessing to call them my friends. All the staff that works here goes out of their way to make sure your needs are met. From the drs to all the staff make you feel like you're their only patient. There're so many positive things about Encompass if you need to go there once you will always try to go back. The next time you need rehab think about what you want to get out of your stay. If you put the effort in the staff will help you reach your goal. i think the highest score you can give them is a five if it was possible I'd give them 5x that.

She had rehab -both physical and occupational every day for at least an hour. The therapist really made her work - but in a good way. They were very patient and kind. The nurses and staff were always available to help my mom and to answer any questions from family members. All the staff was very kind and patient - from bringing her meals, to showers, to making her feel comfortable. She had her own room that was always clean. The facility is very comfortable - with places for visitors to sit and talk to staff or patient, away from room. Very, very clean - always someone cleaning equipment and floors. my sister and i placed my nephew here after his mother passed away, this place did not take very…read moregood care of him and recently allowed him to sign himself out to move to Wisconsin with a stranger and did not notify his family. They stated he is cognitive and can make his own decisions. My nephew has Cerebral palsy and is confined to a wheel chair, he can't eat, drink or even dress himself. This is not a good place, and i would not recommend anyone sending their family members here.
