Here's my experience.... I texted when they were late for an appointment, and the owner sent a photo of his installer's flat tire. But I did a Google Search on the photo and that exact image was online. So I sent it to the owner told him not to bother rescheduling - I had lost trust. He said he would get to the bottom of it. UPDATE: After posting this review, the owner messaged to me to say that he fired that contractor. So good on him to follow up. Nicolas installed a shower glass door and panel in January 2024, but he did NOT line up the seal properly on the floor below the shower door to prevent water from coming out of the shower. As a result water runs into the bathroom. It's so bad that we have not been able to use the shower eversince January. Nicolas has been ignoring our multiple phone calls and text messages, PLEADING with him to come HONOR his WORK. A few weeks ago on November 6, he finally replied and gave us a day and time (Nov 4) for which we took off from our work to be home, but Nicolas NEVER SHOWED UP and to DATE has NEVER CALLED to COMMUNICATE WHY he did NOT SHOW, RESCHEDULE or even to APOLOGIZE for not showing up. We have MISSIONARIES whom we hosts periodically at our home and all of us are forced to used our one and only guest bathroom. This man has NO ETHICS, NO PRINCIPLES and NO CONSCIENCE. Once you PAY him, he will NOT RETURN to CORRECT any of his FLAWS. It took me 11 months since January to decide to leave a review as I thought I would give him sufficient time to return and correct the issue, but finally realized that Nicolas is never going to come and correct his flaws. Sadly, we've have to gone from being a 5-star to a 1 or 2-star customer. We had multiple jobs on our assignment: New custom shower glass for our new bathroom and replacing some mirrors on furniture damage when we moved. Initially things went well. Nick and his team were responsive, measured everything using professional, precise equipment, had only minor delays in appointments, worked hard when the were here, etc... Then it started to go down hill: - "Delayed' glass delivery made a 1-2 week installation, 4 weeks; - Glass was cut wrong; delayed install again; - Replacement glass was warped, but they found a way to temporarily install it anyway because we were not almost 5 weeks without a shower to use; - dropped off the correct replacement glass on a weekend, but didn't show on Monday to install it; - Special order mirrors for furniture were 'on their way' 3x over four weeks.... ...Then things got worse: - "out of town" on a big job...be back in a week; - then, 'family emergency' (I felt bad for even asking...but we were now over 2 MONTHS) - no response to 4 phone calls, numerous text messages and multiple Yelp emails over a two week period. - Last week, Nick finally responded to my 'last ditch effort' before writing this and got a reply with an apology for ghosting us. Was still having the 'due to a family issue', but never followed through with an appointment to finish the job this week. So we have a sort of finished shower (can't use the steamer because all the steam escapes) and broken furniture I have to be careful using so I don't cut my hands. Again, I know people have lives and am sorry things happen. BUT...after three months we have become VERY frustrated, and don't really have a solution as no one wants to take over the job 1/2 done for a responsible $. read more
