Now when I go to get my car looked, at I feel confident at calling bullshit when they tell me my engine needs to be replaced or something is leaking. Not only that, the skills have saved me money! Now I can do the car stuff myself. Highly recommended. Even better, these courses cost only $80 and are free if you are in high school!! What a great deal considering how much a college degree or even an AA can cost. I really want to go back and take more classes!!!

Enrollment fee back then was around $80 per class. We would usually read the book ourselves, and then watch some videos about Medical terminology. Although the classes at times can be a bit boring (you spend 3 hours there sitting) ,my instructors were very helpful and makes sure you are on top of what needs to be done. Another good thing is that we were exposed to the work environment because of the internship that was offered. I gained a lot of skills from that. Regarding the facility, the computers are fairly new, the classrooms are nice and clean, and so are the restrooms. For a government facility of this type, it definitely deserves 4 stars.

I explained that I had already relocated to Fairfield and requested placement closer to where I currently live. Shortly afterward, the school owner called me again regarding the review I had made about my experience. During the conversation, she stated that she did not appreciate my comments and that another staff member had informed her about them. The tone of the call felt confrontational and unprofessional. When I explained that my REVIEW reflected my personal experience and that I was not the only student who had expressed similar concerns, I felt dismissed and was told, "I am talking about you!." As a student, I believe feedback whether positive or negative, should be received professionally. My comments were based on my experience with the lengthy delay in securing an externship placement after graduation. I expected a constructive discussion rather than feeling criticized for sharing my honest experience.

After getting licensed, we were supposed to be placed in externships. Unfortunately the communication from the school stopped with no explanations. As of today April 15, 2026 entire class did not get any externships so we are all doing random jobs now to get by. What's even worse is that my friend got motivated to do the same program and enrolled on the program for the class batch after us, he also passed the board. We both did not know that the school would suddenly stop assisting us after getting licensed. During the enrollment and beginning of the program, the school emphasized that they will assist with the externship. One of main reasons I stayed with the program is because they advised that they have a plan-B which is staffing so there is a safety net, that we will get externship, but that didnt happen either. While our entire class is trying our best to find our own externships after getting licensed and got "ghosted" by the school. The school is still enrolling more and more students and posted more future class schedules on their website. Which makes me wonder about their plans, if they can't find externships for the previous and current students, why are they still enrolling more students?

The on-line coursework of Principles, Practices, & Finance were well-designed for us to learn, with interactive zoom classes. Angela So was a terrific instructor and I know I retained a lot of the information from her classes because I felt good even a year later when I finally got my state exam date in April 2021. Already working in the industry doing mortgage loans, I felt overwhelmed as my test date approached since I could only dedicate a small amount of time to studying. I decided to take the crash course and also opted for the recorded videos and state exam prep. The videos with Ian Medina really helped me integrate concepts in a memorable way. I'm glad I was able to view all of these and also do the practice exams prior to my crash course weekend. Scheduling the crash course the weekend before my test date did help me feel more confident going in. Clarissa Cortez was an amazing instructor who kept us all engaged during the weekend crash course. She was able to integrate real world examples that helped us remember concepts. Feedback from fellow students who had taken the exam also gave a good perspective of what to expect on exam day. Passing my exam on my first attempt was a great feeling and I am now able to start helping build the real estate side under my brokerage, West Gold Inc. I asked the instructor about this and he said it was typical but let's see how the SAT goes and then we can assess if we want a 1:1 session (more $$ of course). We received the SAT scores and the total score has no improvement. After the 2nd practice test I inquired if we could get a list of question that were answered incorrectly so we could focus/revise studying and it didn't happen. The program is very expensive to not see any gains or meaningful improvement in overall test score from the practice tests. Instructors should know how to get students past a plateau.
