While working in my attic, he damaged the drywall by putting a hole through it and did not have the professionalism to return and repair the damage. He also failed to properly reconnect the air vent to the HVAC system, leaving it completely disconnected. As a result, heat was escaping into the attic instead of being properly vented outside through the roof. I expected professional service and accountability, but unfortunately, that was not my experience. I would encourage anyone considering this company to do thorough research before hiring them. A Plus did an elastomeric roof for us. When we had hail damage, two years later, one of the…read morecontractors from another company inspected our roof and said that ours was one of the few elastomeric roofs he had seen that were done correctly. This made me feel great about A Plus exteriors. We needed our skylights replaced and a couple of holes patched in the roof coating after the hailstorm. We called A Plus to have this work done. They replaced two skylights. The one in the master bath leaked the first time it rained. They returned and did something to the seal. Then it dripped water from condensation when the outside temps dropped. They had replaced our skylights with single pane fixtures and tried to tell us that that is what we had before. We've lived here 10 years and never had dripping from condensation. The 2nd skylight had a leaf sticking through the seal to the inside of the house. Perhaps they were overwhelmed with work from the hail storms and hired extra workers but...it was Darrell who told us we had single pane skylights before. He also said he would have to order double pane and that it would take a couple of weeks to get them. In fact, they were installed the same day. We need our house painted but probably won't use them again.
