My main complaint is that our sales person told us that we would receive a cash rebate from the federal government that we could apply to the cost of our system. When we filed our taxes for 2016, our CPA informed us that not only would we not receive a cash rebate but the rebate was to be applied to federal taxes as a credit and was not usable for self-employment taxes. My husband and I are very disappointed at the misinformation we received.
