The menu promises the ability to make most menu items vegetarian or vegan with tofu. I opted for a tofu kebab dish which isn't commonly offered. Grilling is a delicious way of preparing tofu, and theirs was marinated in something that was tasty and salty. Like most of their menu options, this came over garlic sautéed green beans, which is fine by me, with a small portion of rice (the option was given to just do green beans if you don't want the carbs). My appetizer was some cabbage-heavy spring rolls, which I'm fine with as it brings balance to the meal, which came with some very powerful sweet chili and mustard sauces. There aren't a ton of places to go in South Carolina for Chinese food, let alone vegetarian friendly.
