I was at this place watching their technique and it is very poor or incompetent. These ladies obviously don't have proper training in cutting hair. I observed a man getting his hair cut at the older location next to Subway and his girlfriend was telling the hairdresser what to cut and to cut it even, and she was frustrated with this hair stylist as she didn't have good technique. I did get my hair done just to give them a try in the past as you can see my previous review and it was not what I wanted not to mention the cut was very sloppy, and choppy. For some reason they cut one lock of my hair very very short on the crown of my head and it was sticking up like Alfalfa on the Little Rascals. Don't waste your money and time, it is almost 100% Certain they will give you a poor cut. read more

My hair was crazy long and I have a business trip next week and needed a haircut. Based on the other Yelp reviews I decided to give this place a shot and boy am I glad I did. My regular stylist is $125 and 4-6 weeks out. This cut was as good if not better and $30. Lori did a great job. She checked in regularly. Gave me a mirror to look and confirm. She and her sisters own the salon and she said she has been a stylist for 27 years. If you want an amazing cut at an excellent price definitely check these guys out! read more

Tina is super great with haircuts. Make an appointment, closed on Sundays and major Holidays. Our son likes getting his haircuts here, and he's picky. She listens to her customers, and remembers their name. Smart and savvy business woman. Lots of parking in this shopping center. One stop shopping with Subway, Mi Familia, Ross, Grocery Outlet, etc. The Post Office is across the street, and Bellam hand carwash. This little plaza is quite busy. I did not have a good experience here. I requested a trim with some long layers in the front. Diane brushed out my wavy curly hair with a fine tooth comb which was super painful as she brushed out the curls. I asked if she had a wide tooth comb and some detangling spray but she dismissed me saying it was ok she was almost done. That should have been my first sign... she doesn't know wavy curly hair texture. Then she stood me up and told me to look down and proceeded to dry cut my hair. Then she sat me down and did what I can only describe as hack job of uneven layers. I asked why the layers were uneven and why she didn't wet my hair or section it out to ensure the layers were even, again she dismissed me and now started blaming my hair texture. She also asked me if I wanted to get a blow dry? Like what? You never even wet my hair to begin with? They seem like a nice bunch of ladies and for $30 I guess they are cheap. But not really since I'll have to pay someone new to fix it. read more

I had already been due for a haircut before covid hit so by the time the hair salons were allowed to resume their business, my quarantine hair was beginning to turn me into Asian Rapunzel. Throw in the heat wave and humidity, and now I'm the edge of pulling a Britney...yes, I almost wanted to shave it off. Thankfully, my inner Yelper came to the rescue and stumbled across this place, which happens to be modified around covid restrictions. Tina was great at returning my call and was able to book me about 1.5 hours after my call. She had initially told me $25, but ended up changing it to $30 upon discovering that I wanted more than I had mentioned over the phone. I appreciated her transparency - she cut off quite a bit like I asked, gave me a soft V, and long layers. I felt like my quarantine weight was all in the hair she cut off. It felt great, light, and much cooler in this summer heat. She was also kind enough to straighten my hair at the end! Tina was personable - she made an effort to get to know me, was funny and kind, and clearly enjoys her work. I didn't interact with the rest of the staff much, but they were friendly as well. Everyone had masks on and they visibly sanitized between customers. A great experience overall and a place I'd recommend, especially during this time. read more

Finally, here's a place that offers a warm welcome and great haircuts! Diana is now my go-to person for my haircuts! As a new customer, she took her time to get to know me and how I'd like my hair to be cut. She said to describe what style I was looking to get, and as always, a photo will definitely help! The woman who cut my hair here did it in under two minutes, and I have thick hair. She sectioned my hair into four pieces and chopped them each off. She did not add any texture or frame my face. I needed a haircut real bad since I have not had one since the pandemic. I found this salon on Yelp, and it had great reviews. I decided to make an appointment with Tina and she was able to accommodate me the same day. They had a nice set up right outside the building, with potted plants . It was clean, with screens to shelter from the hot sun. I showed her a picture of the cut I wanted, and told her I did not want it too short.
