However, the rest of the front desk has been consistently disappointing. The older and middle-aged staff members are unprofessional, passive-aggressive, and have moved my appointments last minute. Their double standards and lack of respect toward clients really bring down the experience. Great nurses, great care--but the front desk needs serious improvement.

You start with low power and progress to high power over the course of a few months. I definitely got reduction in hair in all my treatment areas! Certain areas are not as complete results because of hormones and skin pigmentation, but I love the results overall. The set some expectations, it does require maintenance in the long term, but far less than waxing or shaving. After the initial monthly sessions for a year, I come back once every two to three months. I was also sad to see Kaitlin go and there seems to be a lot of turnover in terms of staffing. After the laser's re-calibration, I can't lie - the laser is at least a 5/10 painful (10 being completely unmanageable pain). But, all the staff are friendly and sessions are quick. I love their end of year special where you get BOGO giftcards, so I stock up and pay for the laser I need for the year. I am a regular here!

She then asked where I'd had them done before and proceeded to criticize several nearby threading salons, mentioning that she personally knew the owners. The whole interaction felt very unprofessional and strange. I also specifically asked to keep my brows as thick as possible because I'm trying to grow them out, but unfortunately they were threaded much thinner than I requested. Now I feel like I have to start the growth process all over again. They are completely uneven. I have no idea where to start. I think she knew she messed up cause at the end of it she asked if I wanted henna eyebrows. Overall, this was not a good experience, and I won't be returning. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Alas, I scheduled a date! Keep in mind each individual is provided custom care as we all have different routes our veins travel... I had a more extensive procedure... Thank you for taking me in on the weekend (noobs pls inquire with facilities, weekends are only provided once a month or as needed) Pain was moderate due to severity. I was able to drive home and walk gently the next day! Post op- at the Novato facility.
