Have tried their coffee here and now their alcoholic drink as well. Both are really good. Not much seating once it fills up but it's a good area to study at.

A great café located at the lobby of a condo. Spacious area with a combination of tables and couches to linger over your coffee. Multiple people had laptops and were working quietly. We had a latte and some baked treats. The staff was very nice and informative about their coffee. Would definitely recommend.

A nice cafe in the lobby of an apartment building. They have regular seating if you want to work (those seats get taken up faster) and couches if you want to relax. I got their Ube Latte and it came with a Lotus Biscoff cookie. The drink was good. The ube flavour was nice. You can definitely taste it, but it's not overwhelming. I would come back here! It's a cute place. The parking situation seems a bit tricky though. There's other apartments nearby and I found a small area where you can park for free for an hour, but only a few cars can fit. If they get filled up, I'm not sure what other good parking options there are.

After trying ube latte from other coffee shops/cafes where it does not consist of any coffee, 10 Dean surprised me! The ube latte they served me was a caffeinated drink! As a coffee drinker, I really enjoyed their this drink. The ube flavour was good as it appears they do not use powder for the colour and flavour. As they're situated in the lobby of a luxury rental appartment, their seating inside is very limited. They are usually fully packed with people working on their computers. We ended up enjoying our drinks in the lobby of the condo. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth checking out.

No. 10 Dean is located inside The Parker, a luxury boutique rental apartment building. The small coffee shop is located just at the lobby of the building. The place is open to the public and there are about 5-6 tables if you're interested in working there. I stopped by the café on a Saturday around 1pm. There were a few customers enjoying their coffee but overall the café wasn't busy. I opted to purchase a flat white. There are also pastries and treats for purchase as well. My drink was made at a reasonable time and tasted great. The latte art was also on point! Service was friendly. Overall, great new option for coffee around the Yonge/Eglinton area. It will definitely be nice once the patio opens up in the summer!

This is cute modern cafe in the lobby of an apartment building near Yonge/Eglinton. The decor is really photogenic and the big windows allow for great natural lighting. They serve classic cafe drinks and I recall a few 'specialty' lattes. There's also a small pastry case to the side with croissants and pain au chocolats. We ordered a Cappuccino and an Iced Latte which were made to order and were delivered to the table we sat at. The drinks were also both served with an individually wrapped Biscoff cookie which was a nice touch. The drinks were well made and they can be sweetened as requested. The coffee beans they use in my opinion are more on the acidic side but still good coffee nonetheless. Overall, very cute spot with well made coffee, but is still a few small blocks from Eglinton station so not the most accessible.

The best coffee in the Yonge-Eglinton neighbourhood--and it's not close. The staff are well trained with coffee machinery and the beans are always fresh. Clean, stylish decor, great service, and comfortable seating. The coffees and pasties pictured added up to about $25+tip, and a latte would run you about $8+tip, which is a bit expensive compared to other cafes. When I stopped by the other day the attached condo had its garbage day so the stinky bin was sitting outside and there is heavy construction going on at the intersection but normally the patio is a much better experience.

I've been trying to watch what I eat, so I only ordered the praline and hazelnut croissant, even though there were so many items I wanted to try. The croissant was amazing! It had a nice fluffy texture, and it was very sweet. Highly recommend! I also ordered the lotus latte. The latte was sweet, but not overly sweet. It had a biscoff like cookie layer on top which gave it a unique flavour. I enjoyed the drink, but I probably wouldn't get again. The service was quick, and the server was very helpful in helping me choose which drink I should select :) Definitely will be coming back to try more of the pastries!

And i did get the matcha strawberry latte, personally wouldn't recommend as it tasted too artificial. Would definitely check them out since they're a local gem. Service is always nice and effective.

The spot was cute on the first floor and heard there's a second floor for larger tables. The interior was cute and decorated prior to the holidays. Menu is large with lots of food options to choose from. We got: Oxtail Marmalade 4/5 - This was delicious, braised and had a deep flavour of oxtail. It was a bit sweet and paired perfectly with the griddled bread and dijon. French Toast 4/5 - A thick 2 layer French toast with blueberry compote and marscapone cream. Great for sharing, tasty but definitely can't finish it on my own. Fries 5/5 - The fries were great and tasty. Cooked well and great for sharing. Overall, thought the place was a great neighbourhood cafe. Service was good. Make a reso ahead of time.

The further you go inside, it gets dimmer and there's not as much light. The interior has alot of yellow lighting, so that paired with working in the back on my laptop was a little straining on the eyes for me. I often see other remote workers camped out with their laptops, though I've yet to commit to a full work session myself. My visits are strictly of the grab-and-go variety so far. What really sets this place apart is the authentic selection of English pastries. While I'm not a meat pie person, I love that they have them here. It's a nice little nostalgic nod to my time in the UK, even if I'm just ducking in for a coffee and croissant. A solid choice for a caffeine fix, a friendly face, and a brief change of scenery from your home office.

We arrived around 3:30 pm when it was fairly occupied; they feature 'Happy Sour Hour' from 4 to 7 pm, during which all of their sour beers are reduced in price to $7.00. We ordered and shared two beers, the first a lager, the second a sour beer in order to take advantage of the discounted price. The venue is long and narrow, with two floors and a distinctive looking back patio. Our service was fairly prompt and they are located in a quite convenient location, literally across the street from the subway and the historic, flagship LCBO location.
