The interior design is high-end, definitely worthy of the name "Spa". The esthetician who performed my deluxe pedicure was kind, skilled, and thorough. She massaged me for what felt like an hour -- I almost fell asleep -- and she did a wonderful job on my nails. So after my last visit, the manager got in contact with me and I was in fact overcharged by $20. They also gave me another $10 voucher on top of that which was great. I came in today for just a pedicure and shellac removal, my beautician was very nice, tried to upsell and all of that. The shellac on my toes literally lasted since my last review so quite a while. I went with the rose scented pedicure, smelt beautiful. The chair that I was seated in didn't work so no massage while I had the treatment done. I was so tired that I just didn't bother saying anything. My toe nails look great but she didn't do a very good job on the callus removal, my feet are still quite rough. It came to $40 before tip, and can considering the distance it is from my house and the fact that I never seem to be 100% satisfied with the pedicures, I'll try somewhere closer to home next time. read more

At first I was really excited to find a nail salon by my house with such good reviews. I had a crack in one of my nails and they were able to fix it without having to sacrifice the length of my natural nails. I got a dip manicure and was incredibly pleased with it when I left, I thought I had found a go to spot. Two days later, two of my nails had already chipped which I have never experienced at another salon. I typically try to go about 3 weeks between dip manicures and have no issues but now 2 weeks later, 5 of my nails have chipped or broken and I have had to cut three nails so my nails are incredibly uneven. I won't be returning to this salon and will just stick with some other ones around the area. read more

This is a beautiful and clean nail salon. Service and prices are comparable to other salons in the area. I will say that they are not particularly friendly to walk-in patrons. I was turned away today for the third time. I can understand it being busy on weekends, but I was turned away today around 2pm (Monday) and another time on a Thursday at 1pm. They should post that appointments are preferred and probably brush up on customer service skills. I have an infant and sometimes sneak away for a quick pedicure when I can, thus not making an appointment. The gal at the front desk was rude when I explained that to her. I will take my business somewhere else going forward. Perhaps to a business that is more receptive to walk-in patrons and tired moms :) read more

This was a huge nope for me. I had high hopes based on other reviews but my experience was very disappointing. I took my friend here to treat her to a mani/pedi right before our Christmas events. I made an appointment for the two of us but we still had to wait for about 20 minutes before we were seated at the pedicure chairs. My friend was asked what kind of mani/pedis we wanted and she told the lady that I would choose because I was paying but they never brought me a menu, they just proceeded with a standard main/pedi for both of us. Overall, we were treated like just another set of hands and feet that needed to be cleaned and polished and moved out of the chairs to make room for someone else. I timed my services: my pedicure took 12 minutes, manicure took about the same because of the cure time for the shellac. Are you kidding me?!? This is not acceptable. My nail tech didn't even look at me for 75% of my pedicure. Her head and torso were turned towards the back of the shop, either watching TV or trying to see what the other girls in the back room were doing. She rushed through the steps of the pedicure and my polish did not turn out nicely at all. When she was removing my old polish, she was so rough about it, it actually really hurt. She was using a file to help remove it even though it was just regular polish. It was totally unnecessary, painful, and damaging to my skin and nails. When she got to mani, I told her that I had not been given a chance to pick out a shellac color. She brought two huge baskets of colors over to me and rushed me through the selection process. While I was going through them, she kept pulling out color trays I'd already looked at and putting them into the pile of ones I hadn't looked at, presumably trying to make recommendations even though I'd told her I wasn't sure what I wanted and she wasn't actually showing me any suggestions. I felt panicked to make a decision so I quickly settled on a glittery red because it seemed appropriate for the holiday. I could have used the (short) time during the pedicure to pick something out and not felt so rushed to make a choice. I should add that our manicures were nothing more than a cuticle clean up and application of polish. Not worth the money AT ALL, especially when paired with how bad my polish turned out. The shellac polish does not look good. When she put the base coat on my nails, she put it on so thick that it puddled around the sides of my nails, touching my skin, and it burned really badly when I put my nails under the UV light. I mentioned this to her and she told me that's supposed to happen. I've had shellac before and no, it's not. The polish is super uneven and there are huge bulges and spots where the glitter is uneven. It wasn't until the very end of my services where she actually talked to me and was very nice and pleasant, but that didn't make up for the poor service I experienced the whole time. My friends nails turned out much nicer but her overall experience wasn't much better. I wasn't expecting a 5-star spa experience but for over $100 (before tip) for the two of us, I expected a much more thorough experience, a little more time and attention, and certainly a better look for my nails. I've tried wearing the polish on my fingers for several days now and it's been pretty uncomfortable to the point where I'm going to have to go somewhere else and pay to have this shellac removed and new color re-applied. Would not recommend this establishment and I will not be going back. read more

I went in for a pink and white rebase. I had low expectations as previous experience with other nail shops has been a bit disappointing. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and my rebase was started shortly after. My nails were in a bit of rough shape but the nail tech. I sat with was thorough, gentle and quite skilled. Her work station was very clean as well as the shop itself was quite clean. The decor is gorgeous and the overall atmosphere so pleasant. Had I had enough time I would have gotten a pedicure for sure. Pricing was pretty typical and I would say well worth it. I would have given 5 stars however, I was slightly discouraged by the fact that the nail tech. suggested that I would like a different shop in the area after asking me where else I had visited before. Other than that my experience was great and I hope to return soon for a pedicure. 2/5/16 I returned for a pedicure and I must say my experience was great. My daughter and I started getting our nails done here a few months ago and we absolutely love it. They do such an amazing job, they are total perfectionists. They also don't really try to upsell you like at other salons, they just make recommendations on what would be better for your nails. As a result I've started getting dip instead of acrylics and my natural nails have gotten a lot longer and stronger. I LOVE this salon! I've been here 3 times now, and the service is always wonderful. Twice we've come in first thing on a Sunday morning and they are usually busy right away (how could they not be with such amazing staff/services!) and they have had no problem fitting us in, or given us attitude for not having an appointment. My nails always come out beautifully, the staff is incredibly friendly and great at what they do! I also got my nails done here for my friend's wedding and they did a very pretty design for me. The place is incredibly clean, beautifully decorated, they take their time making your nails perfect instead of rushing because they are busy, and bonus... the chairs for pedis, manis, and even the drying stations are incredibly comfortable. I have been coming here for years. I will not be coming back. I came to the salon today to have a manicure and pedicure with shellac on my toes and regular polish in my finger nails. I left after $75 worth of services - however, a couple hours later I decided I didn't like the color. I removed the polish and the shellac, and they were able to squeeze me in at 5 PM for a polish change. I showed up for my appointment and was told it would be $22 for my toes to be redone and $10 for my finger nails. I told the woman at the front desk that I would not pay $32. I could see $10 maybe, but not $32. I realize I was the one who changed my mind, but I did all of the real work in removing the polish. $32 is outrageous. I did all of this as I have a wedding I am attending tomorrow. My nails now look the same as when I first came in. What a waste of money!!! read more

Omg y'all, this nail salon is the best! My entire family goes to this one, and everyone else has to fight over who gets Phong when I don't go in! She is such a sweet, wonderful woman, and she definitely knows her way around a phenomenal manicure. Big thanks to her for countless gorgeous manicures that I've regrettably lost photos for, the last year of nails have been truly glam!! For me personally, I always get a rebase and a gel polish - anytime it has chipped, I can come in and the nail is fixed for free. Same if I break a nail! This is always 100% my fault, so I'm always more than happy to pay to salon, but normally they don't even charge for the fix! I continue to go back because all the staff are friendly and fun, they have a really amazing selection of regular color AND glittery/cat-eye/effect gel polishes, and run a clean salon. I have been going to Cindy at this Salon for many years and it is top of the line! All of the workers are very friendly and make you feel welcomed and comfortable there. The salon is very clean and modern. Liners are used in the pedicure bowls and tools are always sterilized. Cindy has done my pedicure and dip nails for years and I have referred many others to her that are extremely happy with the quality and skill she has. Her dip nails are always even, very natural and done to perfection and she is also very sweet and always happy! Recently moved to the area and am in search for a new nail place, high reviews of No. 5 had me excited that I may have found it. This is a very busy salon, I don't know if I just had a bad tech or what. Pedicure was EXTREMELY rushed, one of the worst I've had. Light massage, minimal clipping of cuticles, literally put the salt scrub on for 5 seconds and washed it off. For 30.00 I expected something at least decent. Nails are sloppy, paint and otherwise. (See pics) They were done yesterday and they already look like a weeks growth! I'm hoping this is an isolated incident as I would like to try them again for the convenience factor. There are a ton of nail shops around but none of them are like No. 5! I have really loved it here up until an experience I had about two weeks ago. I got an acrylic rebase with Ly and she started out by charging me extra for forcibly ripping off four of my nails, and burning a couple of my nails with the dremel. She did not clean up my edges or anything else that is usually included in a manicure. She then failed to listen to what color and style I wanted, then when asked to take the shellac off and do it correctly, she got visibly frustrated and ended up tearing up my skin with the nail dremel and was vocally rude to me, saying I should have explained it to her the first time. I showed her an exact photo of what I wanted before she even started. I am so bothered by my experience. I'm sorry to have to post it. read more
