This used to be a good salon. The first time I went several years ago I got the best pedicure I've ever had from the owner Kayla. After that I couldn't book with her, I was always sent to one of the employees who were good but not like her. Now there are new employees every time I go , I don't see the owner and the last two pedicures I hot were terrible. The polish came off the last one in 4 days and it was gel! The guy who worked on me was not good. I explained what I wanted and he showed me one nail and finished the rest without asking me if they were ok. When I asked about one that I didn't like , he didn't fix it, he just said it was my nail. The nails looked really bad and they charged $60 for a regular pedicure and stuck that stupid tip thing in front of my face with the lowest amount being 20% and stood there watching me and waiting. I hate that and will never come back and will never recommend that place to anyone! read more

The pricing is so inconsistent here. I got a pedicure and they charged me $3 to use the callus remover machine. Other places I've been this is included but I said ok. They charged me $10 for the same callus remover machine. An extra $10 for a special colored gel ( they don't have many colors, just one book and the other book is 10$ more), $10 to "fix" my nail ( they could have just cut my nails short ) - not once did she say she was fixing my nail and I was working on my lab top so had no idea. I asked her about the price when I checked out and she just giggled and talked at the same time. It was so unauthentic. I have not been able to see my mom for almost a year. We are very loud and where extremely excited it is hard for us to make up our mind. The staff was nothing but kind and patient and they allowed us time and flexibility to make our decisions. We never felt rushed or judged, the salon is incredibly clean. They also don't use any acrylic. I was very surprised when I walked in and the salon did not smell like the usual nail salon the air was clean and there wasn't a hint of chemical smell. Alice did my nails I have never seen someone use so much precision. I have never left a salon feeling better about my nails. They were really transparent about the pricing as I decided to add on styles and gems I could not have asked for a better experience and I definitely will be back. Waited nearly 30 minutes for our appointment. The appointment wound up lasting nearly 3 hours. Still left with a $200+ bill (before a generous tip) for 2 gel mani-pedis... Never, again. We weren't even seated next to each other during our manicures. My manicure had to be done twice. I left with what looks like river-rock sized gobs of gel polish on my toes (counted 3 coats of color + base coat + top coat, etc.). Finger nail gel polish was so poorly executed that it started peeling up around my cuticles and pulling my hair out within one week... I've never had this issue after having a professional manicure--only when I do it myself. The ladies were very kind, though. read more

I have been coming to this salon for several years and I have always had a great experience. I don't get manicures or pedicures very often, but when I do, this is my nail salon of choice....until today. I was in the middle of having my manicure when another woman walked in and said that she needed a pedicure. One employee asked her to come back tomorrow, but that didn't work for her. My nail technician made a commotion and said she could accommodate this entitled woman. My nail technician proceeded to finish my nails as quickly as possible (imagine a 5 year old doing your nails). She then rushed me out of my seat and scampered over to the other customer. I regret coming out and getting my nails done. I was truly looking forward to this, but could have stayed home and done a better job myself. There are so many other salons in the area that will actually value my business. I found Beauzen nails through a posting on Groupon and I am so glad I did! I bought two mani pedis for my mother and I for christmas. The manicure was a parafin one and it was incredible. Most places where I've had one similar just bring like a bag of wax that is too hot, but not here, you dip your hands, the temperature is perfect and your hands relax with the wax on inside heated hand pads. The pedicure was a mud pedicure that was followed by lotion with a long, luxurious massage, hot stones, and hot towel. They do an incredible job and really know how to pamper their customers. I have now purchased a 6 mani pedi bundle deal from their extended holiday sale and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! 6 maní pedis for under $200! I definitely recommend coming to Beauzen nails where the service is incredible, the prices are great and the people are kind. read more

I'm wavering here. I don't want to give them 2 stars, but I just don't feel like they deserve 3. Anyway, I've had 2 manicures here. The first was nice, she did a good job and it lasted quite a while. I would give that one a solid 4. I came back a week and a half later for my second manicure. The older lady was standing over the girl doing my manicure, which was odd, like she was watching how she was doing or something. Anyway, I went to wash my hands and came back and the older lady then finished up my manicure. Again, odd, but nothing to complain about, I guess. But then, she seemed distracted, kept looking out the window, and did a kind of messy/missed the sides of my nails kind of job. I had to point out a few places for her to repolish, which she did, but still, it wasn't good, by any means. Then, the polish came off in chunks in the next 1-3 days. Now I know this is an inexpensive manicure, but when there's chips in my nails the next day? And big ones too, like 30% of my pinky nail no longer polished. That's a bad manicure.
