    The Panini finally arrived!
    Harsh G.

We waited 40 mins for a Panini which was served cold. Although we had ordered our food to have it at the cafe, the server somehow presumed that it was a to-go order. No one apologized for the delayed order. We sat in the outdoor space hoping for a nice time outside, but we were greeted by trash bins. The Panini was decent though. The bread could have been a little more fresh and the portion a little bigger, considering that it was a $13 sandwich. I wouldn't recommend this place to my fellow foodies.

What a fun and friendly little, but more than coffee, house in downtown Snoqualmie. Always a great selection of coffee, always hot n tasty. I've been here a few times already, overdue for a review. I apologize, a picture of the coffee menu soon. Great choices for breakfast and lunch meals, always adding specials of the day. I tried the 'less boring grilled cheese, and with bacon and locally made apple butter it was definitely NOT boring, lots of flavors going on! Along with coffee, they serve kombucha, ciders, and local beers, so a little bit for anyone. Backside is an open patio for nicer days, nice n cozy on the inside. Art on sale hanging on the walls, and a friendly barista behind the counter ready to take your order. Always great to support local businesses. Definitely worth stopping by, next time you're traveling around Snoqualmie. Yelping on, God bless and Cheers!

Her food was made with love! I would totally recommend the pesto sandwhich, I never tasted anything like it!!

We found Bindlestick coffee shop online and decided to stop by and boy did we not regret it. everything tasted amazing and customer service was great. Her food was made with love! I would totally recommend the pesto sandwhich, I never tasted anything like it it was delicious! Whenever we are back in Seattle this place is a must to stop by again! 10/10 recommend.

Confusing experience! While we were waiting in line, the person working loudly expressed not being happy any time someone new walked in. She rushed us to make a decision on food and then when I ordered a bagel sandwich she said she was out of everything bagels, totally fine except she offered and served one for free to a regular who came in later and had forgotten his wallet. They were also out of avocado, so she offered a panini that also was supposed to come with avocado, but sadly didn't and no discount on price. It sounded and tasted pretty okay, but for the price of $13 I expected to be full after. It was really small and not filling. While sitting there, we listened to her loudly complaining about her boyfriend to the regular who was eating his everything bagel. Overall wish we had chosen somewhere else for lunch.

Really cute place in Snoqualmie. The inside is small with a few tables but they have a big outdoor seating area in back. Great location in downtown right across from the train. The breakfast sandwich was fresh and really good. Customer service 10/10.

Amazing atmosphere and wonderful food in a nice little quaint town. We enjoyed our time here in the backyard patio under the pergola with our dogs after a nice little hike! Service was excellent and the owner super friendly! Even brought out some deli meat for the pups to munch on!

    Blood orange ;)

Cute spot with a great little outdoor space. Easy to do social distancing. I got a pint of the blood orange (I think IPA) on tap and it was super refreshing after a long hike. Lots of free parking in their lot or on the street. Everyone there seemed to know each other which gave it a nice homey feel. Looks like they had sandwich and caffeine options as well.

    Hot white chocolate mocha.

One of the best places in the whole snoqualmie valley. Those batch cocktails, feels like some sort of wizard makes those.

What a view!!! I took some amazing pictures. When it came time for our reservation, we checked in, and only waited a few minutes before we were greeted and taken to our table. While we were being brought to our table, the host asked us if we were celebrating anything special, which I thought was extremely thoughtful. I told him I was on vacation, and he welcomed me, and asked me how my vacation was so far, and told me to enjoy the rest of it. We were seated at a window seat, with a view of the waterfalls. We waited only a few more minutes before our order was taken. I ordered the halibut and my sister ordered the salmon, both were extremely good. We ordered dessert, and that was extremely good as well. When it came time for us to leave, we were cordially thanked. Everything about this visit was super fantastic. Thank you to our host and server for making this a once in a lifetime experience. This is by far going to be the highlight of my vacation. Thanks for making it memorable

Depending on where you are seated inside, you may or may not get a view. We sat in the add-on outdoor area with metal roof. It was nice. Fairly standard grill fare but they seem to execute well. Kids Fish n Chips (4): Hot and crispy. Felt the fish could use a little more seasoning but thats what tartar sauce is for. It came out piping hot and was crispy and moist. Buttermilk Chicken Sandwich (4): Chicken was pretty tasty and juicy. Breading was good. Solid sandwich. Wish they had a spicy option, but it was still good. They had a cool firepit outside the entrance. Didn't have a view on that side but it was nice to stand around and warm up. Overall, good spot for a bite in a nice location.

The chicken had a fantastic mesquite seasoning, paired perfectly with a pickled jalapeño aioli that added just the right balance of heat and tang. The bun was fresh and held everything together without getting soggy, which made the whole sandwich even better. I went with the mac and cheese bowl, and it was pure comfort food done right. The rich, creamy cheese sauce over large shell noodles was excellent on its own, but adding brisket took it to another level. The cornbread crumbles and potato chips added great texture, and a drizzle of Buckshot Honey BBQ sauce tied everything together. Every bite was loaded with flavor. What really stood out was the owner working behind the bar. He was attentive, friendly, and genuinely engaged with guests, constantly checking in and making conversation. You can tell he takes real pride in his restaurant, and it shows in both the food and the atmosphere. Highly recommend Buckshot Honey. We're already looking forward to coming back and working our way through the rest of the menu. And hopefully that chicken sandwich special makes its way onto the regular menu soon.
