I had a bad experience years ago and decided to give them a second chance with an online order. They forgot 2 items and I drove back for one and then the second one we realized when we got home. We asked for them to deliver what they forgot (the 2nd item) but to no avail. Needless to say we won't be back and check out the lower scored reviews the owner has NOTHING to say. They have an incredible menu for a vegans! I feel like most restaurants have some sort of plant-based burger patty and that is all, infusion bar and Grill offers impossible sliders, impossible nachos, and a fantastic impossible burger that comes with vegan cheese! Every time we've ordered takeout, the food has been ready extremely quickly and the service is always fantastic. Randomly decided to come here for lunch. Really glad we did. Their menu is expansive and what we had was delicious. Walking in it's clean and a typical bar. Tons of beer signs all over from local breweries. Sat in a booth and were given water. The server told us to use our phones to scan the code for the menu We decided to split a few things to get an idea of what they had. We got the poutine, the steakhouse burger with the soup of the day and a side salad. (Needed something a little healthy). The poutine came out pipping hot. Fries covered with melted cheese curds and gravy. The fries were hot and crunchy. And they were complimented with the thick brown gravy a melted cheese. Perfectly indulgent. The salad and soup came out next. It was a shrimp chowder. The chowder had a little spice to it which was nice and lots of fresh veggies. The dressing for the salad was really good. And the salad was a typical green salad, nice fresh and crisp. The burger came out next to round out our meal. The server was nice enough to have the kitchen split it. It came with a huge homemade onion ring bbq sauce, bacon and pepper jack cheese. It was all really good. Way too much food but the leftovers are always welcome. We came in on a weekday evening after a hike and our hostess seemed rushed and rude. We greeted her and thanked her for seating us and she didn't even acknowledge us. We were seated outside where there was absolutely no music and we could hear everyone's conversations around us which made it really difficult to have a conversation. Also, the tables were all pretty cold even though they do have heating it was not turned up very high or the tables were placed too far away from it. I've always loved their onion rings so those were delicious as always and my sand which was good but the jambalaya seemed overly spiced perhaps to make up for a lack of proper seasoning? Normally I really like the food here, so brought a friend for lunch. She had never been. Not sure what was going on, but it was awful! I normally love the crab melt. I understand food prices have gone up significantly and it's hard to run a restaurant, but I believe the crab melt used to be 2 pieces of ciabatta open-faced. I was given one small piece, with very little crab on it. It had obviously been reheated and I wondered if someone had ordered it and canceled their order, so the chef just reheated it for me. AMAZING! We arrived around 6 on a Thursday, we were seated right away and got our drink order taken within 5 minute. Once our drinks came (about 7 min) she took our appetizer and food order since we were ready. Took about 15 minutes to get our side salads and appetizer out which was delicious. Steak skewer! Had bell pepper and onions with a coleslaw salad underneath and the BEST sauce. Our food came about 10-15 min later and was actually one of the best meals we have eaten out in about a year. The turkey pesto sandwich has the PERFECT amount of everything, and the chorizo Mac and cheese tastes like your grandmas best mac and cheese on crack, it was so good. Would not recommend, mediocre Reuben sandwich We got there at 530, open tables outside, told they were all saved for reservations starting between 6 and 630. We were headed towards the door when the bar tender said he'd see what he could do, had us order drinks and let us wait on the patio. Let us have a table at 6, think he might also be the owner too. Ordered coconut shrimp for an app, and on happy hour. Got our shrimp after our main arrived. Really dry Reuben without much Sauerkraut or dressing. Table next to us had a reservation for 6 showed up about 615, group of 6 made up of 3 couples. Rules right now limit dinning to 6, restaurant knew ahead of time and allowed it, 6 seats were setup before they arrived. Won't go back, but limited options at the moment. read more

This place would have been not great if it were half the price, but it is terrible for the price. We came in for lunch today after a hike for my son's 16th Birthday. The waitress was alone and told us to sit wherever. The metal table tops were driving my daughter nuts. Every bracelet, watch, cup ect were scratching on it. When my son got his chicken sandwich I didn't say anything to him because he was starving but there were barely any fries and the sandwich just looks deflated and sorry. He took one bite and said that it tastes just like the school lunch (ouch) $18 for a school lunch chicken sandwich and 8 French fries. My daughter's turkey sandwich for $17 was the same. No fries and very much a deli style sandwich. The ranch dressing tasted of questionable mayonnaise and nothing ranch. Sooo given many of the reviews for this place, I was expecting possibly rude and/or slow service here, but yesterday was a Hawks game day and much of the Hawks game fell in between scheduled tours that we had in this area. So we went here not expecting much, but we were very pleasantly surprised. I didn't get the name of our waitress, but she was wonderful, and so was the other employee that we interacted with. (Our waitress was short in height, had long black hair, and wore a Russell Wilson jersey.) Our waitress was cheerful, friendly, and attentive. Our food was served quickly - every single order of it, on a game day! Our group ordered several drinks, and they were all good. I checked the helpful yelp reviews already on here in advance of our visit, and one of them suggested ordering the onion rings. I can't eat the onion rings since I am gluten-free, but another person in our group ordered them and he loved them!! The fries were good too - a generous amount for the price, and served in a cone-shaped wire dish in paper so they stayed hot longer. The bathroom sink basin is really cool - it's made of a turquoise glass with subtle patterns in it. There are at least 7 large-screen TVs, and plenty of Seahawks memorabilia decorating the walls. We arrived at the perfect time - just in time to see the Hawks get their first touchdown of the game!! Surprise of the day - this was a 5-star experience in every way! read more

Just arrived for a week's visit to the in-laws' near Seattle. We stopped in here for some lunch, and enjoyed the food! I had the prime rib dip, which is *probably* better just described as a steak sandwich. Grilling prime rib gives it a strip steak texture. A lot of fat and a bit tough in spots, but still big flavor. The herbed au jus was rich and buttery, and the onion rings...oh my God, the onion rings! Crispy tempura battered and huge! So glad I had them as my side item. Just got done eating at Infusion for the first time. Super yummy food! This is a great spot to eat when your group is indifferent in what sounds good for a meal. Atmosphere is really nice as well. What really made me want to order dessert is the service. Our servers name was Darius, apparently it was his second day but you wouldn't have known that based off of how pleasant and comfortable he was as our server. Really great time dining here, would come again and request Darius as a server. He's the perfect middle of professional and personable. A group of us stopped here for dinner and drinks before heading to the casino for a concert. Free parking can be found in the parking lot. Discover is an accepted form of payment. Tabs were easily split. This place is a bar and grill and so is their food. Their prices not so much. Steep prices. We were advised that happy hour specials do not start up until the Seahawks start up. Pints of Manny's ran $6 each. An 8oz pour of 14 Hands Cabernet Sauvignon was $13 and a 5oz pour was $9. My wife and I shared the full order of the Turkey Club for $13: deli sliced turkey breast, smoke apple wood bacon, lettuce, tomato, fresh avocado, and mayo served on toasted sourdough. We chose the fries as our side. When the fries actually made it out to us (about 10 minutes after our sandwich) they were tasty. The sandwich was flavorful with a generous portion of avocado. We also ordered a cup of soup (Tomato) for $4. We were brought out a bowl instead. When I brought this to our servers attention he advised we could keep the bowl and he would only charge us for the requested cup. The tomato soup was satisfying. Our server was awesome and went above and beyond. Overall, I would not dine here again due to the high prices for the type of food served. When I frequent a Bar & Grill I also expect said environment, not a hoity toity environment. read more

Stopped by on a fluke. We drove out to see the falls (which were amazing at Snoqualmie). They were open with outside seating. There was covered/heated and uncovered. I liked the option. We sat in the covered area as the football game was on. The server was very friendly. The pace was slow but we didn't mind as we were in no hurry. We had drinks and appetizers. We were in town for a scooter tournament and walked up the hill for dinner after the last game. The good: I ordered the crab melt which was phenomenal!!! So good! The others in my family had burgers and fries which were also good. The Bad: we received a coffee cocktail off their specials menu - the server gave it to us cold. My son ordered a sprite which was only sparking water because the soda syrup box needed to be changed. Wife asked for ranch dressing and received something else entirely The Ugly: all of these can easily be corrected but when u politely ask the server to correct them and she is rude and gets an attitude about it like we're asking too much for hot coffee (too be hot) or sprite to actually have sprite in it.... We were excited to give the Infusion another shot after disappointing prior visits. Firstly, the staff was friendly and helpful. We got plenty of attention. However, the food is still mediocre. The classic burger was just okay and the crispy chicken sandwich was weird. It looked as though instead of a nice piece of chicken, the sandwich was filled with very thin chicken fingers. The fries were cold and clearly old. That is inexcusable. We did point it out and we were rewarded with a fresh hot batch. Why wouldn't they want to serve fresh fries every time. Went here after a hike and hands down the best food and drinks we've had in a long while. The chorizo Mac and cheese is 100% the best Mac and cheese dish I've had. My fiancé had the turkey pesto sandwich and was raving.
