They were awesome to work with. I provided a design, but they helped me make sure it was in a usable format and were super easy, quick. I was grateful that there was an option for them to send me my order without using much plastic. My only surprise was how the cotton felt - I was expecting it to be softer, based on other cotton bandanas I've bought (not in bulk, as these were), and there was a lot of static when I washed all the bandanas for the first time, before giving them out as gifts. The people who received them said that the texture is normal - this is how they would expect it to feel. And we all loved how they turned out. Anyway, the company was super easy to work with.
