The No good burger joint is all good as long as your not on a diet lol. Went here the other night and had a really good burger and some decent wings. Got the farmer kev which was huge and i mean like 2 full meals huge. Burger was cooked a little rarer then i asked but was still delicious. The onions and everything on top blended very nicely. Fries were ok, nothing special. Got the wings with there mixed bufaque sauce to start. Wings were a little fatty, deff a lower class wing, but the sauce was awesome. My father coaxed me into coming here the day after thanksgiving. I live in Manhattan now and he's mentioned this place to me a bunch of times, so this was our chance to try it out. Stopped here for lunch on Friday with a girlfriend after hearing great things about it from friends. I also had great sliders from then at a festival over the summer so I wanted to check out their base. Walking in, it is pretty small. There is a counter with a few barstools and maybe 3 or 4 tables. The staff is friendly and pleasant. First we asked about the beers available and after discussing a few, I chose the Flower Power and my girlfriend asked for the House Lager, both of us received the House Lager but I understood why there was confusion so I settled for it anyway. It wasn't bad. We ordered our burgers, which are in the moderate price range. Both of us built our own and the toppings are priced per, so that also adds up. After ordering, a bucket of popcorn was placed on the table and we nibbled as we sipped our beers and chatted. I ordered the special blend burger with mozzarella, guacamole, and an egg on a Pretzel bun. My girlfriend ordered the special blend burger with cheddar and bacon on a Pretzel bun and both of us got fries. The food took a fair average amount of time to come out (I don't mind, that usually means it's being made fresh). My only complaint here was that both burgers were served on the brioche buns instead of pretzel. Not a crazy big deal, there wasn't a price difference and the toasted brioche was pretty good. The burgers are a fair size and both were juicy and cooked perfectly. The fries are something special here, I'm not sure what seasoning blend they use but it isn't just plain salt and it's amazing. I should have asked for them to be well done, I will next time! The bathroom is much larger than you would expect, very nicely decorated and kept clean. (review for May 2021 visit) Delicious hamburgers at this small and unique restaurant! We went on Memorial Day weekend, when the weather was unusually cold and rainy so no barbecues held! It was expensive but worth it! We reserved a table for the 5 of us, and we were glad we did when we saw how small it was. We were greeted by friendly staff who helped us to navigate the unusual menu. We never saw "PBJ burger" on a menu before! We all enjoyed our selections, including The Tony Burger (served on Texas toast with Colby cheese, onion rings, bacon, and their home made bbq sauce), the Farmer Kev Burger (burger topped with pulled pork, cheddar cheese, lettuce, onion sticks and Cole slaw covered with a combo bbq and ranch sauce served on a brioche bun) and the southwest salad which had a delicious spicy ranch dressing. The fries were delicious as well. The servings were very large, appreciated by my three sons! Definitely recommend this as a place not to miss! read more

Burgers were delicious. However, we will not be going back. Here's why: when you walk in, they tell you to scan the barcode for menu. What they did not tell us is that the prices on their own menu are wrong! Was told after I received bill and asked why are prices different that the prices have gone up!! So, the potato skins we ordered (a measly 3 pieces) was $10.95, not $8.95 as the menu listed. Very sleazy way to do business. All they had to do was tell us before hand. I came here in May with my family and we all enjoyed our time together here. The restaurant is small but cozy. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. They continuously checked up on us throughout our time here and gave suggestions as to what they recommend on the menu. I ordered a mac and cheese burger but I ordered it with Texas toast instead of having it with the pretzel bun which I am sure would have been just as yummy. The burger was delicious, the flavor was on point and the mac and cheese was great. It was cheesy and awesome. I wish I would have ordered a side of that as well. We found our new burger place!! Everything we had was absolutely delicious and the woman serving us (maybe the owner?) was super sweet. The Farmer Kev and the regular fries (love thick steak fries) were my faves. Highly recommend!! Came here with another couple and their one year old. We were initially going to take our food to go since there were no seats (there are maybe 3-4 tables and then the seats at the bar), but a table opened up while we were waiting for our food (they had estimated a 45 min wait for our food) so we decided to stay. As soon as we sat down, we were brought delicious freshly popped popcorn, which we promptly gobbled up. The hubby and one friend both tried the burger joint lager (which they enjoyed), and we got buffacue wings (half buffalo sauce, half BBQ sauce) to share. I got the pb&j burger (sandwiched by cinnamon raisin bread) with regular fries (all the burgers come with fries), the hubby got the Farmer Kev (burger topped wth pulled pork and fried onions) and subbed sweet potato tots (+$2), and our friends got the Wyld Card (jelly donut burger!) and The Tony Special (Texas toast burger). All of these has delicious bacon in them that was just crispy and fatty enough. I thought the wings were just ok, not as meaty or juicy as I would've liked. Came with skinny celery sticks and carrot sticks and chunky blue cheese to dip. The burgers though... YUM. Mine was really good - the peanut butter worked well with the burger, bacon, and cinnamon raisin bread, but seemed like something was missing (maybe it was just because the bread was bigger than the burger, being that the bread was square and the burger was round?) I wonder if shaping the burger to match the size of the bread, or cutting the bread to match the burger would make the burger even better? I liked my husband's burger even more than mine though. It looked absolutely amazing, and it tasted just as good as it looked. Can't go wrong with pulled pork and fried onions on a burger! And those fries. I love thick steak fries and these were cooked and seasoned perfectly. Weren't overcooked or overfried.. crispy on the outside and warm and soft on the inside. And they weren't too salty, which is something I find happens a lot with fries. Possibly one of the best fries I've ever eaten. The hubby loved his sweet potato tots, definitely never has those before. I thought they were unique and worth trying, but definitely preferred the regular fries more. Our friends loved their meals as well. The friend who got the jelly donut burger was in love. He ate every crumb and could not stop exclaiming how amazing it was. To be honest, I missed that burger on the menu. If I had, I probably would've gotten it too. I also want to acknowledge how super sweet our server was to our friends' daughter. As soon as we sat down they asked if they wanted a high chair and offered a puzzle for the baby. They brought her a small basket of sweet potato fries while we waited for our food, and after we finished eating, they brought her some ice cream (but asked mom and dad if it was ok first). I spent $16.45 for this lack of a burger on a "bed of lettuce". More like one piece of lettuce. Charged $1 for 4 pickle slices and $1 for 5 pieces of wilted spinach. The coleslaw that came with it was flavorless. I could have ordered five guys or burgerfi, double the size of this and unlimited toppings for $6-$8. They need to figure out pricing because it's disgusting that they are charging $17 for this crap. read more

Such a cute place! The owner Linda was so nice and helpful when it came to questions about the menu and making suggestions. I went with my husband and our friend and everyone really enjoyed their food. We ordered the fruity pebble and Twinkie shakes which were sooo yummy. They came in mason jars with whipped cream. I forgot the name of the ice cream that they used but it was really good. I had the build your own burger, my husband got the Farmer Kev burger and swapped the traditional patty for a 50/50 patty which is half pork and half beef and our friend ordered the T.B.J. P.B.J. which was created by the owner's son. It's worth the trip. The next time we stop by I'll be sure to try the appetizers. read more

First impression when you walk in is WOW it's small in here. It's a small box of a restaurant with 4 or 5 tables and 4 or so chairs at the "bar". The waitress was very kind but service was slow for it being a small place with not many customers. Unfortunately when we went to order they were out of macaroni and cheese and guacamole so we ordered buffalo chicken empanadas which were very good. The 3 of us got different entrees. My one friend got a burger from the specials menu that had fried ravioli on it and she loved it! She got onion rings as her side which I tasted and they were amazing. My other friend got the farmer kev burger and had to deconstruct it to eat it and ultimately enjoyed it but wasn't wowed. To my disappointment, my sandwich was basically inedible. I got the pollo loco sandwich with grilled marinated chicken, melted pepper jack, applewood smoked bacon, pineapple, avocado (I excluded), and spicy mayo on an English muffin. My chicken was so thin and dry it wouldn't tear. Not to mention it smelt and tasted odd. I took the chicken off and ate a bacon pineapple sandwich lol. Had dinner here last Saturday, outdoor dining available, staff is amazing, they went out of there way to make sure we were fully happy with our order. We love their food, my favorite is the summer watermelon salad, so yummy! Ok now the food: From what I've had or sampled from my family members plate. The "That Winzie" burger is my fave, The "Mac Daddy" is completely overindulgent (the mac & cheese on its own needs salt but with the burger and bacon it works). And the "Pops Burger" has the tastiest carmelized onions I've ever had. The wings are always cooked to perfection and BBQ is our family's favorite (there's no heat in the Buffalo or the combo sauce: Buffacue). For sides: The Sweet Potato fries & tater tots, onion rings, & their classic fries are hot and fresh each time. The Pulled Pork Slaw is a bit too sweet but the concept is genius. And finally, I'm perfectly fine with just beer and wine being the options for alcoholic drinks. They're a small place and if you want hard liquor, go to a Friday's or something. Also, the ice creams/shakes are awesome, I used to go to the ice cream shop they get their ice cream from in Queens and love the unique flavors they get and it's the only place on Long Island you can try it. read more

I ordered food from this place for pick up. They said that the food would be ready in 20 minutes. Got there 30 minutes later and the food still was not ready. Waited and waited. They told me it will be ready shortly. I had an appointment so I was very anxious to leave. I told them that it was ridiculous that 40 minutes later from the time I ordered and I food is not ready. As I was getting to walk out the food was ready. They gave it to me with no apology. I rolled and eyes and as I was walking out this woman at the counter mumbled " don't come back". This place is close to home so we figured we'd try it. Wow. Small place but cute. Girl at the counter/waitress was very nice. We went around lunch time during the week. We were the only people there but you could tell they were still busy from the phone ringing. I wish I could give a better review but it took 25 mins for us to get our food and my medium rare burger was served medium raw. It took me several minutes to get the attention of the server.
