good service, decent burger, I didn't love it but it was fine. I like their Baldwin burgers more so I think it was just I didnt love their smash burgers. The lava cake was also just ok. Overall a decent meal but I wouldn't go back to this location.

No Good Burger Joint never disappoints! Their burgers are always juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection hands down one of my favorite spots for a great burger. This is their second location, and I love how much bigger it is! There's plenty of room now, so it feels more open and comfortable, even when it's busy. On this visit, we decided to try the grilled cheeseburger my friend went with the regular version, and I tried the veggie one, and both were soooo good! My veggie burger was perfectly seasoned and satisfying without feeling heavy. You can really tell they put care into making everything taste amazing. And of course, I had to get the truffle fries, which were absolutely incredible! Crispy, golden, and loaded with that irresistible truffle flavor easily one of the best fries around. What I love most about No Good Burger Joint is that the food is consistently delicious and the service is always great. The staff are friendly, attentive, and make the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. If you're in the area and craving a truly great burger (or veggie burger!), this is the place to try. Between the juicy burgers, addicting fries, and welcoming vibe, it's no surprise this spot keeps getting more popular. Can't wait to come back again!

No Good Burger Joint in RVC is your go to smash burger restaurant if you love smashburgers. This busy restaurant is always packed. They have a large selection of smash burgers as well as appetizers and salads. Everything we ordered was very fresh. The staff was very nice and helpful. Milk shakes were also very popular while we ate there. There is also a selection of dessert of you are still hungry.

Greatest place for a smash burger, hands down. Got the old fashioned double burger & holy tony double burger; both burgers were exceptional and beyond our expectations. I was amazed how juicy it was while because cooked perfectly. Each bite felt like a kiss from heaven. We also got the fried pickles, which is 100% better than Hooters. The mint chocolate chip milkshake is to die for & the sweet potato fries were delish. Service was very friendly and accommodating and would definitely bring my friends back here to introduce them to how a burger must be made. Love this place !!

The original NGBJ in Baldwin has excellent burgers. I knew for a fact this smash burger location would as well. I was right. Absolutely delicious burgers, crisp cold beers and sports on a Sunday is the ideal. Service was top notch and the vibe was chill.

First of all Shout out to Shane who Served us well! He brought us our meal, my daughter has the smash burger plate and I had the no good burger we washed it down with lemonade and prosecco it was supper yummy (watch out for Brain freeze tho) I want you to know We're going back, I must try their loaded fries!

This is a Wagyu smash!! Couldn't eat it.

Seen all these IG post which led me here. I see a wagyu burger and of course I'm going for it. It's wagyu, how can you mess it up? It's WAGYU!!!!!! Comes with no sauce lettuce tomato and raw onions. The picture says it all, this is their Wagyu and it looks like beef jerky. 3 of us $108 dollars later and you're talking about 1 kids meal 2 adult burgers. I hate being that guy but this place won't not last long in RVC. Take a look at the pic, this is WAGYU!!!!!!!! Can you tell I'm in pissed? $22 for overcooked charred Wagyu bro!!!!!!

Service was seriously slow this year

Wanted to go and try for a long time. Finally on the South Shore and went there. This is what a good burger and fries should taste like. Really enjoyed the food and experience.

Best burgers I've had in a while. The staff was so nice and made sure we had everything we needed. I went to the Baldwin location for the first time, it's pretty small - maybe like five or six tables but definitely worth stopping by or ordering in!! Everything was delicious and their smash burgers are top-tier!! the grilled cheese burger was my favorite :)))

This was my first time there. The food was delicious. I will definitely go back. I was recommended by a friend and it was a great recommendation.

Cool place but very expensive, burger was very greasy and salty. French fries were good. They did have a lot of options on their menu.

We opted for the dining room, which has a cool, broody, tavern-like vibe with nice wood accents. Service was absolutely stellar. I asked to substitute a side that wasn't officially an option, and our waiter went out of his way to check with the kitchen and make it happen. Much appreciated! For appetizers, the mac and cheese was served hot and fresh with a great breadcrumb topping, and the pretzels were pure perfection--the accompanying cheese cup and fabulous mustard were a huge hit. For our mains, we ordered black bean patties, a burger, and a salad topped with grilled chicken. Zero complaints across the board. The burger and veggie patties were massive--plenty big enough to take half home for later--and came with a side of perfectly salted, thick-cut fries. Best of all, we never felt rushed or bombarded by our waiter, which is truly becoming a lost art. Highly recommend!

After that, I saw the waitress once during my meal, then she was nowhere to be found. I know the bar was packed for the Masters, only a couple of tables were occupied, but we were kind of left in the dust at a point. It took 20 mins to get the bull settled after asking for the bill. Had I known that I would have ordered another drink to have while I waited. Also as I was eating, I went to check my phone and almost instantly another staff member asked if I was done & if they can take my plate & cup, instead of asking if I wanted my water refilled or refilling it as I drank it, it sat empty most of the time & as I was about to leave I was asked if I wanted more water. The food & drink were definitely good, I wish the service was as good. Also, a bread basket for the table is $5.

It was delicious and I had plenty to take home. My husband had the chicken pot pie which he found to be excellent: a large portion as well, with a light and airy crust and filled with a tasty sauce, vegetables and chicken. No leftovers there! No room for dessert or coffee sadly; the menu looked great.

I knew Press 195 and am in love with their Bayside location. They have a solid menu including their notorious knish sandwiches and the amazing hand cut fries. This spot has one of my favorite fries, but what really does it for me is the dipping sauces. The garlic mayo and pineapple sesame are what you need to get when ordering their 3 sauce medley. Use the 3rd sauce to get something that works for you, but don't just fall back on the ketchup. These fries deserve more than that. As per our servers recommendation, I got the #2. It had turkey, Brie, roasted peppers and garlic mayo. It was the most amazing pressed sandwich. Shout out for some amazing ciabatta bread. I have ordered takeout before but today I just needed a moment to sit and enjoy something comforting . This place and the chowder did the trick. The place has been around since the 30's so that says a lot. They do have tables outdoor under a tent but I love the nostalgic vibe of the inside counter with the little stools. You can watch them fry up all the goodies. I was immediately greeted, sat and my beautiful bowl of chowder came. The service is endearing and though my first time dining in, they treated me like I was a regular and they do with everyone. Maybe that's why they have been around so long. Good food is great but service that makes you feel like you are a regular is top tier. As The clouds rolled in the thunder struck and as the rain poured down, I enjoyed my lovely bowl of New England clam chowder. They are heavy on the fresh clams and just right on the potatoes. They do have the red chowder and their Long Island version which is a mix of the 2. This just hit the spot all around and on a day like I was having today, filled my soul. I'll BE BAck for the good fried goodies next time. Thank you!

As someone who isn't the biggest fan of tomato based soups, but doesn't always want the heaviness of a cream based soup, this is the best of both worlds. Its flavor was rich yet balanced. The cream brought a smooth, velvety body and subtle sweetness, while the tomato added a bright acidity and savory depth. Potatoes provided gentle heft and earthy comfort, while onions, celery, and herbs built a layered, homey backbone. There was a good amount of tender clams, with natural sweetness that tied everything together. We also got an order or mini crab cakes. The exterior was golden fried, with a nice crunch. The interior was more crab than filler, with enough structure that it held together. It was simply seasoned, supporting the crab instead of overshadowing it. The horseradish Dijon sauce was more Dijon than horseradish. It brought a gentle tang and little bite to add a depth of flavor to the crab cake. Also of note, when you sit down they bring tartar sauce and cocktail sauce to your table. Both sauces were honestly the best of their kind that I can remember having in a very long time. I couldn't even tell you what made them so amazing, but I must have commented at least 7 times about how good they were. There's a reason Bigelow's has been around for almost 90 years. It's a simple spot, with old school charm, that knows a good thing when it's got it, and doesn't mess with perfection. It just continues to serve up consistently good fried seafood (with a few grilled options so you can drag your health conscious friends and they'll find something too).

Louisiana joes looks like a small sandwich shop from the outside but inside it is a flavor factory. The staff was so warm and welcoming and were so helpful. We tried the pork sandwich, jambalaya and the Mac and cheese. There are so many great menu options, it was hard to choose. The jambalaya features shrimp, chicken and sausage. So flavorful and the portion size was excellent for the price. The pork sandwich was delicious - pork was super tender. But the star of the show - the Mac and cheese. We are Mac and cheese lovers and try it everywhere. Well congrats, Louisiana joes. You've officially taken the top spot for cheesy deliciousness. I just regret that we didn't add a protein. I wish they were open daily and had longer hours but I also love that they're not because the staff can have lives outside of work. Cannot wait to go back and try more!!!

I have yet to be disappointed by Louisiana Joe's Sandwich Shop. Everything thus far (*ahem 2…read moreitems*) has been flavorful and has opened my taste buds to wanting to try more. The first time I went here, I ordered their shrimp and grits. Simply put, it's delicious. I've been back a couple times just for that. On this visit, based off another Yelpers review, I decided to give the grilled cheese with the beef brisket a try. Sandwiched between two toasted and I want to say buttered (don't quote me on this) brioche sliced breads with Provolone cheese melted on the bottom half and cheddar oozing out on the top half is the perfectly tender and healthy serving of seasoned beef brisket. I had to eat it as soon as I got it to savor in the moment and experience it in its true form. Hot and cheesy. The two cheeses brought the sandwich together nicely creating a savory dance on your tongue. The cheese literally oozes out with eat bite. As good as it was, I know it will not be a frequent meal to grace my belly, because personally, it's just too much meat *for me*. Considering this, I ate the whole sandwich in one sitting. I'm not usually a brisket person, but I was willing to give this one a try. Cheese, meat, and bread, sign me up. It is a lot to eat as far as the meat is concerned, so if you're not a crazy meat eater, don't be surprised if you only have room to eat half if not one full slice. I also wanted to try their corn nuggets, which looks like fried corn bread but rolled into a ball, but they didn't have it that day. I left feeling a little deflated at that, but my belly was full. I doubt whether I would have been able to eat that along with my shrimp and grits. Note: the longer you wait to eat it, the Colder it gets and its not as good as the first couple of bites *IMO* When the mood hits, I will definitely be back to try something else on the menu.
