This is their second location, and I love how much bigger it is! There's plenty of room now, so it feels more open and comfortable, even when it's busy. On this visit, we decided to try the grilled cheeseburger my friend went with the regular version, and I tried the veggie one, and both were soooo good! My veggie burger was perfectly seasoned and satisfying without feeling heavy. You can really tell they put care into making everything taste amazing. And of course, I had to get the truffle fries, which were absolutely incredible! Crispy, golden, and loaded with that irresistible truffle flavor easily one of the best fries around. What I love most about No Good Burger Joint is that the food is consistently delicious and the service is always great. Greatest place for a smash burger, hands down. Got the old fashioned double burger & holy tony double burger; both burgers were exceptional and beyond our expectations. I was amazed how juicy it was while because cooked perfectly. Each bite felt like a kiss from heaven. We also got the fried pickles, which is 100% better than Hooters. The mint chocolate chip milkshake is to die for & the sweet potato fries were delish. Seen all these IG post which led me here. I see a wagyu burger and of course I'm going for it. It's wagyu, how can you mess it up? It's WAGYU!!!!!! Comes with no sauce lettuce tomato and raw onions. The picture says it all, this is their Wagyu and it looks like beef jerky. 3 of us $108 dollars later and you're talking about 1 kids meal 2 adult burgers. Currently sitting here and had to make the review. This place is amazing. Totally knocks the other " burger joint" in the area out the water. The burgers were amazing me and my wife had the wagyu smash burgers with truffle fries and the fried ravioli appetizer and everything was to perfection. Our daughter loved the chicken fingers and French fries. They have a good selection of drinks from local ipa, wine and sangria. Also frozen drinks that rotate. Came here on a Saturday with a party of 4 around 5:30pm. We were seated immediately. The staff was very attentive and friendly. For appetizer, we ordered the hand-breaded chicken fingers. They were very tasty and perfectly breaded. They weren't a traditional chicken finger as they were still in a whole chicken breast form but were still really good! They came with an order of fries. For the main, we all ordered the "No Good" smash. The burger had a perfect balance of flavors. The onions were a mix of crispy and soft, the pickles were a good touch of balancing acidity to cut through the fatty richness and the American cheese was a perfect amount (not overbearing). The burger was cooked perfectly with a good amount of crisp and juiciness. The fries were a good texture (not too crispy or too mushy) and were perfectly salted. Overall, it was a great experience! What can I say about this new location. We had the Bavarian Pretzel bites and the Honey Garlic wings to start. The wings were delicious and I loved the pretzel bites. They give you so many pretzels and 3 dipping sauces. I could eat those all day. I had the grilled cheeseburger smash with the homemade chips and it was amazing. Went in yesterday afternoon around 12, the place was quite busy but our server didn't rush us at all, he explained all burgers were smashed there. We frequent the baldwin location which is a little different but just as good!!!! However, it is insanely overpriced. $22 for a chicken sandwich is ridiculous. I can go down the road to Bareburger and get better food for 20% cheaper. Went here for the first time this past weekend and was excited to try after hearing about the Baldwin location. Had appetizers and burgers for 4 people. Service was fine at first. Took our orders. Apps took a bit to come out but that's ok. Nothing to complain about with the apps that we got. So the burgers come out and one member of our party took a bit and noticed "something chewy". Happened to be a piece of a black glove in his burger. Here is where my issue with this place is. The waitress basically shrugged it off, said "oh it looks like a piece of the chefs glove" and walked away. When r I asked for the check she came back and said the owner said to take the burger off of the bill and he is telling the cooks not to use gloves when mixing the burgers. And she chalked it up to being only recently open. The owner never came over to apologize, which to me is completely unacceptable. And when something like this happens you go above and beyond to make it right which they did not. Taking the price of the burger off of the bill was the absolute least that you do. Would have let it slide and given them the benefit of the doubt. Anyway, won't be back. Too many other burger places and restaurants to choose from that I am sure would have done the right thing. read more

Of course I had to try the No Good Burger Joint Smashed in RVC after seeing the great reviews but I'm sorry to say that I was not happy with it at all. The food was overly salty and with all the upcharges and extra charges, I had a bill that came out to almost $50 for two people to have burgers I asked about getting pickles which usually come gratis in other places when one gets a burger and was told there's a charge for that. While I could get cole slaw as a side instead of fries, it was not included alongside at no extra charge with the meal as it is elsewhere. The last straw was when my friend wanted bbq sauce instead of smash sauce on his burger; there was an extra charge for that too! Both the turkey burger that I requested and the beef burger that my friend ordered were smaller than in other restaurants. True, we could have elected to get a "double" instead of a "single" but that too would have added to the bill. The only saving grace was Lily, our outstanding, delightful waitress, for whom I would have left a better tip if I didn't feel so cheated by all the extra fees (including the one for paying with a credit card) which most other places have thankfully eliminated. I may be in the minority but I would not recommend this place or ever patronize it again. read more
