After a…read moretotal nightmare at our local dealership in Victorville, CA, that left us carless for days, scammed with fake diagnostics, and charged over $1,000 for unauthorized work, we brought our 2025 Nissan Kicks down the hill to Empire Nissan for a second opinion. From the second we arrived, Steven Trevino was an absolute lifesaver. He was honest, deeply sincere, and highly communicative. Unlike our previous experience where everything was just shady "word-of-mouth," Steven and his team actually took the time to fully inspect our car and wrote down *every single detail* perfectly. They completely exposed the fraudulent diagnosis we were given elsewhere. Steven's technicians proved our steering rack was perfectly fine and instead found the real culprits: separated lower control arm bushings and a steering angle sensor error. Steven handled everything professionally, getting those factory defects completely repaired under our warranty for $0.00! (The other dealership Valley Hi Nissan, Victorville, CA) had forced us to drive on a failing suspension, our front tires were completely ruined, but Steven got us sorted out with brand new tires and a precision alignment. I just picked up the car, and it drives as good as new. I would love to come here again. Save yourself your time at Valley Hi Nissan Victorville, and go somewhere where they actually value you and your money, and where they actually take good care of you. I promise you, this is where I'll be going from now on! It really sucks having a Nissan dealership right in the High Desert where I live and not even being able to go there because they're not trustworthy. I was there to see a high mileage car, this was well over 10% of the value of the vehicle, so the advertised price was meaningless. They offered to remove some of it (but still weren't willing to sell the car for the advertised price), also weren't willing to allow for a pre-purchase inspection. I wasn't enamored enough with the car to make those concessions. Edit to add: I was specifically told that the added items were mandatory and they would not take the entire price off. The "dealing" started at $1600 over the advertised price (on a $13000 car) and they brought it down to about $500 over the advertised price, while telling me that I was actually getting a deal because the addon package price was going up to over $2000. This car had 107K miles on it, I was not looking to buy a paint protection package. I was told they price the vehicles low to "be at the top of the search" and then add the added items to bring the price up to what they are willing to sell the car for. This is explicit false advertising. This wasn't a miscommunication, the deal sheet was quite clear and I was told they would not go any lower. If they were willing to sell the car for the advertised price I would have written a check on the spot. They also declined to allow me to leave a deposit so I could have a mobile mechanic come for a PPI, and while they offered to sell me a 3 day option to return for $250 they also said if I did need to return it there would be a restocking fee of "at least $500." I kind of laughed at the idea that if a mechanic found a major issue their inspection missed they'd charge us more money.

He was also able to ensure that Crown Lexus would honor the discount I received from the Costco Auto Program and a special APR rate that Lexus had offered in March 2026 even though my car would not arrive until after the promotion ended. Abel was easy to work with and I never felt pressured to purchase. He was transparent about the process and would provide updates about when my car left the factory in Japan, when it shipped, expected arrival, etc. I'm very happy with my purchase and glad I went through Crown Lexus. I had contacted multiple dealerships and Crown Lexus was the one that didn't leave me feeling frustrated with the process and I felt comfortable discussing what I was looking for without feeling pressured to purchase. I highly recommend Crown Lexus and Abel if you're looking into purchasing a Lexus.

We had been waiting for weeks for our registration to arrive. We contacted Crown Lexus multiple times and they said they would look into it. After a week they got back to us and said they had messed up and overcharged us for multiple things. Even after admitting fault and going back and forth multiple times they refused to refund us what they overcharged and said "it is what it is". Absolutely disgusting service after we had just bought their vehicle. Seems as soon as they get your money you are as good as forgotten with crown Lexus. Would not come here again. Went there with my wife last week to check out a Lexus NX last minute. We were helped out by a young, new girl who immediately was able to help us out with a test drive. We ended up liking the vehicle and then went in to talk numbers with the floor manager Ray. He was able to help us get to the number we were looking for and even beat the financing rate that my credit union offered by a big margin! Very happy with the quality of service and that they didn't try to BS us or play games. I would be happy to go work with Ray again when we look to upgrade!
