My husband and i have been shopping around for a Yukon xl at4. Just before 11:30 today, my husband called this dealer and spoke to Anthonny regarding one that we found online. My husband provided the stock number and asked if it was available. Anthonny advised that it was indeed available and asked when we could come down to look at it. My husband advised it would be about an hour to get out there (we live in north Orange County). Anthonny then proceeded to tell him that he'd pull it aside, have it washed and gassed up so that we can test drive and possibly take it home.. (email attached below for proof of appt time that was made) We got loaded up (2 kids and a newborn) and made the drive out to Ontario. Upon arrival, Anthonny came out, said hello, and said he would go grab the vehicle. A few minutes went by, and he came back and informed us that the car was not on the lot and that it was a demo car that was being used by the owner's wife. He then proceeded to tell us that he had pulled the car aside for us; but that he was not able to hold the key (implying that from the time we called to the time we got there, she had come and borrowed the car) He then tried to sell us on a AT4 Ultimate; which is another 20k and did not help the situation. He could clearly tell that we were frustrated, and went to "make a phone call". While he was gone, another gentleman Alazar came in and talked to us. In doing so, he clarified that the vehicle was never on the lot and the owners daughter was driving it. As a family owned dealer who strives for customer satisfaction, this was a very frustrating and avoidable experience had Anthonny actually taken the time to make sure the vehicle was there. We wasted almost three hours of our day and ended up with no vehicle.. will not be recommending this dealer to friends or family. read more

Good morning all, I honestly don't even know where to begin with the worst customer service experience I've received -- not only from Mark Christopher Chevrolet, but from a GMC dealership in general. It's beyond frustrating when you cannot get in touch with anyone willing to address concerns professionally or ethically regarding a business line of credit process. I repeatedly attempted to speak with a manager or supervisor, only to constantly hear that they were "in meetings." Each time, I left my full contact information, name, and phone number, yet no one ever returned my calls. On Monday, May 18, 2026, around 10:00 AM, I called the dealership and specifically requested to speak with the General Manager. Once again, I was told they were in a meeting. I left my information and waited until Wednesday -- still no response. On Wednesday, May 20, 2026, I called again and requested the General Manager. Shockingly, they were "in another meeting." At that point, I once again provided my contact information and here we are on Thursday, May 21, 2026, and I still have not received a single callback. It's disappointing that basic customer acknowledgment and communication seem impossible to receive. At this point, it feels like you have to be an actor, athlete, or Forbes-level business owner just to get the respect of a returned phone call. I regret buying my vehicle from Mark Christopher Chevrolet. My car was sold to me with an exhaust leak, which should never have happened in the first place. I brought it back expecting the issue to be handled properly, but although they attempted a repair, the problem was still not resolved. What was most disappointing was the lack of concern for how their proposed solution would affect my family. I explained that being without my vehicle for several days was extremely difficult because I have an autistic son and reliable transportation is essential for our daily routine and responsibilities. That did not seem to matter, and there was no real effort made to find a workable solution or show understanding for my situation. The overall experience felt dismissive and uncaring, especially after purchasing the vehicle there and expecting basic accountability when a serious issue came up so soon after purchase. What made the contrast even clearer was that another Chevrolet dealership -- where I did not even buy the car -- immediately treated the situation with more urgency, compassion, and professionalism than I experienced here. Went here after going to 2 other dealerships in my area , called the day before made my appt with Max and drove in this am to Anthony my service advisor and he got my car in the system and it went back about 8 am. Anthony said about 2 1/2 hours I waited for my car I did not drop off. Exactly at 9:40 car was completed. Not bad at all, 1 hr and 40 min. I was so pleased. At the time of writing this review, I have been in your service waiting room for over 3.5 hours with no update - which I was promised. The issue I have is that it adds to many other issues I've had since purchasing a new 2025 Buick - which I am here to get repaired even though I bought a new vehicle, need I add more. Other issues: not giving me the promised price - I should have walked away, I know. 3 electronic issues within 2 months of buying the vehicle. Poor customer service: I left 2 messages for someone to call me back for service, no one called. Then when I finally got someone, who said they'd get the right person to call me. That person pretended their phone was down and texted instead. If your text works, your cell works. Then today I am told it's going to take all day to fix my car, before anyone even looks at it. And am I ready to stay here all day. That's even though I was here at 7am. GMC called me 3 times but didn't resolve anything, Anyway, wish I had bought another brand at this point. Sigh. read more

New technology and it's amazing. Alex will patiently and tirelessly glide you through to the fun EV familiarization if you want. Pricing was good - smooth transaction. Buy out of stock on the lot or they will be glad to order what you want. We wanted to order a Sierra AT4 EV and learned sales jumped 776% nationwide and they could gladly order us one. With its popularity going to take a bit longer to get but worth it. Trained technicians familiar with all phases of maintenance on your GM EV. 4.5 stars and if we have good service Dept experience we'll bump it to 5. Thing is, ya don't need to service GM EV's so 4 and a half stars for now. read more

I needed a truck and decided to purchase from this dealership. Salesman was nice, finance wasn't big that's a story for another time.... I've had the BRAND NEW Silverado truck 1500 for 3 weeks. I haven't made my first payment and I haven't even got my plates in the mail yet. A week ago, the dashboard went out. The screen wasn't working, sound, back up camera, navigation, you name it and it was working. So I called service. Can you imagine spending $60k on ur first brand new vehicle in ur life and you have to take it in for repairs before you even make ur 1st payment? Frustrating, disappointing. So I called and asked to make an appointment on Monday but it was Labor Day. I called first thing Tuesday morning and was told they are simply too busy to look at my vehicle but I should drive it up on Wednesday morning. It's about 15 miles away. So this morning I drove it to the dealership. Got here around 0830 and was told they "should" be able to "look at it" before noon. You would think a 3 week old, brand new vehicle should not have to go in for servicing for a while, and if it did, it would be a priority. Yet, here I sit writing a review about the issue. It is now 3 pm and I have no more patience. I walked over to the service rep who was simply condescending and arrogant. I asked iff my truck was ready. He said, "Oh, yea we have to order parts and it will be a few days. do you wan t a ride home?" Huh, 6 hours waiting and I have to approach you to inquire about service? I told him I expected a rental vehicle. He shrugged and said I would have to speak to his manager. I asked where he was and the rep just shrugged. I walked back in to the sales floor room where I paid $60K for my truck and started telling all the customers never to buy from here. It's a rip off and don't care once you leave with a new car. The sales manager came out and we spoke. He told me I would have to be polite and humble if I wanted help. I told him what he could do with a demand before I receive service. He walked over to service and the rep straight yup lied stating he told me he would "of course" get me a rental and he is calling the manager now. I bought my Ford F150 here and even referred my brother, who purchased a brand new GMC Sierra 2500 Denali and today I brought my cousin to buy a new Chevy Silverado 1500. You'd think after spending real money here and bringing more business their way, they'd show some respect. What makes this even more disappointing is that I actually know Jerry personally through his older brother Ozzy. Originally I only wanted to deal with him, but he was off today. Either way I gave Jerry and his manager Ray a shot. That was a mistake. Jerry, who goes by Junior, acted like he didn't even want to help. His attitude was off from the start, no energy, no urgency, no effort. Ray started off cool but switched up quick. It felt like they were just playing games instead of trying to earn the business. I know their desk manager Mike , I know he has the power to make this deal happen. Instead of stepping in and making something work, he let us WALK. That's not what you expect after doing business and sending your family their way. Thankfully Rotolo Chevrolet stepped up. I told them I wanted to be at $650 a month with zero down, and they made it happen on a Silverado RST. Mark Christopher couldn't even beat that on a CHEAPER Custom Silverado. I had an appointment to get my truck serviced at 9 45 today. Eddy tells me its going to be about 2 hrs wait and I said its fine. I see my truck seating for like 1 1/2 hours so i go to eddy and I said are they going to start working on my vehicle soon and he said my vehicle is next. I wait another 45 minutes and my truck is still sitting in the same spot I get that they are busy but why do they tell me my truck is going to be done in 2 hrs and that is not the case. This is my first time at service for my truck and since I do not have to pay they are leaving my vehicle for later. Horrible customer service. I left without any service being done to my truck. I've driven it 60,330 miles and the engine failed. That's unacceptable for a new purchase. They won't stand by their product and help with replacing the engine because it's just outside power train warranty. Buyer Beware. GM products aren't made to last. The best part of our buying experience was our sales agent, Gilbert. We went in to see 2025 GMC Sierra Denali, and ultimately knew that we were going to buy it. Now to the hard part - the finance part. My best recommendation is to take advantage of their tool online that enables you to apply for a car loan right then and there. I have to say I am really disappointed in Mark Christopher Auto Center. I have bought a lot of vehicles from this business in the past 25 years. However recently when I tried to schedule to bring in my 2003 HD K2500 Duramax, they refused to service it because it's over 10 years old. Which most of my GM vehicles are less than 10 years old. My past experiences with both the Cadillac and Chevrolet service centers had been outstanding. There's plenty of other options around to buy and service GM vehicles. I'll contact my sales people and let them know never call me again to buy a new vehicle or trade in the ones I have. I'll take my business to a place that appreciates their clients.
