    I've been waiting for Carlos. I did come a little earlier than my appointment time (5pm) but it's after that time now and I would have been waiting outside in the heat for Carlos since he is the only advisor today. I decided to come inside the lounge because waiting in 98 degree weather for more than ten minutes is unacceptable to me. I went back outside and I was finally seen at 5:13pm. At first I had two stars on this review but things started looking better after Manny helped me. I was trying to use Sunbit for my service payment. My phone died and another sales consultant took me over by Manny to charge my phone so that I could unfreeze my credit. I tried Experian at first that didn't work, then Equifax and still nothing. Carlos gave me the number to Sunbit. So I called and asked which credit bureau they used. It was Transunion. I used the computer and unfroze that one. I went back to Carlos and it worked. So I didn't have to pay the full amount of my service today. Manny was great. He charged my phone and escorted me back and forth to Carlos. I also heard his coworker ask him if he was going home. So he stayed over to make sure that I was ok. Manny is a good guy. He didn't have to do any of this for me, especially when I wasn't there to purchase a car. If you're in the area and are looking to purchase a car, ask for Manny M Cabrera.

    Nissan Armada

    Working with Empire Nissan and particularly Dave Ky has been the easiest auto purchase we have made. After searching for the vehicle that we wanted and attempting to deal with several other dealers, we are so happy that we messaged Empire Nissan and Dave Ky returned our call. Dave was honest, professional and provided us with the exact deal that he promised us. After being lied to by Valley Hi Nissan, Dave Ky was amazing with setting up the deal to our liking and having everything in order for our arrival. Our time in the dealership was minimal and we were down the road in our new Nissan Armada approximately 1 hour after we arrived! We highly recommend Empire Nissan and Dave KY for anyone in the market for a new Nissan.

    I had a *very bad* experience with this dealer's service department. Paid for control arms and tie rods in June. In December, when getting tires replaced another dealer saw wear and tear on the repaired parts. Brought my vehicle back in January to Empire and was coerced into paying another $500+ for part replacement. Asked for my non-core parts back. They weren't willing to give them. Harassed by the GM and service staff when I tried to negotiated a resolution. GM tried to say I was "overthinking" or had a "personality changed" and was very unprofessional. Also believe I was doxxed by their staff (look up the penal code if you don't know) who were somehow alluding to personal info about my life outside of the transaction. Just recently learned of the state Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) and the right to file a complaint with this organization and the one I have underway with Nissan corporate. I am also trying to reach out to corporate owners Oremor Automotive Group and its owner Richard Romero which is a run around. 44,000 miles later, I am seeing additional issues with replaced parts. Regret choosing this dealer for my business! Corporate business info in state filing point to a front company handling complaints named Parasec in Sacarmento. Watch out!

    I came into the service department several days ago when my Sentra had broke down on the freeway completely losing power and no control at all. When my car was dropped off at the service department I was worried about the complexity of getting warranty to cover the cost. I was reassured that all my concerns and questions would be answered and within a statement or sentence I can understand. I was greeted by all service members when walking around looking for help, they checked in on me to assure me that I wasn't invisible. The drop off was seamlessly stress free and easy. The technician right away pulled my car around to begin inspection and tests. The worry of getting into a rental and getting someone to understand my concerns about the situation were easy. The advisor thoroughly explained everything on how the process will work. Even though I asked the same questions in about 4 different ways Rafael was exceptionally great and assuring me my vehicle was in good hands. I can't stress it enough how I actually felt like a person and not a number or Payment Method. The staff are polite and welcoming here. I will definitely be coming back.

He was transparent about the process and would provide updates about when my car left the factory in Japan, when it shipped, expected arrival, etc. I'm very happy with my purchase and glad I went through Crown Lexus. I had contacted multiple dealerships and Crown Lexus was the one that didn't leave me feeling frustrated with the process and I felt comfortable discussing what I was looking for without feeling pressured to purchase. I highly recommend Crown Lexus and Abel if you're looking into purchasing a Lexus.

We had been waiting for weeks for our registration to arrive. We contacted Crown Lexus multiple times and they said they would look into it. After a week they got back to us and said they had messed up and overcharged us for multiple things. Even after admitting fault and going back and forth multiple times they refused to refund us what they overcharged and said "it is what it is". Absolutely disgusting service after we had just bought their vehicle. Seems as soon as they get your money you are as good as forgotten with crown Lexus. Would not come here again. Went there with my wife last week to check out a Lexus NX last minute. We were helped out by a young, new girl who immediately was able to help us out with a test drive. We ended up liking the vehicle and then went in to talk numbers with the floor manager Ray. He was able to help us get to the number we were looking for and even beat the financing rate that my credit union offered by a big margin! Very happy with the quality of service and that they didn't try to BS us or play games. I would be happy to go work with Ray again when we look to upgrade!

Ethan, his manager, and the financing agent were all professional, and the best part was that there were no hidden fees or attempts to add extra items to the contract. We've had experiences with other dealerships trying to add charges at the time of signing, so this was truly refreshing. I called him once again to confirm the price, but this time, he raised his voice and YELLED AT ME over the phone and screamed "YES VICTORIA I already told you three times, now I'm NOT going to help cover the cost of a second key fob and take that offer away." First of all, Mr. Amit, I have Autism Spectrum Disorder. My brain cannot stop asking and confirming for a price because it's just how my brain works. You are in customer service so please learn to understand your customers and have patience, I would hate for this to happen to someone with a more severe case of autism. This is NOT how you speak to any customer, regardless if they are neurodivergent or not. I was literally on my way to the dealership and I just wanted to confirm with you the price and everything included before I spend my time AND gas driving alllllll the way back to Ontario. They were accommodating with the purchasing process, accessory requests, installation coordination, and making sure the car was delivered exactly the way I wanted it. I also had the opportunity to speak with the owner, and he was extremely gracious and down to earth. As most dealers do they did a complete check on everything and gave a $2,500 list of things that they recommend to be fixed. Then they washed the car. At some point during the wash the emblem on the vehicle was broken. The technician came out with emblem in hand and was apologetic and professional stating this wasn't an uncommon occurrence. My daughter was directed to the service department to start the process of getting it fixed. The emblem wasn't fixed that day and the next day mu daughter had a phone conversation with Dominick and at the time of the phone conversation he wasn't guaranteeing that they were going to fix the emblem and he'd make a determination when she brought the car back in for the repair. Basically his position is you can't just take customers word at face value. To be fair I can understand that however during the service process of getting an oil change, the tech sends a video via a link of the vehicle as it's being worked on. In said video you can clearly see the emblem is intact. Considering this is actually my vehicle registered in my name and purchased by me I figured I'd call to ensure my vehicle was going to be fixed. The moment Dominick picked up the phone I already knew he was a miserable jaded bitter human. I explained to him my concerns that it wouldn't be fixed and that I didn't understand the issue with leaving it open ended as to whether they'd do the right thing or not. And I explained that I've experienced mechanics before trying to take advantage of my daughter she's very small shy and meek. At that point he literally went off on a bit of a rant about society has gotten soft and he's not soft and a whole bunch of stuff that got me extremely pissed off. Nevertheless the less I kept my cool and let him pump himself up. Something he mentioned was it was our first time there and he was correct. But Dominick if you read this it'll also be our last time there because you're a jerk. I had half a mind to go in there and show Mr "I'm not soft" that he is indeed soft and if he saw me in person I know for a fact his tone would change. I'm not a small man I'm not a fat man and I'm clearly not a soft man. However based on his personality and words I know he's soft and emotionally unintelligent. Nevertheless the car was indeed fixed so I didn't have to escalate the situation up the chain.

I literally had to delete my previous review and write an updated review 4 months later. Its THAT bad. I dont want anyone to have to go through what I went through or get $5000 stolen from them. Literally a day after I wrote the initial review, I drove the car for the first time since the day I purchased it. The brakes were unbearably squeaky. I let my salesman know and he gave me the information for the service center. A gentleman from the service center called me and said thats just how BMW brakes sounds. No offer to inspect it or to take a look at it. I called again the next week as it was getting worse, I was told to talk to someone names Alissa and given her number. I left over 5 voicemails. She never called me back. I ended up taking the car to firestone. I decided i was going to cancel my ultimate protection plan since my experience was so bad trying to get service. Mind you I asked the finance team if I could add the plan later , they said no it had to be that day I bought the car. I found out that was a lie. I sent a formal request to cancel the ultimate protection plan on 1/19. I learned the plan was cancelled on 1/22. Its 04/22 and I still have not received my almost $5300 refund that I paid for the plan. It has not been applied to my account and I have not received a check .I call to inquire and they forward me to voicemail . I had to send a demand letter threatening to sue them. They received my letter and they still have not responded. This has been the most miserable and unprofessional experience I have ever had with a car company and I used to drive Chevys (if you know you know). My salesman was great, but the rest of my experience was so horrible. I might as well have just purchased a car off craiglist! Now I have to sue them and report them to the Attorney general over $5000! Absolutely insane. Here is my Previous review: I only purchased my car about a week ago(bmw x3 -used) but the service was amazing. I spoke to Joe before i got there as i was taking an uber from San Diego to the dealership. He held the car i was interested in for me and after our test drive it was all smooth sailing from there. I think i was in and out within 1.5 hours. I would highly recommend
