Twice in the past 6 months, I've had a very minor issue (couldn't connect camera to new wifi + one window sensor not working), and both times I had to call AAA, which takes 30-40 minutes between waiting, explaining, waiting some more, etc. Then they say they can't solve my issue over the phone, so tech needs to come out, and they don't have a tech available to stop by and perform a 5-10 minute fix for over 2 weeks. The wait times (phone and tech visit) are too long, and they need to be able to fix/address some issues remotely. I just paid almost $800 for some new equipment, and the 2 of the sensors the tech installed did not work after the tech left. So now they have to come back, again.

They gave me a total owed of over $2000!!!!!My contract states clearly 'the equipment is to be returned to them within 20 days of me canceling , nowhere in my 9 page contract does it state I owe a dime for the equipment. The contract does state I am to return it to you. I can post the invoice I was sent showing the invalid illegal charge for the equipment plus a $350 fee that has no explanation. I did some extensive research (including having the big dogs like ADT out) and compared reviews /…read morequality of equipment / pricing and level of comfort on who I would like to use as my security experts. I have a technology background and from the very start I could tell Jared understood my needs and suggested the route I should go and what equipment I might need. I told him I wanted 6 hard wired cameras / 2 security panels / 2 smart thermostats / a smoke detector tied into their system and my 2 smart locks linked as well. He actually talked me out of one panel which saved me a bunch of money and am super happy as I use the app most of the time bs the actual panel. They came and finished the install in one day as promised and now I can monitor front / sides and the back of the house, open the front and the garage door remotely, turn the heat or A/C on and off, be notified of a fire and actually asked about a carbon monoxide detector while install guy was here and that is now also installed. All the doors and windows had sensors and they tested them all including the shatter glass sensors I had. They will also be doing the monitoring with no contract - I am super happy with the pricing and level of service I received. Don't hesitate to use them for your future needs.
