It was such a special project - they cut away the top/neckline and much of the bottom and added boning and made sure the top was secure to become a strapless dress. It was so beautiful and I loved the length and the bottom of the dress. They also took some of the beautiful flowers to cover the sides where we removed some from the top. It was definitely a labor of love and all of my friends and family were so happy :) My Wedding Dress I am pretty short (5'), and needed the dress taken in around the bust and waist. They shortened the front but kept the train long and added a bustle for after the ceremony. It fit like a glove!!!! So so perfect and they took such good care of both of my dresses :) They are both so kind and were amazing throughout this entire process. I brought both of my dresses in after Christmas (Dec 2024) and got married March 15, 2025, so they were SUPER quick with everything. I only use one card and get alerts on all my charges, so I know for sure it was Eastfield cleaners. The Apple corporate security called me that a $800 purchase was suspicious, then I got more charges for Papa Johns and others. It's too bad they have shady staff there, because they do a good job on dry cleaning and alterations. Keep an eye on your credit card if you decide to drop off your cleaning here! UPDATE: The owner Mr. Gerald Wright contacted me immediately and will be investigating this incident through his security camera footage and disciplining/terminating the employee. He's also purchasing a wireless payment terminal so customers using drive-thru don't have to hand over their credit cards. I'm very impressed with the owner's concern and immediate attention to this matter and will continue to use Eastfield cleaners.

Additionally, their turnaround time is amazing, and they make the extra effort to ensure the job is done well. Last week, I dropped off one of young son's white dress shirts, which had a little spot on the front that did not come out in the dry cleaning. They asked to keep it to use another process to get the stain off free of charge. Again, this place has great service and is now my dry cleaner of choice.

When I went back to pick it up, I questioned the lady and was told that it was because I only brought in one item. So one shirt is $4.60, but two would be $2.35 each. That really irritates me because there are no policies or prices posted anywhere. If you go there, be aware of this policy. As for me, I will not return. There are plenty of other places around who are clear about their policies.
