It was such a special project - they cut away the top/neckline and much of the bottom and added boning and made sure the top was secure to become a strapless dress. It was so beautiful and I loved the length and the bottom of the dress. They also took some of the beautiful flowers to cover the sides where we removed some from the top. It was definitely a labor of love and all of my friends and family were so happy :) My Wedding Dress I am pretty short (5'), and needed the dress taken in around the bust and waist. They shortened the front but kept the train long and added a bustle for after the ceremony. It fit like a glove!!!! So so perfect and they took such good care of both of my dresses :) They are both so kind and were amazing throughout this entire process. I brought both of my dresses in after Christmas (Dec 2024) and got married March 15, 2025, so they were SUPER quick with everything. I don't know whether the stench will come out even then. My husband is severely disabled and uses crutches and a wheelchair. I am usually his sole caregiver and do the laundry myself. I broke my ankle 2 weeks ago and had surgery. I can barely stand up on crutches. I can not walk any distance at all. This facility is in Mesa AZ, not Charlotte.

They are pretty good at just dry cleaning an item. They don't take a long time to clean your item. If you bring your cleaning early in the morning you can often pick it back up the same day after 4pm. You don't have to get out of your car. They will take it from you in your car and give you a delivery slip. You may also pick up your cleaning while remaining in your car and even pay. My items have always been returned to me in a satisfactory manner.

I took a comforter and pillow shams in for dry cleaning during their $25.99 comforter special, which is typically offered every two to three months. However, after waiting nearly two weeks (May 21 through June 2), my items were returned in what appeared to be the same condition in which they were dropped off. During that 12-day period, I left two voicemail messages for the manager and never received a return call. I also spoke with three different representatives and was repeatedly told either, "It's being cleaned," or, "I will have the manager contact you." Unfortunately, neither resulted in any follow-up or resolution. When I picked up the comforter and pillow shams, they were still folded and packaged exactly as I had brought them in, inside the same plastic storage bag. To make matters worse, the items had an unpleasant odor resembling corn chips, which raised serious concerns about whether they had been cleaned at all. As a loyal customer, this experience was both frustrating and disappointing. Rather than making another call without resolution, I felt compelled to share my experience.
