The girls are very knowledgeable, and if you have particular requests, or like things done a certain way, they seem to be very accommodating with no attitude! Friendly staff, super helpful. I come here every 2 weeks for a mystic tan. I always just walk in and its usually available. I would have given 5 stars, but on 2 occasions there haven't been any towels in the room which I don't realize until after I come out, but not the end of the world. Love this place!! I use the matrix bed and I get a gorgeous tan!! No burn just instant color which I've never experienced with any other bed! The facility is very clean with towels and goggles waiting on a clean tanning bed every time!! :) Relaxing atmosphere with great music!! For the last several years this has been my go to tanning salon. They always have great monthly specials and their prices seem to be better than other places. I prefer to use stand up beds and this location has two, so I've never had to wait for one. I've also noticed that I get quicker and better results here as opposed to other tanning salons I've gone to. The girls who work here are always sweet, knowledgeable, and give great recommendations on lotions based on your preferences and you never feel like they're trying to push you to buy their products. read more

Just started coming here and so far so good! I use the matrix and like the results I'm getting so far. It's 12 min on the bed and you don't have to flip around so that's a plus. We arrived earlier than expected and the staff was nice and tried to get us in a bit early so we didn't have to sit for too long. This is a great place to get a tan!! They have both tanning beds and spray tans so you can pick your poison. The girl behind the desk was extremely helpful and the place is neat and clean. I especially love this place for 2 reasons - 1) It's in a shopping center with lots of free convenient parking and 2) the hours are amazing!! The most awful customer service I have ever encountered. The matrix bed does not turn after multiple times of resetting and restarting the bed and having to get undressed and dressed. I came out and janelle the front desk worker reset the breaker and while she was in there it turned on but I asked her if she would be able to reset the time while I was in there for allow time for me to get undressed and back in again. She said to go ahead and turn it on when I was ready. It didn't work. I told her the service light was blinking which doesn't make me feel very comfortable. So I went through the whole routine 3 more times and then I asked for a refund to go across the street to use a different matrix. She called the owner Lily who accused me of lying because janelle lied and said it turns on and I'm falsely requesting a refund. Janelle flat out lied right in front of me. If you want a spray tan I'm sure they are great but you better hope they don't run out of color midspray. Luckily I was able to get an immediate appointment across the street to be able to get color before my vacation tomorrow and I will never return back here. read more

I had an excellent experience. It was my first time at No Sand, as well as my first time in the Versa Pro Booth-I highly recommend it!! It gave consistent and complete coverage, and easy to follow instructions. I chose a level 3 (out of 4) tan and it looks AMAZING! It's been almost a week and my tan is alive and well. I paid $15 on Groupon for this, and even though I will have to pay full price from now on, it is definitely worth it! I will be back here for the Versa Pro Booth again! read more
