Am I the only one didn't get the full time treatment ? Arrived at 3:50pm for my 4pm treatment, Linda was still finishing up with her prior client, so by the time it was my turn, it was 4:16pm. I chose an 30 mins treatment and she upsell me to additional 45 mins facial, which I agreed with it. When we finished, I noticed the time was 4:58pm because her 5pm was waiting. So I basically paid more for less services than either of her clients before and after me. read more

I had an absolute wonderful WONDERFUL experience at my appointment :)) Linda was very kind and professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire time. I got the ultrasonic+regular facial done on me to help prepare me for a wedding the next day. She was very gentle and thorough with my face cleaning and the ultrasonic felt soooo good! I love Linda's work. I no longer live in Los Angeles, but whenever I fly home I make an appointment with her. I've been going to a variety of facialists for the last decade. I've been to med spas, regular spas, independent facialist's kitchens with their table set up for a variety of treatments. Linda is my favorite. This spot is very lowkey and although the lot is small, I've always been able to find parking. Not a moment is wasted with her. I've had treatments where facialists take a 10-15 minute break during a mask. She massages my head during that time. While extractions can sometimes hurt, Linda tries to make the process as swift and painless as possible. She is very thorough. I walk out of the place with immediately better skin. When I rinse my face off after visiting Linda, I can feel that my skin is NOTABLY softer. I like her microdermabrasion and hydrafacial work. I am so glad I found this place because I had such a great experience. I have been getting facials for years at the spa. The spa has extra amenities (pool, steam room) but it is also sooo expensive. I did the Radio-Frequency Skin Tightening treatment with a Collagen Facial for my first time and I loved it. I did notice a change for the better in my skin. Was brighter & tighter. This treatment is something I plan on doing again. It builds up the collagen and so happy about that. The radio-frequency doesn't hurt one bit it just feels like a warm sensation that feels good. The collagen facial included steaming and extractions of blackheads. Also got a face massage with all sorts of creams and masks and also on the neck too. I've been seeing her for the past five years when she used to be located in Glendale. Then she moved to Altadena and shortly after, the pandemic hit. I missed her, my skin was in dire need of a facial. As a nurse, wearing the N95s and regular hospital masks, my skin suffered so much through all the protective gear we wore taking care of patients. Could I have gone elsewhere to get a facial? The answer is simply no because I only trust Linda with my face. I am 28y/o with hormonal acne, large pores, pigmentations and acne scars. I never had troubled skin until just last year. I already tried a lot of things/brands and facials but none of them did something for my skin. Linda's facials helped a lot in cleaning my pores and eventually cleared my skin after a few facials.
