At first we got there a little late due to traffic, but Osbourne greeted us nicely and helped unload the jetski into the water and such. After we met up with our group at the beach, our first group got on and that's where the incident happened. They got too excited and turned the engine on where it was too shallow, and to no surprise it caught rocks into the propeller of the jetski, which caused that jetski to be unusable. Because of that, we could only use one jetski, but Osbourne was kind enough to contact his company to send out another jetski so our group don't have to be waiting on only one, also there was no extra charge at that point(tho I don't think that could always be the case depending on the damage on the jetski each have caused). But all in all, I'll definitely recommend paying the extra cost for a facilitator, also highly recommend Ohana Kai Watersport for rentals. Kevin and I were talking back and forth because for some reason he doesn't know how to split a payment soo what Kevin did is put 300 on deposit the rest in cash which is 200 and took my 500 and put that toward the rental fee which I wasn't trying to do. I don't know what he didn't understand on charging the credit card and 140 in cash for the rental and I would get my 500 deposit back but noooo I got my 200 back in cash and he refunded me my 300 for the deposit on my credit card but kept the 500 I was really trying to use my credit card but he went directly past that and used my cash as payment I really felt like I got scammed watch out and be careful

Their voicemail basically says go to their website, kind of hard when it redirects to spam. So, I try on my phone and again, was redirected to some spam (see picture). A bit disappointed in the overall struggle to even try to get a reservation. I would strongly suggest that your processes and website issues be addressed as you are likely losing a lot of business to website redirecting and inconsistencies.
