Lithia Ford recommended Good Vibrations so I stopped by to check it out. They were able to program the key to start the car. Ben helped us and explained exactly what had to be done. There was quite a bit involved to get it to work so it was worth the $350 to have it done. I started and shut it off numerous times to be sure there were no problems. The work has a warrantee and Ben said I could call if I had question or problems. I recommend Good Vibrations. They made sure the job was done right.

Today is Saturday, 11-28-2025. I stopped in Good Vibrations today. I met Two Employees. The first…read moreman I met was wearing dark Gray Overall, Had long, stringy, UNWASHED HAIR, needed shave, and I could LITERALLY SMELL him from FOUR FEET AWAY! Then I met Dolan. MUCH cleaner, dressed for the location; HOWEVER: He was clearly interested ONLY in selling me something-anything. He did a VERY poor job answering my questions, and when I shared the reasons I stopped by the store, it was obvious to me that he could not have been MORE DISINTERESTED if he had come out and said so to my face! He kept veering away from anything I wanted to talk about, and the entire time, he had this "Deer in the Headlights" look in his Eyes-I have no idea WHY he looked that way. He told me that John, the owner, was not there today. I have worked in the Recording Industry professionally. I have completed projects for the US Coast Guard, Oregon State Police, The National Park Service, and Lucasfilm. The Good Vibrations Employees I met today could not have been more UN-professional! It's a nice looking store, decent Gear, but the two employees I met today will have me looking elsewhere! I HATE writing bad reviews, but in this case, I feel it necessary to bring this situation to Johns attention! Bruce A. Forster

If I could give zero stars, I would. My recent experience with Pro Car Stereo was a complete…read moredisaster from start to finish. I went in to have an upgraded stereo system installed, with the agreement that it would be a one-day job. One day turned into three, which, while frustrating, I was willing to overlook given the complexities of modern audio systems. However, the real issues began once I actually got my vehicle back. Initially, the system sounded decent, but within 20 minutes, problems started. The speakers cut in and out, and then the entire system shut down. After stopping for fuel, the system restarted but shut down again a few blocks later. I returned to the shop immediately, leaving the car running to show the technician the problem. His response? "It was working when you left, so I know I did everything right." He then told me he didn't have time to look at it further that day and promised to follow up on Monday--which, of course, never happened. Fed up, I took my vehicle to another shop, only to learn the entire system needed rewiring. Holes had been drilled in my doors because he couldn't be bothered to fit the wires through the factory boots, wires were unsecured, and key equipment was missing that would have allowed the system to function correctly. Buyer beware: if you have a newer vehicle, I'd suggest avoiding this shop entirely. In my opinion, this job was way beyond their capability, but they took it on anyway, leading to costly and frustrating consequences for me. I don't usually leave reviews, but the poor quality of work and abysmal customer service here deserve a warning to others. Believe the negative reviews--I didn't, and now I'm paying the price.

Great service - quick and had exactly what we needed for a quick repair while on the road.read more

T-Mobile has merged with Sprint so they covered, according to their sign, 99% of Americans. That sounded pretty good plus they were moving to 5G. We've been with T-Mobile for a couple years again and are pretty happy with the service. We are in Oregon again and they cover most of Douglas County. We even have 5GUC so it's working well. Despite having a really bad problem in Florida but it has been resolved. The service in Oregon has been good-once they got the towers fixed for 5G. I do recommend T-Mobile and will be with them for a while.

I ABSOLUTELY HATE T MOBILE!!! ZERO STARS!!!…read moreNo cell svc in town or on I-5. Bought my s25 and galaxy buds pro 3 right here at the same store in roseburg. Find my device tells me constantly that they are 3 blocks away even when sitting on the back of the phone. GPS is super spotty. Maps is totally unreliable. Barely have service at my house in city limits. Internet super spotty. Wifi spotty. IMPOSSIBLE TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN. LONG LONG LONG WAITS IN THE LOBBY. DEPRESSING BORING LOBBY AND DISMAL EMPLOYEES THAT CREATE A FUNERAL HOME ATMOSPHERE.. As far as I'm concerned, I'm done paying hundreds of dollars for scammy rip offs from companies that sell services they either cannot or will not provide. That's fraud in my book... I'm also sick of the weekly updates that jam up MY PHONE That I paid for with their crappy games, spyware, and bloatware that I have to go through and delete. That's like buying a car and the dealership decides who your passengers are. EFF that!!, They can send me to collections, I ain't paying them a penny more! I'll save a bundle getting burner phones.. ** edit, truthfully I do have svc in town it just sux a lot.
