Frantically searching for a trophy engraving on a Tuesday was not on my bingo card. I had ordered a trophy plate for an event from a online vendor and it arrived in a much smaller size. With two days until the event I was under a pretty tight time crunch. I ended up calling a variety of engraving companies across Orange County for a rush order. Manuel came to my rescue with a same day print job! I stopped by the Noack offices to place the order and we instantly went to work. where do I even begin? To make a long story short, after having another engraving business not be able to deliver what I needed, I was in a time crunch and on a whim I contacted Noack. He heard my situation and was so respectful of the time crunch I was in. I had a few cutting boards engraved for a wedding and not only did I receive proofs of the product where I could make adjustments if I need to, he provided beautifully work! Noack Awards & Engraving did an AMAZING job in some new shears I needed engraved for somebody. I called them up and they answer promptly and were very helpful. I dropped my shears off the same day, and within just a couple days my shears were fully engraved and ready to pick up! Excellent communication and pristine customer service, the man from Noack Awards Engraving was very sweet and let me look choose the font I wanted for the shears which made everything really special... This is the only place around OC that Hot stamps! Louis Vuitton offers hot stamping but it's only on their products. I got a wallet stamped for a gift and it turned out amazing! Price was $21. Not sure if that's expensive or reasonable. read more

I dropped off a leather bag to be hot stamped. I live 45 minutes away, but I drove down here based on other reviews. We agreed on a price and delivery date, in time for me to give it as a gift. I arrived after the scheduled delivery time and not only wasn't it done, but the person explained to me that he accidentally left the box with my very expensive leather bag in his scrap pile and forgot about it. He was polite about the whole thing and apologetic. But if your only job is to personalize and engrave things, and you can't do that, when you promise, then you deserve a bad review. This was a present and it was difficult to get to this location, and I would hate for the same thing to happen to others. read more
