I needed two T-Shirts done before Christmas because the company that promised to do them would never answer the phone and every time I went there they were closed. I looked online and found Ink & Think on a Saturday. I called and believe it or not, Reed answered the telephone and told me they were closed, but ask me if I needed something. I explained my situation and he told me to come right down and he would do the work I needed done right then! My husband and I took in the two T-Shirts and Reed completed the work we needed done on the two custom T-Shirts for us. What a great thing to know there are still people like Reed in the world that are willing to just help people! I just wish I could tell everyone about Reed and the great work he does. After my friend let me know he wouldn't be able to screenprint t-shirts for me I was in a hurry to have them done. I found Ink and Think on Yelp and called the phone number Sunday night for help. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call back from the owner an hour late to see what I needed. He answered my questions and said he could help. Ink n Think makes you think that service has returned to the clothing industry. These guys have always made time for me to come in and get some important projects done. They've showed me how to work and operate some of the machines. I've never seen a printer's set up more cleaner than theirs either. Everything is organized and have on-the-spot blank shirts if you're in a bind. Completely convenient. Reed, the owner, also has some fashion industry experience so it's always nice to get his ear on things. Excellent customer service! I was a first time customer and found this company randomly on Yelp. I had a simple 1 item customized order. Reed responded to my quote request online. Out of all the 5 places in the OC that I found on Yelp...they were the only ones that said they could do the job. I stopped into the shop and did a quick review with Cambron of what I needed (custom text printed on the back of a denim jacket). He emailed the draft that same day to approve it.
