This review is for alignment and balance : I went in on a very busy Monday late afternoon and was done in about 1 hr Well , I went to my dealer asking to have my car balance after the dealer stated I needed new tires and rims - and that was causing the vibration on the road - Well after 5 months with new tires my car still vibrated - This time I took it to Lens - they have the most advanced digital alignment machine and wheel balance equipment - and they charge a couple of dollars less than many places - Well I watched how they did the work and a rotated and balanced my tires with a swift experience method - Once it got to my alignment : my dealer lied ! They never did the alignment !the alignment was so off. I was able to see it for my self once the car was in the air : It corrected the issue , I noticed it as soon as i hit the highway Thank you len - Please be careful with dealerships ( not all ) but most, don't take ur car to park ave ACURA dealer - they now have bad and lazy mechanics : read more

This place is will run you a arm and a leg The guy named Julio will tell you it's this or It's that but won't fix what you dropped the car off for. I spent 2000 dollars and my car still came out with new check engine lights on it that did not have before. They told me to pick it up twice Both times the check engine light is on.. I came here because the reviews said it's ok But they will run you a bill or tell you to sell your car. I will never bring my car here again. Just a warning to those that do. read more

I left my car overnight with the man working on my vehicle, he told me he would have it ready by 11 am the next day. I came back the next day and he told me that he forgot to work on the car. I needed one of my tires replaced. I already had the expectation that they needed to order the tire and may not have it serviced the same day, but I was glad they showed care and made the effort and was able to have it replaced the same day. I may consider returning for future servicing of my vehicle. Definitely, a good option. read more

Quick, fast, genuine Was my first time there, went there for oil change (synthetic), and asked that they replace filters, etc as required. Was told that I only needed an oil change and everything else was good and did not require any changes - genuine, breath of fresh air when everyone else has tried to rip us out (especially in auto places). 5 stars - will keep this updated next time I go there in mid-2018. read more

On my little sister's wedding day I got a flat tire: 4 hours before the event. I was not ready yet and I had to load my car with family members. I was freaking out, since the event was an hour away. The owner of this auto shop is a liar & crook. I replaced my 2 front tires in this shop. When he sold the tires to me, he told me that there was 1 year warranty with the tires. Several months later, when I went back, and told him that there was a damage on one of the tires (Sears technical checked my tires & asked me to bring it back to where I purchased the tires). He told me that there was no warranty. I asked him to at least check the tires. He set up a 8:30 am appointment for me to go back several days later. I went back on the appointed time. He wasn't there. His worker told me that he wouldn't be there the whole day, and they couldn't help me. I was really upset that I took time off from work to go there. I know very well that he did it intentionally. He gave me an attitude when I talked to him. He also acted very arrogantly. He treated me (his customer) with no respect. I don't recommend anyone to have his/her car fixed in this shop. I recommend Sears. They have very good customer service, and also honor their warranty on any service and tires. read more

WONDERFUL! WONDERFUL! off the charts customer service. As a single father trying to to get my car fixed and get some errands done on a day off Lee even drove me home while my car was being repaired at his shop! I went to the dealership first thinking only they should fix my Honday. Len's Auto came in over $300.00 cheaper for the same repair. I call that integrity, honesty, customer service satisfaction, and warranty on his work. Cannot beat that in today's business cut throat climate. New found customer here and I will tell anyone who will hear me this is your shop to go to! read more

I took my (overheating) 1995 Audi A6 2.8 to Len's Auto on Dec 30 2009. Mr. Len Devicenzo (owner) said the thermostat needed to be replaced with an original Audi part and the radiator needed to be flushed. I purchased the original thermostat elsewhere and authorized the work to be performed. Next day, I received a call from Lee (Len's son) telling me the car was still overheating even after they had bled the system AND replaced the thermostat. He said he was "positively sure" there was an air pocket in the cooling system which was causing the problem. So I contacted an Audi Certified Technician on the phone and discussed the issued, he said the water pump could potentially be the real problem, so I called Lee back and told him to look at the pump for a possible failure and Lee guaranteed that there was "nothing wrong" with the pump. At that point Lee referred an auto shop which belongs to "a reliable guy" as he said, specialized in German cars. I picked up my car on Jan 2 and was charged $179.76 for the REPLACEMENT OF THE THERMOSTAT (???) and he did not charge for the radiator flush. I then took the car to the Audi Certified Technician's shop, he in fact diagnosed a broken water pump and I authorized the replacement of the timing belt/water pump/thermostat, he said the thermostat needed replacement once more because the engine had overheated again after Len's work. Well, to my surprise when I picked up the car, he showed me the broken/replaced parts and thoroughly explained that the thermostat he replaced was "very, very old and rusted", proving the work claimed to have been performed by Len's Auto was a great big lie because the thermostat was NEVER replaced. Also, I learned that it would have taken Len's Auto more than 2 hours to replace it, as its housing sits behind other more intricate engine parts. SHAME on them for ripping people off! I just found out on two other sites about half dozen other women who have been mislead by them. read more
