Taking him to a stand alone vet just didn't become possible for me anymore because he was too much of a danger to himself or others during the process. I use them for a few years that point of a mobile vet is for people with multiple pets yes well the last year are my last encounter was this business they decided to set an appointment up for me in the early a.m. knowing good and well that I was always the last patient as I worked days and I always set up the last appointment at 3:00 well when I called to tell them the a.m. appointment that they took it upon themselves to set up was not going to work for me I needed to have a late in the afternoon appointment they then proceeded to tell me that I was a pain in the ass and they would never come out to service my animals again even though prior years they always came out and usually would have a 2000 to $3,000 bill I have never had a vet Tell me they couldn't come and take care of my animals because I'm a pain in the ass really I give them zero stars if I could read more

ZERO STARS! Anyone looking for a mobile vet DO NOT go use Noah's Mobile Veterinary Clinic! I specifically asked for their pricing before I booked the appointment because I needed to make sure I could afford it. They told me one price over the phone before I made the appointment, I waited a month for an appointment, they called me four different times to get my address during that month, insulted me with basically telling me I don't take care of my animal who is almost 12 years old and has major health issues, tried to charge me not twice but TRIPLE while taking advantage of me not being there to see what was really going on. I was told (after she already did the exam not before) when I asked who booked my appointment and told me a different price "Well we can't go in the past" and (you ready for this) told me if I didn't pay they were keeping my dog (all while I was 3.5 hours away from my home). I have a 151-lb English Mastiff who is scared of going to a vet, so I reached out to Noah's Mobile Veteterinary Clinic, so that the vet would come to me. Being a new client, the first appointment was given about 3 months from the time I called. Luckily my dog was not in need of vet care. By the time his appointment came around, they pulled in their mobile clinic which looks like a mobile home. The problem was my dog was still not having any of it. He would not go anywhere close to the clinic parked in the driveway. So Dr. Williams prescribed some medication to help reduce his anxiety and we scheduled a new appointment about a month later. This time he was medicated and I asked them to park farther up the driveway closer to the street. Then I walked my dog out through the back door and around to the front. When he saw the clinic, he was still trying to run away, but this time a vet tech came down to help grab me before he pulled me like a kite. Once we got him under control, he willingly walked up into the clinic, and he was ok even in a tight space. Dr. Williams was able to examine him, gave him shots, and trim his nails which were complimentary with the visit. They are able to do neutering and even gastropexy, but I decided to have these procedures done at a regular vet clinic since my dog is so big. My experience with Noah's Mobile Vet was very positive. Dr. Willams was very patient, and all the technicians were very helpful and sweet. They really liked my crazy dog. lol I found Noah's Mobile Vet to be very responsive and punctual. They also gave me headsup when they were going to arrive. Prices are pretty reasonable, too. Also, when I emailed Dr. Williams later on asking her for help with a letter to provide to insurance, she provided promptly. I truly appreciated her help. Thank you so much, Dr. Williams!! Dr. Adrienne Morris DVM and your wonderful vet tech assistants; I apologize that it's taken me so long to write this Thank You Note; It's been hard to see the words that I am typing through the tears of losing my precious Kismet. It's never easy to say goodbye to a pet, especially one that I loved so deeply and for so long (17 1/2 years old); having you and your staff comfort me every step of the way eased my pain. Being able to have her cross the Rainbow Bridge in the comfort of her own home was a blessing and so peaceful. Your house call service made this so much easier then the stress and pain of having her last memories be in a cat carrier, in traffic, hearing the outside sounds she's not used. I so appreciate how sensitive you and your staff were in my feelings and by explaining everything and taking the time I felt necessary to be able to let her go. I know she is now at peace and no longer struggling with the thyroid disease she dealt with for the past 5 years and then the sudden onset of kidney failure. She was one remarkable girl and held in there all these years even though she was battling ill health. It has surprised me just how quite the house is without her, I never realized how much noise she made by all the movement of her daily life. I so miss her energy and presence, but I know she is in a better place now, completely healthy and whole living in fields of flowers with birds & butterflies. She was laid to rest under the Bird Girl Statue in my side yard that I can see from my desk and walk by a few times every day. (Bird Girl is a statue used on the cover of the Book - Midnight in the Garden of Good & Evil by John Berendt. The movie was based on a true story in Savannah, and filmed there as well.) We lived in Savannah for 6 years so thought it was the perfect spot for her resting place. You and your staff were more than wonderful and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I highly recommend this service to anyone that has to make that difficult decision to let your pet cross the bridge; do it in the comfort of your own home, you will not regret it. Lee Ann and Dr. Morris are the best! This was the second time they treated my two cats and I am so pleased with the level of care they provide. Both of our cats have issues with their teeth for apparent genetic reasons. Dr. Morris had to perform extensive surgery and neither cat exhibited any notable signs of trauma afterward. Lee Ann and Dr. Morris explained exactly how I should administer the meds. And besides all that, they gave both of them a beautiful lion style hair cut. Our cats are very similar to Norwegian Forest cats and were becoming matted. They did a beautiful job! The price for everything was very fair. I never thought I would write this after the first visit was a pleasant experience. I am only writing this because I just called Blue Pearl ER to confirm that Ruby needed NO MUZZLE after her recent trip to the ER. I have a female GSD that has high anxiety. After the second visit, she was "still just as anxious" according to the doctor (my dog does not bite but tried everything to wiggle out of anyone's arms). Both vet techs were tense when Ruby came in the van so automatically she was more anxious (last time was a pleasant blonde woman tech and ruby seemed much better with her). All three of them pretty much just bashed me with questions about how much she is stimulated and how much exercise she gets (we have 1/3 of an acre yard and two other dogs so she is plenty active) and pretty much shoved a ad for training in my face. Made me feel absolutely TERRIBLE and I am the one paying them! Yes my GSD has work for her but the way I was treated by the doctor and the techs was a nightmare. They were definitely holding back their thoughts, I could see it in their faces. I am so sorry that my GSD isn't a fully trained service dog that is going to hold out her own for you. I will not be back and will be giving my business to a vet that is ACTUALLY KIND and ENCOURAGING through Ruby's journey. Long story short, GSDs can read your vibe, and she could definitely tell that you three were pissed at me for letting my dog be so "anxious". Please get some professional development in speaking and body language when consulting with your customers! read more

My puppy received his shots from this vet a while back and about a day later he had a a huge abscess on his side. I called the vet back and explained the situation. I was met with an oh well sorry type of response. I was then told that it could have been the vaccine and that I would receive a refund back. Needless to say I had to take my puppy to another vet to have the abscess removed and I've yet to receive a refund. I have never called them back since this episode and wouldn't dare call them out again. read more

Noah's Mobile Vet is the greatest! My elderly Dalmatian gets anxious very easily, especially riding in the car. It is so comforting that they come to the house and we just walk to the clinic. Dr. Morris is very patient and thorough with every exam. They even did a full dental procedure, which was very stressful and took all day when taking my dog to my other vet. With Noah's, my pup didn't know what happened to her. I was there when they knocked her out and they called me just before they were going to wake her up, there was no anxiety when she got alert and we just walked back into the house immediately after. Awesome! Our first appointment went great poor guy had a dental cleaning and four extractions but the team was so loving and good with my yorkie. Having them come to the babies was less trauma on the animal. I was also amazed at how awake he was in such a short span of time........another plus which I appreciated was when I left them at a vet I had to leave for hours they had them in a crate which I do not use or place any of my babies in with Noah's my babies are never in a crate.
