Noah's Bagels holds a special place in my heart -- I've been visiting for over 20 years, and it always brings me back to my teenage and young adult years. While many of the classic bagels are still around, I do miss a few old favorites that have been phased out over time, like the Pesto Cheese and Peppercorn bagels. That said, new favorites have taken their place. I've really come to love the Pretzel and Onion bagels, and they've earned a permanent spot in my regular rotation. Since I live about 30 minutes away now, I don't get to visit often. But when I do, especially on Mondays, I try to take advantage of their "Baker's Dozen" deal. It used to be $8 without a spread (those were the days!), but now it's 30% off the original price if you order through the app. read more

I will be having them remake this next time because this is ridiculous for five dollars, there is no coffee in this drink, it's nearly white. I have gone to Noah's for their Hot Pastrami Bagel/Sandwich. I always order with no mustard. About 5 of the last 6 times i have gone, they give me the sandwich with mustard, so i send it back. I confirmed that the receipt says no mustard in each instance. The last time i sent it back they gave me another sandwich, with no mustard, and barely heated up with the meat being cold and cheese not melted. That will be my last time going to there. read more

I just got back from university and was craving a bagel. Picked up some fresh Noah's bagels at this location, had one for lunch, and was reminded of just how good a bagel can be. The big thing is that the bagels are *ever so slightly* undercooked, which makes toasting them at home for breakfast perfect (I have found that other bagel places and even other Noah's locations overcook their bagels, making toasting at home less enjoyable). I want to specify that these bagels are totally cooked enough to eat straight out of the box too, if that's your preference. I ordered ahead, which made pickup very quick. I haven't been to Noah's bagels in years just because there isn't one close enough to work nor my house. After my hubby mentioned strawberry cream cheese last night..I was craving some bagels with cream cheese! I placed an order online which was easy enough to do. I wanted half a dozen bagels with customization for each one but I noticed all their half dozens already come pre-picked. So, I opted to customize each one: plain bagel with strawberry shmear, everything bagel with plain shmear, blueberry bagel with honey almond shmear, whole wheat bagel with garden veggie shmear, and plain bagel with plain shmear. When I got home, bagels were still semi warm, soft and oh-so-delicious! The whole family was satisfied. You guys need to open up in Santa Rosa, CA, I will definitely be by more often! read more

Tough crowd out there. I wasn't expecting much here since the reviews are awful (most). It's actually pretty good if you like bagels. I liked any of the bagels that have melted cheese on them. The cream cheese options are good but only average in quality. They seem overly processed. The service seemed good, but, yes, I would agree that it took longer than I would expect to get my bagel. I haven't tried the other bagel places in Petaluma and they are rated better. I will try those next time, but would consider returning here for a decent bagel. Also, I can walk here from Peet's (bonus for location). Note: I've never had a breakfast sandwich here (sandwich with an egg in it), but I did notice that they cook the eggs fresh in a machine on the counter. Very cool. read more

My husband went to get a bagel at almost 7AM when you would think it wouldn't be too busy. He stood there and waited for 15 minutes with no one to help him. Everybody was laughing and joking around that works there two people on a shift ...And what seemed to be a bunch of weirdos in there at that hour sitting around. My husband just said, "if that has been my first experience with Noah's I wouldn't go back." When ordering the cashier kept telling us they didn't have the bagels that we could clearly see in the case so we made adjustments based on what he said and then got the wrong bagel. We ordered two breakfast sandwiches, one without cheese, but both came out with no cheese. It was supposed to have double egg and it didn't have double egg. It's almost comical. We have had more than 30 years of Noah's bagels in various bay area locations (South Bay, Peninsula, East Bay, and North Bay). We often get the bakers dozen (onion variety). The Petaluma store has become our favorite because they don't over cook the the bagels. The onions are cooked but not burnt which has happened too often at other stores. I am on east coasts bagel culture aka New Yorks fresh bagels & all that goodness so my standards are pretty high I would say so myself, ehem :)) Moving to California took that away from me for sure but gladly I found Noahs right by me. They have a decent range of bagels to choose from from plain to sesame to jalapeño cheddar to six cheese gourmet which is my absolute favorite. They also have some pastries & sweets but very limited. Whats unique about them is their "Shmears" which is basically the different flavored cream cheese spreads they have. You can ask for it on your bagels or purchase it to have in your fridge at home. My favorite of the shmears is the honey almond, I usually get the toasted cinnamon raisin with it to pair & its my little guilty pleasure sweetness. Their menu is very simple with sandwich items for breakfast & lunch. For breakfast sandwiches they always make their eggs fresh & you have the option to choose 1 or 2 eggs depending on your protein needs. My breakfast go to is the breakfast BLT with the six cheese gourmet bagel, mind you this is just a regular BLT BUT the parmesan aioli in this takes it to a whole X1000 level. I always get this!!! ALWAYS! :3 They do have some other deli sandwiches & pizza bagels but does not interest me. Like I said I have pretty high standards but Im satisfied with Noahs being close to me so I can get my bagel fix here and there. I do wish they added some more fun sandwiches to their menu with different sauces but simplicity makes more consistent quality too. I do agree with a lot of people that they are unfortunately understaffed with the amount of traffic they get, but that is not the staffs fault & its the company. They are "THE" bagel spot here so everyone goes there & its always busy with lines. I have learned my lesson & I always order ahead of time to pick up. At the moment they only have 2 outdoor tables & no indoor dining, so your best bet is take out. I have always had great service at this branch even at their busiest times so definitely give it a try. We swung by this spot to order a quick breakfast on our way to the nearby lacrosse tournament. We were happy to be some of the only people in the place so we could get our food quickly and head out. Despite there only being one person ahead of us, it still took 10-15 mins to get our two breakfast sandwiches which seemed a little long. They were busy working on some other togo orders which was ok, but we weren't even able to sit down to wait on our food because the entire dining area is still closed (due to COVID I think). Even if the dining is closed, it would be nice to have some chairs for those waiting on their food. The food itself was good, my husband got the Farmhouse breakfast sandwich and I got the bacon, egg, and cheese on a plain bagel. Each sandwich has the option of being made with 1 or 2 eggs. My husband said the pepper shmear on his was delicious! Mine was tasty but the bagel was a little too chewy/rough instead of soft. I was happy to see a vanilla hazelnut flavored coffee as one of their coffee options, but unfortunately I could barely taste those flavors. The decor is super cute on the inside with a New York theme including the subway tiles, maps, and photos. Not a bad place to stop for breakfast, but nothing that really makes me want to come back again instead of trying another spot. read more

The best blueberry bagel I have found anywhere. Eat looks like and taste like I went to a New York bakery where they make them from scratch. No tastes of anything artificial and love the real blueberries. Not sure what they use for cream cheese, but it was wonderfully whipped, light and creamy and just like Grandma's. So good! Not sure why the reviews are not so good. The staff is young so perhaps not as experienced as some older folks. Perhaps hire some older folks will match the feel of an old New York bakery. read more

I love Noah's Bagels, so I don't know how to react to my experience. The place was organized, had hand sanitizers, capacity was limited and you had to stand outside for your order. Or, you can place an order in advance. I felt great about the system and the girl at the register was great. Saturday morning they were very busy understandable however they were so busy that I was not the only person that they messed up. The order didn't call the right name for the order so the person didn't show up for their order because that wasn't their name and actually gave orders away to the wrong people so when I waited 15 minutes for my single bagel that was just toasted that's it simple never heard my name. I went up to the counter to try to figure out what was going on and was ignored in favor of several other and when I was finally assisted motion to a bag, they had just left on the counter that had a cold bagel in it That is probably at least a third or a half smaller than like every other bagel in the place and said that one's yours as if I'm supposed to somehow clairvoyantly know when they don't call our names or they call the wrong name, but that one is mine. They used to have the best bagels in town, but what's the point if you're the best if you can't give people their orders or you give them a subpar order. read more

First of all, my food and coffee are fire. Absolutely delicious! But! The lady who took my order acted like she didn't want to sell me a brunch box, telling me that "it's gonna be at least 25 minutes for that one." I told her I had driven 3.5 hours and was on my last leg of my commute to work, and that I didn't have that kind of time. I ordered 2 sandwiches and a coffee. I still waited every bit of 25 minutes. I have ordered a thin sliced breakfast bagel last week. The bagel was toasted black and burned. Awful taste. Drove back to Noah's to show and ask for a replacement. It was not burned again but they missed making it thinly sliced. I let it go. Today I ordered the same thinly sliced breakfast bagel. Bagel wasn't burned but they missed on making it thinly sliced and the avocado was very under ripe. Not pleasant to eat under ripe avocado. I wish they can pay better attention to details such as under ripe avocado's and thinly sliced choices. It used to be great place for a break place. read more

This is the best Noah's Bagel location we've been to. The workers are always nice and friendly. The best time to go here for good selection is morning to noon. After that, it's questionable. I came here today on a Sunday did a mobile app order I ordered the following half of bagels doesn't have schmear and got it for free and then I ordered the gourmet bagels that come with schmear. Yes it's I was upset because he was arguing on the fact that it said on his screen that it didn't come with Schmeer so I was trying to explain to him on my phone and show him and he didn't wanna hear it and I tryed to explained I said I'll just grab the Schmeer and he says no you're not I'm gonna kick you out then I said I'll go ahead and buy it and he says no you're not gonna buy it because of your attitude I'm not trying to give you attitude I'm trying to state the facts. Why am I as a customer paying for something that's supposed to come with it and you're not giving it to me. This is ridiculous. I've literally had it with this place. The menu posted has totally different prices then what they ring you up for, and they won't honor the menu (note to managers: check on the legality of that!) Just waited over 10 mins for 4 bagels- literally just bagels thrown in a bag - which I only ever received because I spoke up. I really was trying to be very understanding of a wait because of"these trying times" so was fine waiting initially. When I said something finally, I was told they didn't know about the order but they had it up on the screen. Then I was given the wrong bagels.
