Poor guy working there by himself trying to take orders, man the cashier, prep and pump out the sandwiches, all without help. Brought to mind an image of a 1-armed juggler or wall-paper hanger trying to pull it all off. Somebody give this guy a raise! (Or at least some help, geez). For the price and relative speed of service the breakfast bagel sandwich was passable. Even though the sandwiches here are microwaved. Filled my early AM stomach up with somethin' under $10, so can't complain much there. Seems like a pretty popular spot too, with a steady stream of customers filtering through. But, I probably wouldn't return myself, as I'm reminded of being neither a huge fan of bagels or microwaved food prep coming from a restaurant. read more

Pretty sad. I've been coming here for almost 10 years now multiple times a week and it's always been amazing. Looks like her daughter took over the bagel shop for her and the quality and quantity of how much you get for your dollar has gone wayyy downhill. The chicken salad barely had any chicken salad and the bagel was basically burnt to a crisp. Thought it was just a fluke so I came back again and was the same experience. Sadly won't be coming back. The sandwich also came with scrambled egg and cheddar cheese. They were not shy or skimpy on the ingredients! I added cream cheese to my sandwich too-- so delish. They have so many different sandwiches and bagels to choose from! This was my first time here. Found this place on Google. Quick service and the lady who made my sandwich was so sweet. I really enjoy this bagel shop, lots of types of bagels to choose from and all of them are quite good! They tend to get suuuper busy at times but even when they are swamped they do a good job of getting orders out fairly quickly. They have a ton of different bagel and cream cheese flavors so you have a lot of options. You can get a bagel toasted with cream cheese or they have a menu of sandwiches for breakfast and lunch. You really can't go wrong with either. The breakfast sandwiches are my favorite with a hearty serving of eggs and whatever protein/ veggies or other additions are included. I love their ham and cheese melts. I think it's just bagel dough that's flattened with cream cheese, ham, and cheese on top. So simple but damn it's so so good lol! They have smoothies also but I've never had one. I see a lot of people ordering them though, so that's a good sign. This is definitely a place I regularly visit and would recommend it to anyone looking for a bagel fix. read more

We at work frequent this location at least once a week and have for years. Since the new owners took over they have cleaned up the place some and updated what they can, but the quality of the products have gone down. You barely get any cream cheese on the bagels, we have ordered sandwiches from them and they no longer offer sprouts and the other topping that they put on the sandwiches are about 1/2 the amount we used to get. Today I ordered 3 bagels and 2 of them were wrong. I asked for turkey on my sandwich with no mustard and I received ham with mustard. My coworkers asked for a scored garlic bagel and received some type of cheese bagel. This isn't the first time our orders have been wrong either. It's disappointing. read more

The women who work here are kind. The bagels just aren't the best. They are breast. They are small. They are expensive. Their smoked salmon is good. Their coffee is okay. But, as a bagel freak, I like a nice chewy bagel that can hold my filling and not get soggy. Unfortunately, this was not what we received. I'm bummed too. Was craving a good bagel while visiting Santa Rosa. Saw a few of these shops so decided to give a local chain a try. They get one star because the bagels are actually decent. The service however is horrible. No greeting when I walked in, no eye contact, no answer when I said good morning. "What you want?" Was all I got. As I was looking at what few choices they had left there were 2 people in the shop waiting for their orders. I decided on a half dozen and began choosing my 6 bagels. After every one I chose the little Asian lady kept saying "what else". I kept looking over my shoulder thinking there was a big line behind me because she was rushing me. Nope. This place is PACKED in the morning. It's small - yes. But the line goes from the register to the door (about 10+ people) The concept is actually pretty simple. They have fantastic bagels (freshly baked) and they offer them in bulk dozen (for a very low price) as well as a sandwich. I always saw this place as more of a breakfast spot, although they do serve thru lunch. The breakfast bagels are pretty much an omelet sandwich style. They can include pretty much anything you'd prefer in an omelet (such as sausage, cheese, bell peppers, bacon, etc). The lunch is the same idea, except with deli meats, etc. They also sell coffee, smoothies, and regular drinks. The price isn't too bad (a sandwich + drink runs around $6-7) This place is great when you're hungry but don't feel like cooking a big breakfast or feel like sitting in a loud restaurant. I've run in here many-o-times in sweatpants and a t-shirt just to grab b-fast for the house. Oh yea - and for those who commute to the bay early in the AM, this place opens up SUPER early at 4am on weekdays! =) read more

My girlfriend lives close to here and we often will have breakfast here. My favorite is the Nova Lox sandwich on a jalepeno cheese bagel. They have a great selection of sandwiches and bagels to put them on. They are quick and have good coffee. I would recommend this place for breakfast and lunch. read more
