Plus starting at one day old, they all go through a training for neurological advancement and socialization called Puppy Culture. Our vet can tell the difference and so can we! I was especially happy that all vaccinations were done, the chip was done and registered and we got a DNA report on our puppy along with parent bloodlines! When I neuter our dog, we get $100 rebate! A final big surprise was the goody bag Kristin gave us. It was a big bag of quality food, all sorts of treats & toys, blanket, and even a split of champagne for us! I don't know when Kristin sleeps since she is available 24/7 but she is our first call before the vet. She has a wealth of knowledge and access to vets 24/7. Highly recommend BLL for a lab puppy! We researched breeders in and around our area and knew almost instantly that our pup would be from BLL. Kristin and Anna go above and beyond to give the best care and best start to each and every pup. Kristin has done extensive research and applies top notch methods to produce the best puppies. She is very thorough in explaining how the process works and provides supporting documents to take home at the time of pick up. At our first visit, my vet told me our pup was in excellent health and had the best disposition. These pups are beautiful and super smart! BUYER BEWARE--Dishonest & Fraudulent BellyLaff Labs has been a nightmare to work with. Initially, she took my $500 deposit for a white lab puppy. The litter did not happen as planned due to the mother getting sick. We were transferred to another pairing. The new mother allegedly delivered 3 puppies, and I was told to provide the interim payment of $900. I was then informed that the mother and her puppies all tragically passed away. We were directed not to post any pictures or tell anyone--which I thought was unusual. Since March 2022, BellyLaff has not responded to any calls, texts, or messages. The only info that was provided was a sob story that the animals were causing additional expenses, followed by, a statement that the owner was sick and had been hospitalized. I sent her a certified mail document requesting a refund before seeking legal action against BellyLaff. There has been no response to this request. My family is devastated at her actions and lack of follow through. Overall, BellyLaff has been highly unprofessional. The owner has had an appalling lack of communication and demonstrated dishonest business practices. After revieing her Google reviews, this appears to be a pattern of behavior or tactic to manipulate her customers. Checked her bad review, she has scam to other people as well read more

What a great experience. Kristin really does it right. The training she does to get her puppies ready for their new home is awesome, and if you continue to follow the training your pup and you will really have a great life. She provides a wealth of information and follows up after you take your pup home to be sure all is going well. She really has a desire to ensure the puppies are placed in a good home. I STRONGLY recommend that you do NOT give your money to this breeder. I typically do not write negative reviews, but after my experience with Bellylaff, I feel compelled. Communication is horrible. I would text, write emails, send messages on Facebook and would not get a response for weeks - and this was of course, after they had my money. She claims her internet or phone is always out, and even admits she keeps track of who has reserved which dog from whatever litter on post it notes. I placed my deposit on two litters, and even though I was told I was first in line for the color and gender I wanted, she gave one away to someone else. And now she claims she has no money left. She spends your deposit before she even breeds the dogs! When I told her I wanted and refund and that I didn't feel like we were a good match anymore, she immediately responded (shocker) and offered me a dog that I'm sure had been promised to someone else. No thank you. Now, she won't respond to any of my requests for a refund even though the deposit was for two litters that didn't pan out. STAY AWAY from Bellylaff. Their business practices are shady and laughable. read more

After an unforeseen circumstance, I was no longer going able to purchase a puppy although I did put a deposit down. Bellylaff did graciously agree to refund the non refundable refund however it has been nothing but stressful since. Communication is poor. I emailed, texted, and facebook messaged and rarely get responses promptly or without me having to use other platforms to tell them to look at their messages. After originally being told I would get my refund in full after other people's deposits were received, I was told different excuses as to why she had to push the refund date. And then I was given a partial refund as the app she used wouldn't let her give me the full amount. Which then took some time with no response as to when to expect the rest of the refund. And even when I received the next portion, she still owed me the remaining refund. This all started in 3/20 and here we are almost May and she still owes me $110 and has not return my email, text, or fb message for the last two weeks. I understand there are personal issues going on but at the end of the day you are running a business. You offered the refund and therefore should follow through in the timely manner that you originally stated and promised, which was a month ago. I was empathetic and patient but I also have things going on in my life and I believe that if you agree to something such a refund - then that is what you should provide. I work in the dog industry and have not come across such a poorly run operation with such lack of communication in a long time. I am still waiting for the last part of my refund but who knows if I will ever receive it or she will get back to me. read more

We contacted Bellylaff several months ago to discuss getting a lab puppy. Our sweet Baylee passed away almost a year ago and we decided it was time to get another fur baby. We did a lot of research of different breeders and we decided we wanted to work with BellyLaff. Kristin was very upfront with everything and she provided us with a lot of information before we even started the process. When we went to the kennel she showed us all around and where the puppies are kept after they are born. She answered a lot of questions and always got back to me in a timely manner when I contacted her. We went to the kennel to meet Viva, who would be our puppies mom. When the babies were born we were able to visit the puppies and we believe our sweet girl chose us. I cannot even express the gratitude we have for Bellylaff, Kristin and her staff. They have been amazing throughout the entire process and if we ever decide to get another puppy there will be no question as to where we would go. BellyLaff is the only breeder I would go too and I would recommend them to anyone. We have the most amazing Lab puppy. She is so smart and absolutely gorgeous. She is pure perfection.
