Many of the animals couldn't even turn around because they had such small tanks. The parrots are clearly stressed, we know because of the visible excessive grooming. I was only an hour late not two hours and not 1.5 hours I was only 1 hour to the minute from the call to pick her up. When my dog was ready to be picked up, she complained that I watched and said I made my dog more anxious. My dog couldn't see me, as her back was to the wall, and I believe Danielle was mad that I watched because she knew she wasn't doing right by her. She cut my dog's quick and also gave her a rash on her stomach. When I told the store, they gave me a refund, but nobody cared that my dog was harmed, instead, they made excuses. My dog has had her nails trimmed countless times and NEVER has been cut, and they told me this is normal. She also has white nails where you can literally see the quick so there's no excuse. My dog is now limping and has a bright red belly with bumps all over it, so clearly the upgraded package did NOTHING. I will NEVER bring my dog back here and will NEVER shop here again. The staff is completely unprofessional, rude, and ignorant. My dog was treated poorly, and when I brought it to the attention of the staff, I was then treated poorly. If you decide to risk bringing your dog here, just make sure Danielle doesn't get a hold of it.

That being said, when one of our dogs is suffering, we do our best to do what it best for them. We all know that healthy pets start with nutrition. One of our 3 dogs was suffering from allergies. The first time we went into this store, we were overwhelmed and SO appreciative of the help we were given by an employee named Sohm. He took the time to listen to us about each of our pets and their specific issues. He recommended a certain type of dry food that would be helpful to all 3 of our dogs. He listed the ingredients and each of their benefits. Needless to say, my dogs allergies are completely gone and my dogs are thriving on their new food! Thank you to this amazing store and Sohm for all of his help! He was so educated and knowledgeable and we received more help from him about our dogs nutrition than any vet we've ever gone to! He spent a great deal of time with us and because of that, we are loyal customers. He remembers us each time we go in and is sure to say hi to our dogs by giving them treats! She doubled down that it was for that but didn't say that. I asked if liver was something that a cat with kidney failure should eat. She continued. Looked up on my phone if liver was appropriate for kidney failure. And of course it was NOT and was contraindicated. When I pointed it out, do you think I got an apology? Hell no. Nothing. Zero.
