For the price it is good. Got $42.10 for 7.797 gallons. Went from a quarter tank to an half inch from the filled up line for the Highlander. In simple terms I started at 86 miles distance to empty and went up to 246 miles til empty. Good customer service as well plus they got some good coffee inside. Still can't beat Costco gas prices which is $5.1 per gallon but I wasn't nearby any. read more

Very misleading advertising. This gas station has large signs everywhere saying "20¢ per gallon fuel discount with car wash purchase," but every time I come here, I never actually receive the discount. Today I specifically went inside and prepaid for BOTH the car wash and the gas together. The cashier charged me $39 total ($30 gas + $9 car wash), but the pump still charged the full gas price of $6.299 per gallon with absolutely no 20¢ discount applied. The receipts clearly show: * Car wash purchased * Gas purchased * Full price charged at the pump * No discount reflected anywhere This feels deceptive and dishonest because the promotion is advertised very prominently, yet customers are not receiving the advertised savings. If you offer a discount, honor it. Otherwise, remove the signs. Very disappointed. I've noticed this happening multiple times here already. read more

I came here to get a car wash and pay for the ticket ahead a the pump then I wait 25 minutes in line at the car wash for them to tell me it's out of order to come back another day. I ask for a refund they rejected and said the code for the car wash is valid anytime. So I go back the next day early morning, wait in line for 15 minutes for them to come out and say the same thing! " it's out of order, let me try to reset it" As I get out of line and go park in front of the gas station to ask for a refund he gets it to work and now 4 new cars showed up and I asked if I can cut the new cars since I was next in line. Notable is the handwashing station at the pumps and the plastic gloves that are offered. Very covid approved place. Very convenient to me and good gas prices. A little annoying how they try to sell you a car wash at the pump even when the car wash is closed. Don't buy one by accident at off hours... I don't think anybody is there to refund you after certain hours either. Very unique to have a hand washing station at the pump. I think sometimes I've heard people who fuel up with diesel that it can get all over - for that reason its good to have. Not sure on the quality of gas - I've tried this a few times a full tank each time with 91. Things seem ok. No knocking or pinging in my Jetta. I try mostly to get Chevron with that car though these days after the good mechanics at Hayward Volkswagen saved it from slowly slipping into heapdoom. They tell me all fuel in the USA is inferior to whats in Germany and the German car needs German fuel... and that the best here is Shell or Chevron. I like that the pumps are open late. Thus, it creates an incentive to shop more at Nobhill. The big attraction to this gas station is the touchless carwash. Well, maybe it's also cheaper gas prices too! I used the touchless carwash once, and it didn't really do a good job. I guess it has to do with how dirty your car is, and how well the carwash is working that day. What's a "touchless carwash?" A touchless carwash uses strong chemicals to wash your car. Then powerful rinse jets spray off the chemicals. Then strong dryers blow off remaining water and chemicals. There's no huge brushes or rollers to damage your car's finish. Anyway, everyone seems to like the "touchless" feature, because there's always a line to use the carwash. Meanwhile, the gas station is nice. Lots of space, well lit at night, and looks bright and shiny. read more

Sorry I've been using this car wash for a while and it seems like they just open the car wash whenever they feel like. Because I've had times when I show up at 5:30 ish cause I get off work early and it's open but half the time they have the cones in the way so like it's unreliable. Not to mention I get the ultimate wash and they're cheating out on the soaps because they don't use all the colorful soaps anymore they just use the yellow one it doesn't even smell the same.....like what am I paying for on the ultimate wash then. I don't know of any other touchless car washes in the area otherwise I would find another one.....cause I've just about had it with this one. read more

Always when theres customer she always have the other gentleman help the line while she go outside for a smoke break, or just to go talk to her dude outside that sits in the car all day in front of the gas station. Shes rude with her customer service dont greet nothing. Management hasnt done nothing about this. Also outside the gas station is it a homeless camp. Do Not Use. 2 Reasons, It does not effectively wash your car and will leave spots after it has "washed" it. If you tell management this, they will gaslight you and tell you it has been washed and is not the responsibility of the car wash to clean those spots. read more

A month ago I was in line and it appeared their system broke just when I was next to get washed. Rightfully they refunded everyone. At that point they still did not have their Ultimate Wash option for $10. I just got my car washed a week ago and to my surprise, they've upgraded all their equipment. Everything is working again and looks even NEWER too. The machine you pay in line looks cleaner and newer as well! They finally have their Ultimate Wash option available but keep in mind they have NEW prices now as well! Which is fair considering the cost needed for their initial tech upgrade! Their ultimate wash is now $13 compare to what it was before. The next lower tiers was $11and $9 wash. Frankly! After their upgrade I notice my car rims stayed shinier longer even after a week! This is the closest and cheapest car wash to Alameda Bay Farm. I took off a star because sometimes my car is still dirty and you're not able to rewash like at most car washes since it is machine operated and there is no one there monitoring the line. The line is usually extremely long so it takes a while. Sometimes I feel like the automated machine misses some sections of the car. read more

Went to the car wash this morning and as usual there was a line for the card wash. Bought gas and received a discount with the added car wash. Waited about 8 minutes. The technology was working well and they even had the extra time added to the dryer which really helped my car dry rather fast. This review is for the car wash and not the gas station itself. Prices have gone up over the years, and the ultimate wash is now $12. I go here when I need the exterior of my car washed (in other words, the inside is fine.) It does an okay job and gets most surface-level dirt off, but won't get stubborn stains off, like presents left by birds =P I've been to better drive-through car washes, hence the 3 stars. The line and wait can be long starting around 4pm on weekdays and throughout the day on weekends, so if you're able to go during the day on weekdays, I'd try that. The car wash itself takes about 6-7 minutes. On two occasions, I got stuck in the car wash in the middle of the wash--machine just stopped with no warning. I wasn't about to step out of the car--what if the car wash started again?--so I looked up Aisle 1 on my phone, called the gas station and let them know what was going on. Both times, the attendant was quick to arrive and fix the problem, as well as comp the car wash. read more

Ultimate car wash is $10.00 as of 10/26/2018 and does a great job. It gets the bird crap off my car and is touchless. At times, the machine that takes payment is broken, as are the machines used to vacuum and add freshener. I like blasting my country western music while watching the blue/yellow/green foam cloud up my windows.
