It's my first time here but they feel precious to me like my own grandparents. I passed by this busy car wash during the day and stopped by again later because my car was super due for a wash. I'll be honest I hadn't vacuumed my car in a looong time. When I did, the little handheld vacuum at home didn't do much. But these folks got me in and out so fast. Sweet and efficient people. The before and after is crazy. I will say there were some little cracks where they missed the dust and they accidentally left a towel wedged in my back trunk door lol but it was what my car needed. For how long I put off cleaning, this was totally worth it at a reasonable price. I'll be back!

I've always been satisfied with their work on my car. For $25 you get an exterior wash only, and for $40 they will vacuum and wipe down the interior. The guys that work here work hard all day under the sun, so bring cash and be sure to tip them when you get your car back. They have an interior lobby where you can wait, with a TV and a snack vending machine. The only downside is that the location is in a somewhat sketchy area. During today's visit, there was a clearly highly unstable man pacing wildly all over the car wash. Unpredictable and unsettling. I realize the car wash people can only do so much, short of hiring security. Just be vigilant, and be prepared to protect yourself, and that's good advice in general. Happy trails.

I'll admit we hadn't cleaned it for a while, have taken the car on road trips including to Los Angeles, Tahoe and Mammoth Lakes. We've taken it in offroad situations too. After they worked, our car is White again. They worked hard at vacuuming and cleaning the inside of the car, including the trunk. Their crew took out and cleaned floor mats and they seemed to wipe down everything as best they could. We also have dogs so there probably was a little bit of dog hair in the back too. The woman who runs the business said they needed to charge extra to shampoo one of the carpets because there was some sort of stain in the back. I thought that was reasonable. Considering that it has been years since we seriously cleaned the car, I think they did a good job and put a lot of attention, I think the price I paid was reasonable.

I only come here because it's convenient--you don't even have to get out of your car. You drive into the bay, they hit your car with a pressure washer, splash on some suds, and then blast it off again. After that, you're backed up to some vacuums where an army of eight or nine guys swarm your car, wiping it down with what I can only describe as old, filthy rags. These guys aren't looking to put in any effort--they're just trying to get the water off, not actually clean anything. The detailing? Non-existent. They slather some oily substance on your tires that looks glossy for about five minutes, but then the real fun begins. As soon as you drive away, this black tar-like goo starts spinning all over your wheel wells, leaving you with a mess that's worse than what you came in with. Also, cash only, which is always a red flag. And tipping? Good luck with that--how do you tip nine people drying your car at once? You can't even slide one of them a $20 to do a decent job; it all goes into a collective pot, and everyone just shrugs it off. One time, I forgot I had an old PlayStation 4 in my car and ended up giving it to one of the workers, who looked like he could be maybe 14yrs old tops. Felt like a good deed, but that's about the only positive memory I have from this place. Bottom line: if you care about your car's paint job, don't come here. If you care about your interior, run in the opposite direction. I wouldn't let them near my cream interior--no way, no how.
