Such a cute spot with delicious treats! The woman behind the register was super kind and helpful. It was my first time here so I didn't know what to get but she helped me and guided me on how to order. I decided to get their Strawberry Blush special ($5.75) with milk boba tea & their Original Egg Puffs ($5.25) which = $12 with tax. Note: it is a 10 minute wait for the Egg puff. (Worth the wait!) Everything is delicious and the inside of this place is picture perfect. I hope you guys come out if you're in the area to try this place out! I highly recommend.

I first heard of Nobibi Ice Cream at a Yelp event that was taking place at The Cravings within Tawa Market Hall in Eastvale. They weren't officially open at the time and I've been wanting to go back when they are actually open. So when I saw Nobibi Ice Cream at University Plaza near Cal Poly Pomona, I was so excited. I knew I had to pay them a visit soon. Today was the day to make that visit. My eldest daughter and I came here after our dinner at Phox that happens to be within the same plaza. Cool! This Nobibi is very bright and inviting. Love their vibrant pink logo sign. They have soft plushies on the benches for guests to hold and caress. There are two gigantic bears to hug as well. What a nice touch! Staff was pleasant and helpful with recommendations. Strawberry Plush and Dalgona Coffee both with vanilla ice cream are two of the top favorites. That's what we got. They were both amazingly yummy! The vanilla ice cream was very smooth and tasty. The crystal boba in the strawberry one was a nice addition as I love crystal boba. The corn flakes was the surprise ingredient that made them unique... it works and it's delectable! One gripe I had was that the vanilla ice cream had already started melting at the time we got our ice cream. The ice cream needed to settle a bit more in the machine before serving. I saw bubbles in my ice cream. I love fresh ice cream, but I prefer to eat them not drink them... the latter would be a shake LOL. Hence, 4 stars. Nevertheless, we'll be back for more Nobibi!!!

Located in a shopping near Cal Poly Pomona. Good amount of available parking. Clean and nicely decorated interior and good service. They have a mix of drinks and ice cream desserts. We had the brown sugar boba cup, red bean & taro cup, and the ninja. All tastes great and looked Instagram worthy. Nice play to get a dessert and hang out. They have a few board games available to play too. Worth checking out!

Cute dessert shop. We yelped a random dessert place and surprised that there are several locations for Nobibi. My daughters got regular cones. My husband got the Dalgona and I got the Taro red bean sundae. Overall the ice creams were good tasting but my daughter's chocolate was an odd color, almost charcoal. My taro red bean didn't have enough Taro in my opinion. The spoons are tiny shovels which I though was a super cute touch. Overall clean shop, good variety, but service can be a bit slow as there is only 1 staff member.

I was in the mood for soft serve and Nob!b! Was one of the first places that popped up. We got the egg puff and strawberry blush sundaes. Both were really good, I especially enjoyed the waffle. The soft serve was on point, though I wish we were able to select the flavor for these sundaes (both were vanilla). It was late Sunday afternoon so it wasn't busy at all. Our orders came out quickly. The vibe of the shop was very trendy and upbeat. I think I'll definitely be back to try their other soft serve flavors!

Still awesome! They have matcha ice cream you can customize your own with one free topping for a set $4.99. Bigger size extra as well as toppings extra. Ice cream so good and creamy! Matcha or ube in the house! Great service and very clean!!

the ninja = style over substance (bland chocolate flavor, but very instagrammable!

I gotta say...this place really threw us for a loop. We planned to check out their Ninja cone because the website advertised it as black sesame ice cream... The dessert itself had the color of black sesame seeds...but that was about it. There was absolutely no black sesame flavor in the ice cream. Nor any other flavor to speak of. It tasted like cold, wet air. Was this what the cloud motifs were hinting at so cheerfully from menu to the decorative cushions? That we would be driving 20 mins and paying over $6 to eat some soft serve storm cloud? I've tasted more flavor in secondhand vape clouds. We even had a palate cleanser beforehand, since we had spicy food for dinner. We were confused as to what, exactly, we were tasting in that ice cream...if anything at all. What we got were (very, very light) subtle hints of what might be chocolate, but that may well be the oreo, chocolate pocky, and vaguely chocolate waffle cone. That said, I'm baffled as to why this was one of the top 2 ice cream desserts when only the garnishes had any flavor. The only thing that it had going for it was the interesting sensation that the pop rocks give. The pop rocks were also not flavored. All in all, the ninja was all style, no substance. It was Instagrammable, but we didn't come here to take pics of food & toss them for the empty calories. This was a miss, and as of this writing, a disappointment, given the 5 star rating this has on Yelp. Something isn't adding up. The absence of customers in the place at 8pm was telling, though. At least the staff was pleasant & decor cute. Other than that, I would not recommend the ninja, and would not return to taste what would be its runner-up in popularity.

Trying this place. Delicious dessert. Very nice work on food presentation. A bit high on the price, guess I'll come back again more when I'm splurging myself. Cute interior decoration. Service was good. Only one guy working here.

Yoooooo!!!! Favorite new soft server alert! Shout out to the worker named victor (I think was his name). Cool guy that helped me out. I know of Nobibi because of their location in chino. I saw them in the gram and had to check them out. That location was good too. But as far as this one, same quality service and my soft serve was good. I got the chocolate and vanilla swirl. I didn't get a pic because I was busy talking to victor lol My favorite so far is the plain vanilla with some chocolate drizzle. I mentioned the price comparison from both locations and had some questions. Victor explained what happened. I showed him my pictures and bank transaction to make sure I wasn't trippin. And yea. He apologized and offered me a sample of the vanilla soft serve with strawberry sprinkles. That was good too. Plenty of parking and they also offer drinks such as milk tea. Overall, I enjoyed my soft serve and talking to victor about food was cool too. Definitely coming back and a big fan now. Keep up the good work guys. See you soon.

This is a nice cute spot near the CPP campus and is great for a quick ice cream treat! The cashier was very friendly and the ice cream was so good! I would come back here !

First time at Nobibi and it was worth the try. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The menu has lots of different options of drinks, ice creams and coconut pudding. The location is a chill place to kick it and hang out. As far the ice cream I had to try the Ninja soft gelato. Presentation was on point and tastes bomb!! It's got Oreo, pocky and some pop rocks! Definitely try that if you come through to Nobibi

Service: 10/10. Cashier was topnotch~fast, friendly and accurate. Haha. I didn't think of changing up the vanilla flavor to strawberry till she asked me if I wanted to substitute the vanilla for another flavor. Ice cream: yummm. 10/10~I substituted the vanilla with strawberry on top of the Dalgona coffee iced cream. Some how was craving this item on a super hot Spring day in SoCal. Ambiance: 10/10/~mostly decorated all pink in this ice cream shop. So adorable. I got a boba drink but saving that drink for tomorrow in the fridge. Got a stamp card for this visit. I'll definitely be back to use the Yelp review offer.

Super cute spot for photo op, ice cream or Boba tea. Randomly found this spot on yelp cause I was craving some Boba and this place is a perfect little hangout spot for some tea. Really love the decor and all the flavors here. I'm gonna try the ice cream.

It didn't take long for us to get our coffee or our pastry. Their plain croffle was good, but I wished we had the option to have it warmed up. Their everything seasoned croffle was decent if you want a savory pastry. My banana cream latte was strong, but wasn't strong in banana flavoring. I mixed my cream too towards the bottom, and still found barely taste it. The baristas here are also very aesthetic and silly. They had a great time making coffee and taking orders. Unfortunately, I left disappointed. One positive is the overall aesthetic. I like the layout and the lighting design, and the globe fixtures give the shop a nice modern look. Unfortunately, when you look closer, the fixtures have visible dust and grime buildup. Some of them are high up, so I understand they aren't easy to clean, but this is where an occasional ladder or professional deep cleaning comes in. The shop has good design bones; it just needs more attention to cleaning and maintenance. The music itself is trendy and current, but it is much too loud for a work-friendly coffee shop, especially because the space is very echoey. I'm including a screenshot of the sound level along with a short video so people can get a sense of it for themselves. I found it basically impossible to concentrate without earplugs or noise-canceling headphones. Seating is also limited and isn't very comfortable. It's mostly hard wooden benches and plastic or metal folding-style chairs. Nothing egregious, but not especially comfortable if you're planning to sit and work for a while. What really started the experience off badly for me was my drink. I ordered an iced matcha for $6.75 and asked if they could do less ice. I was told that if I wanted less ice, the drink would be less full. I said never mind and asked for it to just be filled normally. When I received it, though, my matcha still had noticeably less liquid than my husband's drink. Since they only offer one size for each iced drink, the difference was pretty obvious. We also tipped $1. The matcha itself was just your standard iced matcha -- nothing special -- and definitely didn't feel worth $6.75 to me. My husband's $8 Butterscotch Cream Latte actually tasted good, but after he finished it, we were surprised by how much of the cup was taken up by ice. The photo speaks for itself. Given that I had already been told that requesting less ice would result in a less-full drink, this really diminished the value for me. The bathroom was another big negative. I tend to judge the cleanliness of a business by its restroom, and this one did not give me confidence. The bathroom door and several surrounding surfaces looked like they had not been thoroughly wiped down in quite a while, with visible grime and buildup, and there were also holes in the wall. Even the glass entrance doors had visible smudges and residue. I'm including photos because these things were noticeable and contributed to an overall poorly maintained impression. There were no paper towels available. Instead, an old-looking handwritten sign was taped over the dispenser saying, "Please use the air dryer. Thank you!" I personally avoid hand dryers because of hygiene concerns, so after washing my hands I ended up using toilet paper and a toilet-seat cover so I could open the bathroom door without touching the handle directly. At that point, they might as well remove the paper towel dispenser entirely. Leaving an unused dispenser covered by an aged paper sign just looks lazy and poorly maintained to me, especially in a customer-facing bathroom. Aesthetically, I also wasn't a fan of all the taped-up paper signs. The front entrance has a large paper sign taped directly to the glass saying "PLEASE CLOSE THE DOOR GENTLY. THANK YOU!!!" along with several other smaller notices, and the bathroom has the aged handwritten sign taped over the unused paper towel dispenser. These are small details individually, but together with the visible grime, holes, and neglected surfaces, they made the shop feel more makeshift and poorly maintained than the otherwise nice design deserves. It clearly seems to be a popular spot, and my husband had far fewer complaints and enjoyed his latte. I also think the overall layout and lighting aesthetic have potential. For me, though, the underfilled matcha, ice-heavy drinks, standard-at-best matcha, loud music, limited seating, uncomfortable chairs, and overall cleanliness and maintenance made this a disappointing first visit.

It was my second time at this coffee shop, and of course, I will continue coming back. Wish You…read moreWere Here Coffee is located in the heart of Pomona. You can find parking on the street, or you can park in the lot. There isn't a parking meter anymore, so I'm not sure what the city guidelines are for payment, but your first two hours parking there are free! When walking towards the cafe, you will see a sign for a pub. You can walk inside and turn towards the right. The cafe and baristas are located towards the very back! Yet, once you go inside, you notice all the seating that is available. We have asked towards the baristas, and used a little tablet to scan their menu. We ended up ordering a tonic and a banana cold brew. They also had food items! We had chosen their breakfast burrito. Their coffee is strong and you can feel the caffeine. Yet, the sweetness is perfect and can mask your actual caffeine intake! It's amazing how they can do both. Their burrito was very savory and delicious as well. It's always quick and clean at this cafe. The baristas are always sweet. My fiancé and I do come here to do work, and their WiFi is decent, too. I highly recommend this cafe if you're ever in the area!
