I really like this place actually, I'm from Austin but I go on day trips to Fredericksburg often and this spot has an AMAZING selection! They have everything from boba to coffee to regular tea etc etc. There are lots of tables and couches/seats inside too, and the little shopping area where it is inside of is also fun and has lots of little places to explore. Overall it's just such a welcoming spot, and the drinks are great! I've been two if not three times now, and the most recent thing I had was the Dubai chocolate matcha (and it tasted exactly how it sounds like it would!). read more

Excellent customer service! The drinks are tasty and we had to grab a fancy chai each morning we were in town. The variety of teas are really expansive and the staff is happy to talk with you about any questions you might have. I twas interesting to see all the different varieties of drinks they make and it seemed they changed monthly. I will be back when I am back in town. :) read more

Oh my goodness what great things I have to say about this place totally love stopping in and getting a tea before heading home in the summertime. I always opt for my favorite which is the islander. I decided to drive over to Nobilitea on a hunch that my Girlfriend would like it......and I was definitely right. Her favorite kind of boba is the popping kind and they have a huge selection of popping boba, usually most places have 2-3 flavors of popping but they had like 12. So she was very very happy. I got some hot chocolate and boy was it good. Michelle was incredibly helpful showing us all the combinations and making suggestions. We definitely will be coming back when we make another trip to Fredericksburg. read more

This place is great! The fresh teas are really good. The selection is pretty big and options to reinvent your tea is also nice. Love the fact they have "Tea on Tap" with nitro and they have caffeinated lemonade for those who want so energy but are not the biggest fans of tea. Service was surprising. Staff is amazing they are always so friendly. So many options here for flavors and add ins . Refreshing drinks for the summer time . I can no longer drink coffee so this is the best place for me. They always have tea to taste and the extensive drink menu is very creative. If you cannot choose one then just get their tea tap with exrra energy mix ins. Went in to order a tea I've ordered many times before and the worker, although nice, had ZERO clue what I was talking about, how to make it, ring it up or what was in it. I was very kind and tried to help her with the ingredients and she was just overwhelmed. I said it's ok, help your other customers and I'll come back and help you figure it out. Came back 30 min later and still couldn't get anywhere with helping her. It was literally a hot tea with milk and a flavor added. I told her again, it's ok I'll be in the building for a while working and you can call someone to help you and let me know when you've got it. This never happened, I finished up my work and left about an hour later. The sad part is that it seems like she had little to no training and no one to help her. The owners should offer training to new hires and someone to work with them to help until they are fully trained. I felt bad for her more than never getting my order. read more

The Nobilitea in Fredericksburg has really lost its luster. It's one of the first places you see when entering Grand Central at Milam and now it is not clean or inviting. The tables at the back of the store across from the tap are always cluttered with what I'm assuming is stuff that belongs to the employees. Went in to grab a sandwich at FP and could have used a fresh tea but wasn't feeling it after seeing people laying around in the chairs with blankets etc... Looking forward to the new tea place opening soon. read more

Way too complicated. We just wanted sweet tea, and it took 15 minutes to order because of all the options. The person helping us was very nice, but inadvertently made us feel dumb for trying to place a simple order. We frequent the Nobilitea in Kerrville, but apparently this place is operated differently. It's a cool space, and maybe they're still figuring things out. I hope they do, since it's a good product, but they need to rethink how they communicate their model to their customers. read more

The service was terrible. While we were standing in line waiting to give our order, a cashier comes out to the line and starts talking to the person behind us, asking them if they have any questions about the drinks, and then she pulls the costumer up to a cash register and takes her order. All while we were STILL waiting in line. I thought it was extremely rude and decided to take my business elsewhere. read more
