Literally WHAT is going on with all these adorable coffee shops have horrible coffee? I'm drinking sugar water. If you've ever had coffee on the west coast or have even a little taste for real good coffee, save your money. If you want to take cute pictures and drink sugar water, this spot is for you! Service was fast cause obviously they weren't spending any time on anything quality :)

Decent coffee spot in Fredericksburg.... Stopped by today for a latte and a snack. Coffee was just OK, but the pistachio muffin was awesome. Outdoor seating is great, more plentiful than indoor seating. Sunday Supply is on par with other coffee shops, but not outstanding. The coffee and muffin earn 3-stars... Decent, but not great.

This coffee shop was absolutely adorable! I loved the pretty garden and outdoor sitting area. The service was very quick and efficient. I loved the pumpkin spice latte. Call me basic, but it was so flavorful! Parking is a tad limited, but there is parking around in the area

Coffee was just okay pretty bland and tasted like watered down milk to me. The coffee grounds were great, though. The highlight was definitely the muffins: moist, flavorful, and delicious. Cute spot with indoor and outdoor seating, nice patio views, and friendly service.

cute and small in the cafe I got a tiramisu coffee - it was alright. Ample seating outdoors! Note: breakfast stuff is first come first serve. I got there around 10am and nothing was left sadly. Also could use more staffing, cashier looked burnt out Limited parking in the lot so be prepared to park elsewhere

My friends and I each got a different iced latte and tried each others' and they were all really good! The pistachio lavender and wildflower were great. My friend said her wildflower coffee "tastes like happiness in a cup". This place was super cute outside and inside, and the workers were friendly. The pasties looked delicious, were all very large, and had cool flavors like orange cranberry. Definitely want to try a scone next time I go back. They also had breakfast tacos on the menu. There was lots of easy parking to the side of the building.

Visit Date: August 31, 2024 My mom, dad, and I ate here during our Labor Day Weekend trip to Fredericksburg and the Hill Country. This was mentioned in a Decanter article (wine enthusiast publication) within a paragraph about Hill & Vine, their affiliated larger restaurant across the way. It's located in kind of an expanded parking lot type situation, so it doesn't feel like they're on a real street (but they are). By the time we finished exploring the vineyards/wineries, Hill & Vine had already closed so we went into Sunday Supply. Evidently, there was also no more food items in the display case like breakfast tacos. We all picked up a chicken salad sandwich from the refrigerator. My dad got the sausage scone, and me the sausage kolache (which apparently is an Austin/Czech delight). I also got a pistachio chai latte, which didn't taste of much pistachio - mostly chai. The chicken salad sandwiches were surprisingly good and fresh. The portions were huge, we were full at the end. The sausage kolache was also very delicious. The vibes are cute and I'm sure their other bakery goods are great as well.

This is such a cute little spot! The service, coffee and pastries are really good! The line tends to get long but it moves fast! I plan on returning when in town.

Super cute spot & environment. Service was quick & coffee was good! A bit on the pricy side but was a good stop!

Cute little nice place for coffee. Seemed like a lot of locals went in and knew the baristas and it was so sweet! Good taste and good coffee ! I got an iced chai and it was yummy. Good people too, everyone was so nice. In the front they have a cute little bench to sit and just talk. Cute local coffee shop !

ChatGPT raved about Sunset Grill, so we hopped in the car and zoomed down. Upon arriving, we walked into the cramped restaurant, and we were greeted by a nice hostess. She put our name on a list, and we had a brief 5-10 minute wait before we were seated. We were handed menus and left to peruse the menu. After a brief wait, we were greeted by our waiter and he took our drinks. In good time the waiter was back with drinks and he took our order. I ordered a bacon and cheese omelette. It came with potatoes and toast. The wife ordered the plate with eggs over easy, crispy bacon, and potatoes. The wife and I sat and had a nice visit. We should not have drank our drinks so fast, as they stayed empty the entire time we visited. Our waiter not once made eye contact so we could get a refill either. After an average wait time, our food came. Our waiter noticed the drinks and then refilled them. My omelette was undercooked and watery, the cheese was not melted, and the bacon was chewy. Furthermore, the toast was also very dry. I would have gotten butter to put on them, but the waiter never came back to check on us. The wife's eggs were cooked over hard, the bacon was rubbery, and very underwhelming. Our drinks went empty and we never got refills, again. We paid the bill and went shopping. I was glad to get out of there. I had high hopes for this place based on the reviews, but I think they missed the mark here. ChatGPT did me dirty on this one. I don't know if they just were having a bad day, or what the deal was, but this was a one and done for me. I cannot say I recommend this one. I was very disappointed.

I was very excited to write this review about the positive experience and I had here. In my images, I showcase a beautiful French omelette. It is so easy for people to get omelettes wrong and overcook them until they are a rubbery mess. But mine was very soft, decadent, and fluffy with a very beautiful balance of all flavors present in the dish. I also appreciated the salad that came with it because I think starting the day off with some fiber is very healthy for the body. In the past, I've had the steak and eggs and it was one of the most delicious things I've ever eaten. But when I came to visit on this specific day, they were out and happily recommended the omelettes instead. It can get crowded, but I don't agree with the reviews here that say the restaurant gets too loud. Let's be honest. Fredericksburg has a certain type of demographic and at times I feel they are unfairly nitpicky to the local businesses. When the restaurant is crowded, it's lively and full of smiling faces and servers who are eager to serve and make sure that you enjoy your meal. Restaurant was also clean on our visit and the restrooms were well taken care of. I can't wait to come again for breakfast!

We had Kristen as our server, she was so attentive and sweet. To start we tried the sweet cornbread, lavender mint lemonade, and regular lemonade. The lavender mint lemonade was one of the best drinks I've had in a while. For our meals he had the BLTA with fries and I had the avocado and lime salad with tri tip steak. Absolutely stellar food, quality ingredients and great flavors. We had leftovers for sure, lol, something to eat on the drive back to DFW the next day. For dinner, we sat outside and had Jess as our server. She was also really nice, she had quite a few tables and still managed to give us plenty of attention. We had carnitas nachos and the ground beef soup. The carnitas nachos are... unnecessarily large. lol Luckily the soup bowl was very small so I was able to help the boyfriend with some nachos. But my small effort was not enough and he tapped out of the nachos at the halfway mark. Highly recommend the nachos if you have four friends with you. =D This was a great restaurant with a lovely outdoor space. If we lived in Fredericksburg, I could easily see us making this a monthly hang out on Friday nights. If you have the chance, make sure to get in with Kristen or Jess, you won't be disappointed.

Vibe is euro-bistro and the staff is perfectly attentive. Prices are high, but honestly aligned to the quality of the food, at least the dishes we had were worth the prices. Food: Buttermilk Fried Chicken, with Onion/Bacon flash fried collard greens, whipped potatoes and house gravy and Jalapeno Cornbread for $32 Reuben on Marble Rye for $24 16oz Stella Artois for $10 We agreed that the fried chicken (5/5) was the best we could remember having. Whipped potatoes (5/5) were light, fluffy and perfect taste/texture. The gravy was like brown butter (5/5). The collard greens (5/5) were flash fried and if you've never had them like this, it's like eating collard green potato chips. Cornbread (3/4) was a bit too delicate and sweet for our taste. You couldn't pick it up without it falling apart. The Ruben (3/5). My wife loves a good Ruben sandwich. This one had the makings of a good one, but they use a Thousand Island sauce (too much of it) on the sandwich, and it hides the flavor of the meat. Next time we would ask for the sandwich without the TI sauce, see if that improves the rating. The sandwich came with house made potato chips (5/5), a small house salad with vinaigrette (5/5) and a large, pickled cucumber. I know, that's a pickle, but these are cucumbers that have gone maybe a third of the way through the process, so the cucumber taste is really prevalent. Lastly, we had the Creme Brulé (3/5) for dessert. It was nice, but the custard was coffee and caramel flavored, and we prefer the standard custard look and flavor. The caramel should come from the top layer, not the custard. The top layer was a bit too thick as well. We liked it, just didn't love it. Overall, quality food, service and vibe with prices that are aligned to more special occasions than everyday eating out. We'll be back to try the Monday Crawfish Etoufee and the Tuesday Duck Confit daily specials...look too good to pass up.

I deduced to try the French Benedict which was two poached eggs on top of a croissant with ham and Swiss Cheese with their homemade Hollandaise sauce. It came with the cubed home fries and fresh fruit. The eggs were prepared well and the Hollandaise sauce was very flavorful - a great choice. While the cubed home fries didn't have anything that made them 'special' they were prepared perfectly with a bit of crispiness on the outside and soft inside. The flavor was good. The fresh fruit consisted of grapes, blueberries, cantaloupe and pineapple - all of which was fresh and flavorful. We also tried the Cochinita Pibil which was the corn tortillas filled with pork that was topped with purple cabbage and slivered carrots and their own sauce. The sauce was very good. The pork was super tender and moist. It had a great flavor but there was a hint of a flavor that we just couldn't place - almost apple-like but not quite.
