(06/27/25 update Have reinstalled hasp latch correctly - but, it appears they tried to bend to work with their lack of knowledge as to how hasp locks work... installed correctly, screws are not accessible.... Tina does the administrative work and Eric does the quoting and physical work with his employees. I called Tina and asked a lot of questions and she was able to answer them all. They are as transparent as can be and I love a straight shooter. We wanted 2 pergolas. One attached lattice cover to add some shade to our home and the other a covered pergola over the bbq area. We made an appt with Tina for Eric to come out and quote us. We discussed what we wanted, color options and boom - We placed a deposit the same day and was ready to move forward. We were asked to send them a lot map of our property which we sent via email so that Eric could start doing sketches for HOA submission as well as obtain county permits. Once I received HOA approval, we were good to schedule the work. We started with the attached lattice pergola cover. They came in March 2023 and we're done in 5 hours. Unlike other contractors, they cleaned up after themselves. We were so happy with our first pergola, we wanted the second up before summer. We placed our next deposit in April and before Memorial Day, we were able to get the covered Pergola up! Both Tina and Eric are professional and as mentioned transparent in communication and are available to answer questions. The bids are reasonable (I had 3 different quotes from various companies). They don't sugar coat anything to get the job(s). Call for a quote if you're in the market for a Alumawood cover! Get yourself quotes and compare if needed. 4 months later and everything is still standing! Can't complain :) 2 of our neighbors have called and have finished their pergolas with DCI. A few more are lined up to get quotes for work. Try to Support your local small businesses if you're in the market for this!

I wish I didn't have to write this review. My patio install took 10+ weeks after i was told it…read morewould take 4-5 weeks. There were several preventable delays because of their lack of communication, mismanagement and sloppy work. I had to constantly follow up after being ghosted off and on or being told things would happen but didn't. They're more concerned with getting new customers than completing their existing jobs with customers who have already paid their deposit. Look up the customer complaint on them on the BBB website - similar thing happened to me except I was in too deep to get my deposit back and the permit was in progress. Overall they did ok and finally finished the job with no sense of urgency. Final straw was after all the delays and rework, our inspection didn't pass the first time and they had to come back to fix the overlooked issues. Waste of time. Then waited another week after passing inspection for someone to come and install the remaining lights. As another reviewer mentioned, you'll also need to clean up the styrofoam beads and metal shards left behind. I do not recommend them.
