Raul and his crew did a wonderful job on my flooring install. I contacted him to install flooring on a renovation. His price per sq/ft was very good for hardwood installation. He was very quick to respond to all my messages. As soon as we agreed to the job he had his guys there next day. His lead installer was very knowledgeable with 20+ years of experience. The sub floor was not very flat and his team did all the prep including grinding high spots and filling the low spots with filler. He had another guy do the baseboards. He was also very good and took care of everything including painting and caulking the baseboards. His team can also do full renovations so I plan use them for part of the kitchen and a full bathroom renovation. read more

I cannot recommend Raul and his team enough! I had a flood in my bathroom and couldn't even get a contractor out for a bid. Raul came to the rescue and started construction within a week of the bid. Every night I received a text notifying me of the next day's work and the name of the worker(s) who would be here and at what time they'd arrive. Raul even helped me push back on the insurance company for work they were denying but were required to do. Their craftsmanship is excellent and attention to detail is superb such as the height of the light fixtures, where to add extra electric plugs and reposition overhead lighting. This all makes a difference when I make game time decisions on design. Pricing is fair and competitive especially for the customer service you get from European Standards. Highly recommend them. I had some luxury laminated vinyl stair step nose pieces that were too thin and were breaking. I wasn't sure where to go for this relatively small repair job but found European Standards on next-door and gave Raul a call. I can't say enough about our great remodeling experience with European Standards Flooring and Remodeling. My dad began by getting his master bathroom remodeled, but after he saw the excellent and timely work that contractor, Raul Borodi, and his team did in the bathroom, he decided to go ahead and do a much needed full remodel of the entire house - all 4 bedrooms, another bathroom, living room, dining room, entryway, family room, and kitchen. This was a big job that involved taking down walls, removing popcorn ceilings and retexturing, painting, new electrical & plumbing, raising a floor (including raising a sliding door, window, & redoing the fireplace), recessed lighting, new flooring throughout the house, new doors, new cabinets, window coverings, and more... all of this work was done in a little over 2 months and the overall cost, and quality of the work and materials are excellent. Raul is very responsive, listens, and has great advice & suggestions regarding all aspects of the remodeling process. All of the craftsmen that Raul employs who worked on our house were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Raul stopped in multiple times daily to check in with my dad or me to ensure that the work was progressing smoothly and keep us informed.
