Hans was thorough on both. We have purchased many properties in our years & some inspections/inspectors stand out as a more pleasant experience than others. Getting good information from a good home inspector really helps make the decision to buy or decline the home purchase. Hans talked and answered a lot of questions we had. The answers were honest & helpful. The Inspection Report was detailed to bring attention to items that needed further inspection and the report was very specific to items that were urgent or most importantly, hazardous. It's is up to the home purchaser to decide past the inspection and Hans did a great job for us.

They did a property inspection for a new property I was buying. The roof inspection pointed out a…read morecouple of items like needing an add'l vent which I fixed. Two years later, multiple roofing inspectors are now saying I need a complete reroof due to the shingles being at end of life. Im shocked as the inspection InspectPro did merely 2 years ago should have caught this and I could have negotiated it with the seller at the time (the whole point of doing a property inspection to begin with). I spoke to Rob, the inspector, and he said the company does not comment on the condition of the roof. Thats why they recommend folks get a 5 year certification from a roofing company. Ridiculous as an inspection conveys the condition of the house. Bottom line: I think he dropped the ball on the roof. Im reluctant to give bad reviews to small buinsesses but I wanted to share my experience and hope someone else will not experience this. Suffice it to say, I will not being using them again.
