Do I recommend Noble Nails? Yes, but ... the wet towels they use to rinse the cream off your legs & feet smell so sour/musty it's nauseating. The towels either need a good long soak in vinegar, or to be replaced. The pedicure itself is great. The staff is friendly, the polish options are many, the service is pleasant. It's just that the towels ruin the whole experience. With so many nail salons to choose from, including a brand new place across the street, Noble needs to step up their game. read more

Today was extra special as I was having a tough day.. I tried to get into my appt a bit early and although Marissa was already helping a client, Kim put me up in a vacant spa chair (noticing I was struggling from a recent hip replacement).. I normally don't leave negative reviews unless a business truly earns it, but this experience was frustrating from start to finish. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I called on Saturday asking if they could fit me in for an acrylic removal and gel polish.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] One of my acrylic nails had broken badly and cracked my real nail underneath, which was extremely painful, so I decided it was time to remove them completely anyway. [[HIGHLIGHT]]From the moment I sat down, the nail tech seemed irritated that I wasn't getting a fill or full set. The attitude was obvious immediately. I even tried making small talk to ease the awkwardness, but she remained cold and unfriendly the entire appointment.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The worst part is the job wasn't even done correctly. By the next day, my nails were chipping badly and I realized she had left acrylic still on several nails. The damaged nail she "fixed" was basically covered enough so I wouldn't notice until later. My natural nails are now even weaker and breaking more because the acrylic wasn't removed properly. She also completely ignored my cuticles. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I called the next day to explain the issue and asked whether I should make an appointment or walk in Monday to have it corrected. I was told to "just walk in, we'll take care of it." When I arrived, I was then told to wait a very long time behind multiple people. At that point it became clear nobody actually intended to fix the problem.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I paid $77 total including an eyebrow wax. For a removal and simple gel polish with no design or anything special, that price is already high in my opinion -- especially considering the poor quality of work and customer service. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I also asked for matte polish, and the curing process under the light burned badly. When I mentioned it, the response was rude instead of helpful. No recommendations, no concern, just attitude.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I came in kind, patient, and respectful. I left with painful damaged nails, chipped polish within 24 hours, and now have to pay another salon to fix everything. Nobody should feel dismissed or treated like they don't matter because they aren't spending enough on services. Supposed to be 15 minutes but kept leaving to get supplies while the timer was going and you could tell they weren't really interested in wanting to do a good job. Slapped some lotion on just to end up wiping it off Well, it was the same yet again... except this time she made my ingrown 10 times worse. I can barely walk and it's swollen and puss is coming out. I've had ingrowns all my life and this is happening because she didn't get it all out after digging into it. She was cutting into my toe without paying attention and it was incredibly painful. Overpriced and terrible quality. Every time I've gone I've gotten someone different and each worse than the last. Won't be back. Go somewhere else!! read more

I just really wish nail places would not pressure myself and other people to get gel nails. I clearly booked an appointment for regular polish and there was a reason for it. Yes gel looks nice but it ruins my nails. I also do not want to use uv light on body for a reason. The first gal that did my pedi she was polite but a little rough. The gal that did my mani was not rough. I would say my nails look nice, but could look better. I feel like nail techs do not care and just rush through when you do not get gel. This is my second time getting my nails done there in a 3 week time frame. I had shellac nail polish put on my fingernails the first time and it chipped off within 3 days. The second time I done the dipped as the owner stated it would last longer. I have had my nails done at different places in the Midwest for 1/2 the price and even the second time my dipped nails came off in less than 5 days! For $120 for dipped nails and toes being done with a pedicure was ridiculous when I could of done better at home with my gel polish and my heels of my feet. The price the owner said it was that price everywhere in Arizona. Well if that's the price here, I will order my kit through Amazon and do them myself at home. Back in Nebraska the polish stayed on for a MONTH or longer! Don't waste your money! read more

All but one experience was amazing, on that particular visit the nail tech who was supposed to do my nails didn't like that I'd brought my own regular polish and kept trying to have me do gel. I was giving my nails a break from gel, that's why I brought polish. Another tech ended up doing my nails. I also think prices were a little high but that's probably because they're the only place within 10 miles. I visited the newest nail salon by my home, I was super excited to find out i don't have to drive 15+ min to get my nails did, so decided to give noble nails a shot! I loved that they had online booking on their website, prices are bit more than other places, the inside was beautiful and clean, however my acrylic nails were a bit bumpy and uneven, not as perfect as i usually get them from my normal go-to nail salon. I made an appointment on Friday for a gel manicure and pedicure this past Saturday via their website. I selected a specific nail tech. I showed up at 8:45 Saturday to see a worker standing at the door. She didn't speak English so she had another girl get out of their car to explain she would normally be opening but she lost the keys and they were waiting on someone to come open. I sat in my car until they had the doors opened at 9:05 when a line had formed. I waited behind quite a few who also had appointments, and the girl who checked me in seemingly didn't know how their computer's system worked, and was going off the appointment book.
