Decided to take my sister and mom out for some nail spa time. Boy was I in for a major treat. Not only did I get cut in my matrix, started bleeding. Nail lady tried to ignore it. It took her ten minutes to address the bleed, dropped some green drops on there and said you ok. The leg massage felt like i was being stroked like a pet. No pressure just a half a$$ job at that. She didn't scrape the calluses off my feet like others around me were getting. I wanted to get my eyebrows waxed but after that I opted not to go with it. Toes you can hide but eyebrows are little more serious. I asked if she was going to provide a discount for brutalizing my toe and I got a solid no. They seemed insulted. Now I face an infection in my left big toe. If you're looking for someone to ruin your nails and give infections this is the place to go. I will not come to this establishment again. They also do not provide military discounts nor do they have brochures. A lady came in while I was waiting for party to arrive. I hadn't gotten my nails done in a while but I was ready for a winter vibe. A woman named Jenny was ready for her next customer and she swore she was very good despite being a little young. My goodness. My nails stayed on for a little over a month and one finally broke off and another chipped. Literally STOLE $370 from me. Don't pay with a card! Let me start this off by saying that I work in the service industry, and I get it. Things happen. I've been coming here for about 9 months, and get a different person every time. They used to be great at nails (I'm simple, stiletto shape nail with black gel polish) but lately, the results have been soo bad. I went today around 5pm and it was absolutely dead. Took about an hour for lumpy, misshapen nails. Now, I didn't complain, and thanked the guy for doing his job. But when paying, the lady charged my card $335!!! They don't show you any charges until AFTER you swipe your card and pay and she tried to get me to sign for it! After about 10 minutes of arguing in broken English, she voided the sale, and ran my card again for $35. I wasted an hour of my time, got ugly nails, and now have to wait a week for the $335 to be refunded to my account, if they even refunded it right. Don't go here. read more

I went in recently to get a pedicure and full set and Audrey took her time with the leg massage and made sure I was fully relaxed. She was extremely rude told asked her if she smoked, asked her if she drank alcohol and when she said "no" she said she looked like the "Alcoholic type". Wtf to a 14 year old? That's no way to treat a minor and when she was telling her what she wanted she would tell her she is going to do what she wants and did a different design than what my daughter wanted. I had the best experience here. I went here a couple weeks ago on a Sunday. They were the earliest place that opened, so I came in with my two young daughters. I had Cindy and my daughter had Kelly. They did such an amazing job! They were very nice and Cindy gave me a suggestion on a design. My nails are natural and I like the gel manicures for protection. She did a beautiful purple tip with an ombré and glitter. They were amazing. Unfortunately I totally forgot to take pictures. Friday, I went back to my old nail place because I had a gift certificate that I wanted to use up. They completely butchered my nails. I literally was in tears, because of the pain from the harder than normal grinding. Also the 20 times of being put under the light after every screw up. I knew there was no amount of fixing that would make it right, it really just kept getting worse. (And yes, I was the dummy that didn't get up and walk out. I was trying so hard to maintain composure and just hope that it turned out ok). So... Sunday I went straight back here. I explained what happened and they were so very nice. I have been coming to this nail salon for about 2 months and seeing Audrey. She is awesome! I have never felt rushed and she takes her time with my pedicure, making sure I am actually relaxing. She gives an amazing lower leg massage. She has done my gel manicure several times and I have had it last over 3 weeks, which is unheard of when you type a lot and are a cleaning freak. I have had nail art, french, solid and an accent nail done from my Pinterest finds and has always been honest if she feels something wont look good. I appreciate her knowledge and skills. The only reason I am not giving this a 5 star is because of the male tech that works there. Note the owner, but a creepy man that hovers over Audrey when she if working and stares at her clients. I came in for acrylic nails while it was pretty slow and some people who came in after me were started on before I was. They were very friendly, but when i got home, I noticed the way she put on the tips are lifting off of my actual nail. The reason why I didn't notice while I was there is because most of them had the gaps covered by the acrylic. They charged me $25 for just regular polish with acrylic nails. If I hadn't chose to get my nails done last minute I probably wouldn't have picked this place and next time I will plan better. In my opinion, sloppy work that was not worth what they charged. I'll probably just keep them on until after Thanksgiving since I don't have time to go somewhere else to get them fixed. I won't be coming back, but I hope other people learn from my mistake and check their nails before leaving. read more

This place was horrible. I originally went inside and they told me what the price was and I said that was too much and I did not want to spend that and left. One of the employees came running out after me and asked me what I wanted to pay and I express that I wanted to pay $40 for a powder fill. The male who came after me said yes that there was a woman that would do it for the $40. However when I worked with this woman she complained at least three times about money, been complaining about how much work it was to do the process she was doing with me. In addition she asked me three times how much I usually paid for the service and told me I got such a great deal but did not seem very happy about it. The quality of the work that she did was also poor. In addition there was another patron inside without a mask on even though there's a mask order in place. Okay I'm done with these nail butcher "salons" filled with people who hate their job and people. I don't know if there is some kind of cultural difference where in their eyes... you are taking up their time even though YOU are PAYING for their time. I'm the fool for always pouring money into these places always hoping for different results even though I know it's a gamble. The owner messaged me (I'll post a screen shot) apologizing for the poor service I had received and offered for me to return and have them fixed FREE OF CHARGE and I though that was nice, so I agreed and when I got there I explained what was wrong and he agreed... great guy. He sat me with a women who looked annoyed the moment she touched my hands but she did a good job but she did get not only verbally annoyed but rolled her eyes when I would make requests and then made a comment and said, "Ew do you smoke? Because my hands smell disgusting of cigarettes." Um okay? So here's my real issue when it was time to leave I decided I'd give her a 20 dollar tip and apparently she did not know I was getting a free service and got angry at me saying no you pay you pay I called the owner over and he started bickering with the woman and then told me to just pay her 5 dollars and at this point I was so exhausted with, what was supposed to be a positive experience that turned out bad again. As I handed her 5 dollars ON TOP OF THE 20 dollar tip.... she rips it out of my hand and says... wait for it.. "You go NOW, leave.." and shoos me away with her hand like I'm a peasant or something. Like what in the actual hell. WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER ONE OF THESE TYPES OF "Nail Salons" I would rather go somewhere where someone actually does this for a living and not some side scam business, I blame myself and others for keeping these places open shame on us. read more

In the 15 years I have been getting my nails done I have NEVER walked out of a salon before my nails were finished (and I have been to some questionable places). I have been here previously and had a very pleasant experience. Today was the complete opposite... First I tried to explain that I wanted gel nails- not just the polish and they still tried to show me the polish samples. I grew my nails out an extra week just so I could have the length I wanted. The man sat me down didn't say hi, didn't ask what I wanted (barely acknowledged me) then proceeded to use the drill to take off my existing polish, took out the nail trimmers and cut ALL of my nails as short as possible. Once he did the first I just let him continue... Then he grabbed the nail tips and started to separate the gel from my nail- he did not ask me if I wanted my nails shortened or if I minded soaking my nails as opposed to having them ripped off... I then stopped him, asked if I owed him anything for what he did do, got up and walked out.. read more

This would have been five stars but... The nail tech (Tony) was pushy and tried to sell me a service. Ok, I don't mind this... IF done in a respectable manner... Not questioning my "no thank you" and persisting with "why? But you need." Rude. Furthermore, when I went to pay out and write out my tip, the nail tech was literally standing right over me, watching as I did so... Not ok. I understand there might be a cultural difference here, but the workers must be aware of how their attitudes may steer otherwise happy customers like me away. This was the first time that I have been to this place and it was a nice looking place but I had a horrible job done. I got the green tea pedicure and a regular manicure. The nail person was nice but she cut the skin around my big toe and she saw that she had cut me but continued. My manicure was actually worse she cut the skin around almost all my nails and now that they are growing out I have a ton of hang nails. Plus, when she painted my nails she didn't cover all the nail with Polish or the top coat and (they chipped the next day) I even had her redo them well redo the top coat and show her where she messed up but she did the exact same thing so that didn't help. I think I might go there again but I would not recommend kelly or have her do anything for me again. That experience was not worth $45. read more
