"Alta Moda" or "Hello Salon" requires a confirmation 48 hours in advance AFTER you have already made the appointment through their website AND waited for an email confirmation to see if it was accepted. I wasn't able to confirm my appointment until the day before my appointment, and I know they usually need a confirmation text the day they send the text (bc I've been going to them for years), but since I've been loyal and hoped that they would remember me, I didn't stress too much. Until I received a CANCELLATION text the morning of my appt. Called and they did in fact give up my appt. As I am upset, I'm happy that I now know they don't give above and beyond service, so I just wanted to warn others while I move on to a better salon.
