I've ordered take out from this place twice, and my reviewing skills are rather poor, but I'll give this a shot. So far, it has the best Mongolian beef I've ever tasted. With onions as the bedding rather than the weird Styrofoam noodles that you get from other restaurant. The onions really hold the flavor of the dish, and the beef is equally delicious. It's a nice hole-in-the-wall restaurant in N. Everett. Like other people have said before don't judge it from the outside. Inside the atmosphere is home-y, and welcoming. I've yet to actually sit down and dine here, but I plan on soon. I highly recommend the Mongolian Beef, and the pork fried rice is nice, steamed, really moist in comparison to other steamed rice I've had. There's no need for a chaser after eating a mouthful I'll be returning for more in the near-future. read more

WORST FOOD I'VE EVER HAD!!! If I could give this place zero stars I would. We had the combo platter, rice noodles, sweet and sour spare ribs, salt and pepper prawns, and egg foo young and all of it was horrible. 1. Combo Platter- The chicken and bbq pork had a very funny taste. Slightly gamey. The wontons, egg rolls, and shrimp tasted like they were fried in month old oil. 2. S&S spare ribs did not taste like sweet and sour at all. More like watered down hoisin sauce. 3. Salt and pepper prawns were over cooked. My son didn't even eat 1/4 of it before he complained of a stomach ache. 4. Singapore style rice noodles were sub standard. My husband said they were palatable but had a weird bitterness to it. 5. The egg foo young was DISGUSTING. It was too oily and the 'gravy' tasted like saline, water and food coloring. This place is solid. I've enjoyed some things more than others. Most recently, I tried veggie chow mein, General Tso's chicken and hot & sour soup. The hot & sour soup is basic but tasty. The veggie chow mein is AWESOME, chock full of veggies (and EGG!) and the flavor is right on. The General Tso's chicken was not my fav - a little too tangy and the chicken was not crispy at all - but I still found myself going back for more. Was recommended per Yelp, but no where in the ball park. Food came out finally after over a 30 min wait from ordering and was obviously just microwaved. Some parts were hot/luke warm and cold. The server actually said thank goodness for microwaves- Wow! No excuse for taking so long as the restaurant was very slow when we came in. I stopped in here for lunch recently, and although the staff was friendly and the restaurant clean and pleasant, the food was very bland, and not especially well cooked. My almond chicken was mushy, with no crunch to the breading,and the bright yellow(?) gravy was nearly tasteless. Even the soup was bland and boring . The chow mein was OK , because the lack of any sauce or seasonings let the crisp veggies stand out on their own. Prices were reasonable , lunch specials in the 5-7 dollar range. Not bad or anything, just totally unremarkable. Probably explains why I was the only person in there, during what would normally be a lunch rush at most places. I suppose if you were on a sodium restricted diet, or taking elderly people out for Chinese, this place would be OK. Otherwise, there are much better options nearby , notably Hunan Palace. read more

My favorites at Noble Palace II include mushu pork, mongolian beef, almond chicken and pork fried rice. They have been consistently good over the past 20 years and that keeps the family coming back, although we only make it once or twice a year. American Chinese cooking is the least of my favorite of the Asian foods, but Noble Palace II, with their hospitality and great service, is the best I've had in the Seattle metropolitan area. Don't let the sparseness of the customers put you off - - this just means they will be able to focus more on your meal. Dine-in or take-out, Noble Palace II is great. read more

The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because when I called for delivery, the lady sounded doubtful and asked me "How much are you going to order?". I answered "How much do I NEED to order?". And she goes "Hmmm...$38." like she pulled the number out of her...mind right there. So I had to order more than I was really interested in getting. But holy cow! No regrets on the food! I love pork fried rice, and let me tell you: this was quite possibly the best I've ever had. I usually order one to eat right away and another order for later. Went to this place after attending a pyramid scheme and needed some food to cheer me up. I'm Chinese and have traveled to Hong Kong and China for good Chinese food, so I'm very very picky. Can't really speak for all the dishes they have at the restaurant, but these are by far the best I've ever had in my life: -House Special fried rice with scallops (scallops cost extra and not on menu) -Orange Beef -Hot and Sour Soup -Sesame Chicken The fried rice is balanced and the portions are big. The chef charged me an extra dollar or two for the scallops, but this was a great addition. The Orange beef is by far the best I've ever had. They use big chunks of beef along with real orange peels. The Hot and Sour soup is perfectly hot and sour. In addition, they use meat in their hot & sour soup (sorry vegans). Been trying to find a suitable replacement since this place is so far from where I live. Although, this may be the case, it's still worth it to come just for the soup. I've tried hot & sour soups at 15-20 other restaurants and they're not nearly as good as this place. Can't wait to come back and try out their other dishes! read more

Absolutely our Go-To Chinese place. One of the Best attributes is they actually put Almond Pieces on their Almond Chicken! I can't stand a Chinese restaurant that is stingy with their nuts! We love to get the take out and gobble it up at our leisure at home with a good movie! Would like to see more traditional Chinese style decor, some Dragons and Lanterns rather than pictures of potted artificial flowers, The inside reminds me of a rent to own store or a model apt. Some of the best chinese food you can get for money. Im a big fan of the kung pou chicken. Always get great service, and very large portions food. Plus excellent service for delivery. Noble Palace was a pleasant surprise after getting a referral for Chinese restaurants in Everett off of Yelp. The menu is very comprehensive with many standard dishes that you would expect to find at any good Chinese restaurant. I loved the flavor, appearance and texture of the food. I have eaten at a lot of Chinese restaurants in town, and this by far is the best. The prices are reasonable and the portions are substantial. The decor and ambiance are contemporary and clean - not the kischy Chinese decor. The kids plate was enough food for both my kids to split, I ordered the Honey Walnut Chicken (D-lish as usual!) and my husband ordered the Orange Beef, portions where well sized, our service was fast, friendly and very good. The egg drop soup was fresh and better than I remembered it from last time... I decided to get the Crab Wontons, and I thought they where great! My parents usually visit this place once a week. One day, they invited me to join them. As my long time go-to Chinese restaurant had gone to the wayside, I was up for trying a new menu. My friend and I got the Combination and shrimp fried rice to-go & their shrimp rolls plus a drink to dine-in while we waited. Well,our to-go order all went to waste because the chef decided to murder the food with spice. I requested the food be spicy but was not expecting a unpalatable mess we got. We were unable to eat it and neither could I taste any seasoning on first try. The food was bland and made the spicy level so intolerable, it burnt my tongue. Being from the south, I tolerate spice very well to almost extreme levels (E.g I order "crazy hot" option in crawfish broils) but this was just plain inconsiderate or malicious spiciness. No one can eat that. The shrimp rolls were crispy and fresh but Iv had better in the area. Service was just there, the guy wasn't particularly friendly and seem to care more about the check. My experience was horrid but hope others have better luck. Never again. read more

Decor was okay. I wasn't blown away. I wanted to try this restaurant because it was new and I like to try and support local businesses. I had Mongolian chicken and bbq pork. My son chose a different dinner. It took awhile for our order to come. I didn't finish all of my meal and chose to take the rest home. I barely got out the door and I felt sick to my stomach.
