Update 01/31/26: It's been a while since I've eaten here. Ordered to go today. Had their Large Chicken Pho (see picture) and their broth is light and flavorful. Tried their Pork Bahn Mi (see picture) for the first time. It is not on the menu, but is apparently available all the time. While the pork was tasty and the pickled veggies were fresh, the sandwich was on the smaller side. I'd order again in hopes to getting a little more filling (hopefully it was a one off?). Also got their fresh rolls (see picture). For $9, it seemed like it was just one roll cut in half. Very small for the price. The peanut sauce was pretty good though and the roll itself had fresh ingredients. I also attached an updated menu since there isn't a recent one posted. Always happy to support small businesses but I wish the small portions and pricing aligned a little more. Service was good though and my order was readily available within 15-20 minutes, as promised. Came here after hiking lake 22 and what a refreshing meal it was! I ordered: - vermicelli bowl with pork: pork was super tender and gently crispy on the outside and so perfectly marinated. Wish I was making this up! The noodles and veggies were so refreshing with the house sauce, I cleared my bowl clean. Food was amazing, good serving size we were both unable to finish both the appetizer and the main dish ( pho ). Service was not terrible, we weren't checked up on during our meal but there wasn't anything to check up on.The waiter ran after us when we forgot our appetizer to go so that makes up for it in our opinion. Surprisingly good Thai joint in Lake Stevens (no slam against LS). I went with the starter kit (Phad Thai with chicken) and it was delectable! I'm basing this review on their Pad kee mao ie. "drunken noodles." Only been once but I'm sure it's the same if returned. I've had a lot of this dish and theirs was a little different. First the bad, way too much oil and none of it chilli oil or even chili flavor. You can also tell my the lack of color. Portion size good, noodles good and can't remember, been a few weeks, about the chicken. I want to say not too dry like most places but don't think you get much. What you do get a lot of is broccoli which I actually liked. It usually isn't part of this dish in fact I think it's the first time at least in this quantity. Might return to try the Pho. Note: service wise, the kid put the dish on table and never saw again, no water refill asked nothing, 1-2 star here. read more

Not the greatest service. They spoke Vietnamese, which is essentially to us, and they acted as if they didn't understand. They didn't bring us the beansprout for our pho, had to ask. They didn't ask about what noodles when the other order says it's been two types of noodles. In short Great soups in a neighborhood without too many choices from SE Asia. In long It's not like Lake Stevens has no other choices at all for Asian food, but there aren't dozens and dozens of them. This one's in a strip mall across the street from the Target. Plenty of parking--plenty of customers, too. We pulled in yesterday in the middle of the afternoon, and, thankfully, got the last table. They never made anyone wait for a table while we were there, but it was packed the whole time, and multiple people came in for to-go orders. And this was on one of the earlier nice days of the spring--still packed! Clearly a popular and much-loved spot. The menu is pretty focused, with enough variations for each soup, noodle dish, and so on that you still get dozens of choices. Lots of apps, familiar thai dishes, and pho. Spring rolls Really, really good--awesome chewy wrappers, great fillings for sure. 2 orders disappeared in a minute or two. Blanket shrimp Delicious and well worth repeats, but we didn't notice the egg roll wrapper mentioned on the menu. Didn't matter. These are some awesome tempura shrimp with an interesting sticky sweet dipping sauce. Pho 2 of us got the Large, which we prolly would have called a Medium 10 years ago. There's another size up on the menu, so this makes sense. Fantastic deep savory broth, tons of interest to just a spoonful of broth before any condiments go in. Immediately makes you crave return visits after one bite. Noodles were a little overcooked but everything else was perfectly delicious--fresh condiments, flavorful meatballs and tasty beef slices. Vermicelli bowl You can smell the grilled meats before they even get to the table. Awesome fragrant grill marks on both the beef and the chicken. Noodles were over here, too, but still an appetizing dish once you hit it with fish sauce and all the other condiments on the table. They bring out a little pot of hot tea if you ask for it, even though it's not on the menu. The service here is so warm and friendly and on top of everything. We managed to make a mess of dipping sauce at our table, and they cheerfully cleaned it up right away. They're ServSafe-certified, which means their cleanliness and food safety standards exceed the health department's. They're clearly putting in the work to run a great place with fantastic food. 4 entrees, 4 apps, and tea were under $100. Nice! read more

Took my Dad here as we hadn't made a plan for dinner and Viet Thai is just around the corner from his house. We were greeted promptly and seated at one of the few open tables left. The place was full of families, couples, and solo diners - a great sign that it appeals to all! They also were staying busy with to go orders. We had the shrimp fresh rolls to start. The sauce was a little thicker than my personal preference but the rolls themselves were delicious. Dad got a small rare steak pho and I got the large #8 combo. Broth was delicious and clear (not cloudy!) and the service was friendly and attentive with filling up our waters as needed. I took my leftover broth home to sip on for leftovers. Will be back again when I'm in town, and I think Dad will be ordering from here again very soon. read more

When you search Asian food around the north east sector of Snohomish/Lake Stevens/Monroe it's always a hit or miss. You really don't get good product since most of the clientele weren't raised around authentic tasting food. Also, when it's a fusion style like this one Thai/Viet it's extra hit or miss. Which culture is stronger in the foods? When I walked in, instantly I saw family owned. Buddhist art around, and photos of elderly on the wall. Hey, this place must be legit. I ordered ahead, and let me tell you when I tell ppl my name I'm pretty sure they skimp, or don't care how the food tastes. Once we opened the bag we instantly knew this place was legit. The pho broth had beefy flavor, unlike most places around here they water it down. The spring rolls are tightly rolled, with plenty of shrimp in it. Good size. I ordered Thai as well, as you should right? The Tom kha was on point. Although the only negative is they didn't ask what spice level I wanted, But it's alright. The price was right... which is huge. I can make most of this stuff at home, and Asian places typically hike the price up because we know why. Got 4 things for $45 which in 2025 that's epic. We will be coming back to try other dishes. Second time going here. First time was take out food that was over cooked. Thought we would give it a go again. This time ordered spring rolls & pot stickers. They were over cooked to the point of burnt on the outer wrapping. I opened the egg rolls up to eat to eat the inside only. One was completely burnt I didn't not bother. The pot stickers were so hard & over fried I didn't eat or couldn't eat them. I told the gentleman & he said well they are fried. I said yes over fried. Didn't try to accommodate. Poor attitude.
