Do you know the most common context for the word manna? It refers to miraculous or heavenly food. And that undoubtedly describes Manna Teriyaki. The cashier was so sweet and patient. Honestly their menu is huge, so I had a bit of trouble deciding what to order but she didn't rush me. I wanted fried rice and chow mein but decided for my first time to go with the Chicken & Beef Teriyaki combo. The food came out in a little under 10 minutes and I took it to go. I loved the char on the chicken. The beef was good from the first bite. So juicy and flavorful. Having a mix of chicken and beef was great. The miso soup it came with was a good palate cleanser! Not as salty as some other teriyaki spots, so it just depends whether you like more salt in your miso soup or not, but I enjoyed it! Will definitely be coming back to try the fried rice and chow mein next. There is plenty of parking as it is in the same plaza as Fred Meyers. One of the best Teriyaki Spots in South Everett! It's not the nicest place, definitely a hole in the wall spot but the food is great and decently priced. I typically order the honey chicken lunch special. The special comes with a drink and a side salad for $7.99. If you like honey garlic spare ribs from Chinese restaurants, you're going to like the honey chicken. It's essentially honey garlic chicken. They first fry the chicken so it's crunchy and then toss it in their honey garlic sauce and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. The garlic is chopped very fine so it just adds an additional crunch without being over powering. The sauce is delicious! I love ordering take out from here. Since moving back to the area a year ago I have been in a desperate search for some good teriyaki. I decided to give Manna Teriyaki a try off a recommendation from a friend, and I am glad I did! There is not much to say for the atmosphere, but I also don't eat teriyaki for the atmosphere of the place. When I walked in I was overwhelmed by the mount of selection the place had top offer, and was also pleased to see that at least half the tables were full of people. We were greeted by the friendly lady behind the counter who told us of the lunch specials as well as giving us some recommendations of her favorite dishes they make. My wife ordered chicken yakisoba and I had some general Tsao's with teriyaki chicken and salad. Our food arrived to our table in a timely manner and I did not even have enough time to finish my bowl of free hot n sour soup they offer. I was pleasantly surprised by the huge portions that were big enough to share. You could tell it was cooked to order and not previously cooked, especially since my wife's food was brought out before mine. I ordered a combo, asked if they had it in noodles instead of rice. The owner said yes and rang up the bill came to $14.25 from a $10.99 item. With tax that's only $12. So he charged me $2.00 for the change to noodles. I asked him if he charge me two dollars and he said yes he had told me. When she hadn't! Besides there should be no difference between rice and noodles in a teriyaki restaurant. I don't know how good there is this compared to other teriyaki places, and there is a plethora of them here, I just know I won't be coming back to this one. I just moved to Everett a couple of months ago. I've tried at least 5 different places trying to get something close to my favorite spot in Kirkland. I finally stumbled across Manna and it is SO good. The customer service was friendly over the phone and in person. I ordered just the basic Chicken & Gyoza combo. The chicken had the perfect amount of char on the outside yet was still so juicy and the sauce wasn't overly sweet (i don't have a sweet tooth so this was a big plus) and had a good ratio of sauce to chicken. Gyoza was crunchy, golden, hot and had great flavor. This will be my new go-to place! read more

So I really like the food here but everytime I go I can't help but get the feeling that the wife hates her job or as a customer I'm inconvenient to her and what she's got going on over on her phone. They have hot and sour soup that you can eat while you are waiting for a to-go order, which is decent. My family really enjoys there bento meals because they come with an egg roll, Goya and shrimp tempura. I think it's worth the money.
